An OK three star hotel at 4 star prices. Food was high quality with friendly staff, and the pool was very nice. However, the rooms are reminiscent of a bygone era and in need of renovation. Single ply toilet paper and tissues with cheap hotel soap blocks also add to the rundown feel and contrasts with the ample supply of soft towels and bath robes. Be sure to watch out for additional charges for the south view overlooking the noisy and smoky hotel bar. At least the view was nice.

Very inappropriate behavior from personal. They are acting like they are annoyed all the time and even for explaining to you the simple rules of how their Restaurant works they can be really loud and make you feel embarrassed. We will never return here again . We didn’t even saw 1 friendly face during our 3 days vacation. Also this is place for families who have kids otherwise expect a lot of kids walking around . Reservation was under the name naeiji

Abgesehen davon dass eine von zwei Matratzen ein wenig durchgelegen war, gibt es einfach nichts auszusetzen an diesem Hotel. Der Service ist super Klasse und geht auf jede Situation individuell ein. Das Essen war sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig. Für groß und klein immer was dabei. Das Spieleparadies ist toll und jeden Tag für Kinder extra Programm. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr familienfreundlich. Gerade die Auszubildenden im Service haben einen Super Job gemacht im Umgang mit den Kindern und waren immer gut gelaunt. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Good Spa and Wellness hotel. I was there to celebrate with my wife. The Wellness area was good and offered what I was expecting. The food was really good. The people were pretty nice. The room was nothing special. The heating system was to hot and I was not able to set a lower temperature.

Everything was so nice at this place . My kids had a blast . Food , cleanliness is beyond perfect . The swimming pool was clean and the koala kids is a bonus for kids . The only thing which this resort lacks is the air conditioning. The days we spent there were very warm and they provide you with small ventilator. I hope in the future they make it all air conditioned because its quite suffocating when you sit for breakfast or dinner . But other than that , we all love the place . Service was excellent. Five stars to all them :)

Schönes ruhiges Hotel, gemütliche gepflegte Zimmer, nicht supermodern, aber sehr zum Wohlfühlen. Wasser, Nespressomaschine, Kühlschrank, grosser Flachbildfernseher und Tresor auf dem Zimmer, großer Balkon. Küche und Service sind über jeden Zweifel erhaben, abwechslungsreich und frisch vorbereitet, sind sowohl Frühstück, aber auch Mittags-und Abendbuffet einfach großartig. Die Servicekräfte sehr freundlich und herzlich um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Hier kann keine Langeweile aufkommen. Sauna, Schwimmbad, Kinderparadies, Sportplatz, Kegelbahn und vieles mehr. Das Personal hervorragend, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen, super Auswahl und lecker. Super dekoriert Immer ein kleiner Tasch dabei. Das einzige Markel, der Weg zum anderen Gebäude. Zwar Überdacht aber für Gehbehinderte nicht geeignet.

Die Unterkunft enttäuschte uns mit veralteter Zimmerausstattung, die wenig einladend wirkte und längere Aufenthalte ungemütlich machte. Das Badezimmer war ebenso in die Jahre gekommen, was spürbar war. Leider waren die Zimmer unangenehm warm. Die Rezeption erklärte uns nach unserem Hinweis auf die hohe Zimmertemperatur, dass aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit keine Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. Diese Situation wurde von uns als unzumutbar empfunden. - Obwohl Nachhaltigkeit wichtig ist, sollte der Fokus eines Hotels auf einem angenehmen Aufenthalt liegen. Aus diesen Gründen können wir das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen und werden selbst nicht zurückkehren. Der Indoorspielplatz wies defekte und veraltete Spielgeräte auf, was enttäuschend war. Auch das Schwimmbad war für Kinder nicht besonders ansprechend und verlor schnell seinen Reiz. Die Betten waren in einem schlechten Zustand, mit durchgelegenen Matratzen, und das Schlafsofa für unsere Kinder war zu hart, was den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigte. Es gab jedoch positive Aspekte wie den beheizten Pool und das äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. -

Hab mir wirklich schwer getan mit der Bewertung. Auf der einen Seite ist es ein super Hotel mit großen Konferenzräumen, einem großen Angebot an Pools und Spa und sehr großen Zimmern. Leider habe ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel aber deutlich höhere Erwartungen, als bei einem drei Sterne Hotel und genau hier hapert es in meinen Augen. Das Essen ist Jugendherbergsdurchschnitt. Wir hatten nur Buffet und das war entweder ständig leer oder völlig zerkocht. Die Desserts sahen schon abgetrocknet und nicht Appetitlich aus. Geschmacklich war auch alles irgendwie nicht erwähnenswert - Schade! Der Service war wirklich super! Die Zimmer waren groß und auf den ersten Blick ordentlich. Leider lagen im Bad überall Haare rum - sorry aber das ist widerwärtig und sollte jeder Hygienekraft sofort auffallen.

Eher nicht zu empfehlen. Alles ist sehr alt, man kommt sich vor, als ob die Zeit vor 50 Jahren stehen geblieben ist. Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt bzw. nur gegen Gebühr. Service war nicht mal sonderlich bemüht und hat sehr viel zu lernen. Selbst die einfachsten Dinge wie z.B. wenn ein Gast bei Abreise den Schlüssel abgibt, fragt man in der Regel nach, ob der Aufenthalt schön war usw. statt einfach nur plump Tschüss zu sagen. Massage war zwar OK, aber auch nicht mehr. Das Essen war dafür lecker. Preisleistung passt hier absolut nicht und ist viel zu teuer!

Es waren sehr schöne 4 Tage. Für uns als Paar, war es ein Wellness Wochenende. Wir haben es jeden Tag genossen ins Schwimmbad zu gehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Kinderfreundlich, ruhig, für jeden etwas dabei (Wandern, fahrradverleih). Das Essen war sehr lecker und ausgiebig, vielfältig und abwechslungsreich.

Service und Gastfreundlichkeit sehr gut. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich und sauber. Ich war im Nebengebäude untergebracht. Hier ist ein Nachteil das man zum Haupthaus ( hier befindet sich das Restaurant Frühstück etc) sehr lange Wege hat, die Beschilderung im Nebengebäude ist teilweise nicht ausreichend bzw. Irreführend.

Super hôtel with lots of business and leisure options. In Covid times, staff take all care to keep you safe (extra cleaning, feel, make, lanes and safety distances...) + Staff is super nice and really cares. I'll certainly return there of back in that area.

This is one of the hidden and inoccuous treasures that you will commonly find in Germany. A huge spa, slides and saunas, amazing views and very friendly staff members in an unexpected small town in the valley. You may want to walk from the station but beware: it goes steeply uphill. You are rewarded by the view. Ideal for a weekend getaway of hiking and soaking in the pools.

The hotel and the rooms were quite nice as well as the spa, swimmibgpool and sauna. I did not really like the food as it tasted like take out. We had a 6 course dinner however which was okay. Service was a bit slow and not very professional at some times. The people at the spa who did the massages etc were very friendly and professional. I thought it was an overall okay stay.

Very nice hotel for a weekend break or a bit of wellness! The rooms offered everything that is needed. Everything is clean and well organized. The food was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I can recommend this place and would come again. Guests sleeping in the "Pergola" building have to prepare for a lengthy commute to the spa and restaurant, but I didn't mind that because it is all indoors.

Hotel was completely fine, but expensive for the rooms you get.

we’ve booked 3 days stay with HB. Very tasty food! 10 out of 10! fresh strawberries for breakfast, freshly made cakes and fruits in the afternoon, very rich dinner! You can enjoy your meal on a terrace with amazing view. And kids can get a present after each dinner! our daughter loves indoor playground ground and playroom with lots of toys. stuff in the hotel is very helpful and very nice atmosphere. rooms were clean and have all you need!
