We had a really great encounter with Jessy this morning and are absolutely thrilled that such a competent hairdresser still exists. We felt we were in good hands and were well advised. She did a great job with the cut that I was unfortunate enough to have before. One side is a bit "short" but we are working on growing and growing the hair. We thank you very much. This salon is the nicest I've ever gone to! After 2 years of just letting my hair grow out with the plan of donating it, I went to you to get short hair again. On the phone, when making an appointment, everything was very friendly and accommodating! When we entered the salon it was even better because the decor, the atmosphere and the niceness of the hair wizards just fit together! Evgeni cut my hair and gave me comprehensive advice, thank you! Sorry an all meine Friseurinnen zuvor, aber das war einfach der beste Friseurbesuch meines Lebens! Von der Beratung über die transparente Preisgestaltung hin zum Blondieren und der Schnitt - ich bin einfach rundum zufrieden. Selbst nach über zwei Monaten liegen meine Haare nach dem Waschen perfekt und das Blond zeigt nicht den Ansatz eines Gelbstichs, sondern ist noch immer sehr frisch! Mein nächster Termin ist schon vereinbart ☺️

Im Februar diesen Jahres war ich das erste Mal im POPHAIR Salon. Ich hatte ein Beratungsgespräch und war kurz danach auch zum Färben dort. Ich wurde herzlich empfangen und super von Emilie beraten. Das Ergebnis war mega und ich habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt! Jetzt war ich im September zum Schneiden im neuen Salon. Evgeni hat mich so herzlich begrüßt. Wir haben uns toll unterhalten und haben direkt besprochen was wir beim nächsten Besuch mit meinen Haaren machen. Heute war ich endlich zum Färben da und es war wieder super schön. Evgeni hat sich viel Zeit gelassen und mir ein wunderschönes Ergebnis gezaubert, genau so wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Ich bin mega happy! Ihr seid ein nettes und herzliches Team! I was there today and I'm more than satisfied. All my colleagues are super nice and chat with you with interest. One's jacket is removed and something to drink is offered. I felt comfortable in a hairdresser for the first time in years because I had had a lot of bad experiences before and was afraid at first, which quickly went away. My wish was fulfilled and I am happy with my new hair. I will definitely come back and can only recommend it to everyone. The price is great and you can't complain.

I've been looking for someone who can handle natural curls for a long time and I found them here with Jane. She made me completely satisfied with her ingenious “Christmas tree cut” and the very competent and friendly advice. In general there is a really nice, relaxed atmosphere in the salon and I would recommend it to others at any time! :)
