This outdoor goods store is actually quite good. There's an ample amount of products in stock and plenty of staff to help you with your shopping. What makes this place 5 stars though is the staff. The staff is very knowledgeable about everything they have in store and is not at all pushy to get you to buy something. They help you the best the can so that you are happy with your purchase. Excellent store. Highly recommend.

Nice place for outdoor equipment, nice service

We planned a 3-week holiday in the Harz and prepared our newly bought GPS at home. Unfortunately we installed the wrong map. At the Globetrotter store they helped us out and saved our holiday. We couldn't be happier with this service. Rolf is our hero ;)

Bad experience. They asked whether we are here to just look around or buy something. When we said, we wanted to look around they said we are closing. Asked others as well who entered after us to leave. Please use a we are closed board before allowing customers. So if you are not decided to buy something, don’t visit this place.

This is not a main globetrotter branch so the selection ist on the smaller side and globetrotter membership cards aren't accepted. The staff is super friendly though and still gave me partial discount.

We’ve been there for hiking shoes. Staff was very patient and wanted us to find the right shoe rather than to sell anything quickly.

Outdoorsy stuff. They have everything you need for hiking, climbing, walking and camping and suchlike activities. There is no competition nearby which explains the prices.

Rolf, Franchise owner of this location will certainly take his time to help you find what you need. This guy is a gear nerd and will be able to answer all your questions!!! Take an hour or so to find what you need.
