Unfortunately
my
first
and
only
experience
here
was
pretty
awful.
Due
to
changes
of
a
plan
I
wanted
to
cancel
my
booking
from
"manage
booking"
link
on
confirmation
email,
but
there
was
no
way
to
cancel
my
booking.
I
tried
calling
the
number
written
on
the
email,
but
an
automatic
voice
answered
and
I
couldn't
get
hold
of
anyone.
I
kept
receiving
emails
from
the
clinic
about
the
appointment
(11
emails
in
just
three
days)
and
the
most
recent
ones
were
sales
email
encouraging
me
to
pay
the
full
amount,
and
an
email
about
treatment
check-list
and
aftercare.
I
was
scared
to
be
charged
the
full
amount
by
not
turning
up,
so
I
changed
my
plan
and
I
went
to
the
appointment.
What
I
was
told
at
the
reception
was
that
my
appointment
was
cancelled,
and
I
should
have
received
a
cancellation
email.
Because
of
the
amount
of
email
I
had
received
from
this
clinic
the
cancellation
email
was
jumbled
up
in
my
inbox
and
was
very
difficult
to
notice.
I
didn’t
get
any
treatment
in
the
end,
and
I
was
told
by
the
receptionist
I’ll
receive
a
phone
call
soon.
Later
in
the
day,
I
received
a
short
text
message
explaining
why
my
appointment
was
cancelled.
As
a
customer,
I
felt
disrespected,
was
scared,
confused,
frustrated,
and
disappointed.
I'd
definitely
recommend
the
service
provider
to
sort
out
the
online
booking
system,
automatic
email
system
and
revisit
the
customer
support
policy.
I
strongly
feel
that
the
current
state
is
very
unprofessional,
not
user
friendly
at
all,
and
I'm
actually
very
pleased
I
didn't
get
any
treatment
from
a
clinic
like
this.
