Having paid around £100 to go for three nights over Mother's Day weekend, I would definitely say it was good value for money, and the right place. The biggest plus was definitely the location and the staff. My partner found a mouldy sick stain when moving one of the beds, and the reception staff was very helpful and quickly arranged for someone to come and clean it. The milkshake staff was absolutely brilliant and positive, and provided great entertainment for our toddler. However the best staff was the girl who did the bike tots on mother's Day. What an absolute gem you have there. My daughter isn't the bravest on a bike, but she made her feel like she was succeeding and made her feel so comfortable. She absolutely loved the bike tots session and loved to wave to the girl when she saw her after swimming. She definitely helped to improve our experience even further! The slight downsides of the resort was definitely the restaurant that felt overpriced for low quality food, the fact that there's only cash machines that cost money and the shop only took cash!!! Highly recommend stopping at a supermarket on the way to get food. Cleanliness of the caravan wasn't the best, but I would imagine they need to keep cleaning costs down in order to offer such cheap holiday. All in all I would definitely consider it again for a similar price, or pay slightly more for an upgrade in quality of the caravan.

We have just returned from a short weekend away. Our chalet was lovely, clean and exactly what we had expected, however i didn’t like the fact the key was left in the chalet unlocked on arrival and we were just given a map, would make more sense to collect the key from reception, The kids entertainment in the evenings was brilliant and the staff in there were fab! Swimming pool is great but disappointing that its only open a few hours a day, be prepared as it does get packed. Splash land is amazing and hours of fun little ones. Reasons for only 3 stars- staff are extremely rude and seem to not care and its almost like your an inconvenience, they definitely need some customer service training in my opinion.( evening show staff are not rude 🙂 ). The only restaurant on site doesn’t open till 9am which isn’t ideal with small children and when it does open they put a wait on food when theres only a few tables inside. Also if you have a baby and want only a few items on a separate plate they don’t accommodate this. The women rudely said the menu says ‘ build up your breakfast, not build your own breakfast’. We also found that the children’s entertainment started at 5 pm but your not able to order food from the restaurant to the show-bar but you could have fish and chips from the chippy in there. This made evenings difficult as my daughter wanted to do the entertainment but also wanted to eat. The activities are fun and my daughter enjoyed them but again they seem to only have 1 time slot a day and the times advertised on park are different to the website so i would definitely check when you arrive. Camber sands beach is amazing and definitely worth a visit. Overall my daughter had a fantastic time so for that we are really pleased. We would return but would more likely self cater.

Booked a “luxury” lodge and early check in for a short break. So, arrived at correct time, sticker stating on the lodge it was ready for us. When we walked in it immediately went south. The kitchen sink still had food in it, drawers had old sweets in them, my kids bedroom covers were sticky, clumps of hair and food behind the doors, razor disposables in the bathroom, double bed covers with sticky spots all over them, showers caked in old soap and mould, and old USED plasters left on floor.I made several attempts to speak to someone however there is no one senior on site at all I assume as it’s day two and the person I have been advised to wait for has still not made contact. I had a cleaner eventually show up at 5pm and left at 7pm. Someone came with him and agreed it was beyond sub par and that the cleaning is not checked and that some of the current staff need serious training. We had no towels on arrival it took 4 requests but in the night 36 hand towels were left for us? Food, best bet is to bring your own or catch a rabbit as shop has sweet FA even first thing in the morning. The restaurant has more items unavailable than available, the only starters yesterday were hummus or bread and butter. This is not even standard let alone luxury, general staff provide lip service but nothing else and as I say unless you want to just cover the issues repeatedly with reception nothing will change . I don’t review normally however this is bad, really bad and to be honest waiting to resolve all these issues with someone leaves a bit of free time. In short do not come and if you do never waste any extra expense on their so called luxury lodges. I won’t let this lie and as I am still here let’s see what’s next!

First time back here in 18years..all changed, absolutely loved our chalet. Definitely coming back. Staff all very polite, friendly and welcoming. Very dog friendly, love how they have their own park. Love the rabbits running around everywhere. Central for days out and the steam train stations close by. Beautiful beaches. Clean and fresh..

It’s a mixed bag from us, I was thinking more of a 2 however my children loved it! We stayed for 3 nights, our booking was wrong so before we arrived we were upgraded to a lodge free of charge which was really nice, parking right outside, 2 bedrooms and an outside seating area was perfect, the lodge was spacious and okay for the price. there was bird poo all over the windows which wasn’t very nice, the outside decking and seating area wasn’t cleaned, I feel the cleaners should have some training or the management team should be doing spot checks of their cleaning. It wasn’t very clean at all and the furniture was tired looking I was surprised as this was one of their most expensive lodges. There was mould on the curtains, the tea pot and whisk were dirty. The air vents could do with a good clean, and the little skirting boards. The staff all could do with some customer service training, the lady in the shop was just talking to her colleague rather than us, the girl at the swimming pool again rude and dismissive, I helped a delivery person pick up boxes, he didn’t thank me, the staff all seem like they hate it there and hate the customers. There seems to be only 3 people who cover entertainment so the same thing is re done most nights, my son loved it for 2 nights but then was very bored. I feel some better acts would be good, also try and involve the 0-3 year olds a bit more they can never win a price as they can’t follow what’s been asked of them. The dance floor was replaced while we were there so I feel slowly they are trying to revamp the place, lots need to be done though, it’s very dirty and tired, I never saw anyone clean or empty a bin, the bins were overflowing with dirty nappies at the pool. Staff seem a bit lazy. I would love to come on board with 17 years of management experience and help sort the place out, there are so many quick easy fixes that I could implement straight away. The service was so slow in the food area even though it was dead. There was no buzz or atmosphere from the staff. There was no help offered with drinks, a tray could have been given, a little hamper would be nice with essentials like washing up liquid, enough for a couple of cups of tea and coffee, the little touches would be good. Toilet roll should be left for us and bags in the bins, a ramp to get the buggy into the lodge would help. I also got food poisoning on my last day I was so sick we had to leave early. £8.00 for a bit of frozen fish, it’s so easy to mix up some batter and make their own, the curry sauce was in the smallest tub I’ve ever seen for £1.50, all food was very below average and way overpriced. There weren’t table numbers at all tables for when the online ordering actually worked. The arcade needs a really good clean and some attention. Overall the place needs some special care and attention. It was our first family holiday and if you have very low standards it would be okay. Funny enough we would go back as my boys loved it so much so it’s not all bad the kids will enjoy 😉

I don’t know what else to say about this Holiday sight other than bad. The caravan I stayed in is 8 berth. When we got to our caravan there was a drank J20 on the table and a makeup brush with the door wide open. The whole caravan is invested with bugs. Loads of bugs in all of the bathroom, flies and moths. Their was ants on the kitchen side/table. One night I woke up, and I felt something going down my face. It was a massive beetle crawling down my face. I was sleeping with my 2 yr old niece and it started crawling all over her. There is a crack in one of the doors and the doors are impossible to open. I have to barge into my bedroom door for it to open. It is good that we are next to the beach. In the swimming pool the main pool was to deep for any baby’s and the baby pool could at least be deeper. Also this feels like a prison, your not allowed a bottle of water in the arcade. They check your bags and everything. Counting people 24/7 and making u buy water inside. If you order food it takes an 1 hour to come and like 20 minutes in the queue, even if u order online, it’s an hour wait. Also about the weramount inside the bar place. All the kids beating each other up like what is that about? And the tickets in the arcade, we got refused service after 10+ minutes standing there. She said we wasn’t standing there but we was the WHOLE time. Also the caravan site is a mess, badgers all in the bins and rubbish chucked everywhere.

Absolutely horrible time. Check in delayed by over 2 hours due to short staff. Caravan half cleaned then abandoned due to staff walking out so my first few hours on the first evening was spent cleaning what hadn't been cleaned. Broken & missing caravan items. Queued 35 minutes at the bar due to short staff. Waited 40 minutes for food order due to short staff. Food well below par. It was 'hunt the 2 pieces of meat' in the Steak and Ale Pies. Pie crust & vegetables rock hard & inedible. Complaint in restaurant fell on deaf ears. Evacuated from entertainment complex Tuesday evening & told to go back to caravans. Had just paid over £40 for food & drinks (no refund of course). Police incident resulted in no entertainment or drinks for last 4 days as bar was told to close down completely. Restaurant allowed to remain open until 9pm (but staff disappearing like rats deserting a sinking ship). Suggestion re alcohol was to "buy drinks in the shop & drink them in your caravan". Is that why I paid over £1200? To sit in a caravan during the evening for half of my holiday? Police presence swarming all over the camp for days. Remaining staff keeping button lipped so no-one really knew what was going on. Could go on but you get the gist. It was absolutely farcical & an extremely frightening & stressful holiday. Offered 50% refund but only received 30%. Still waiting for further update from Park Dean. P.S. Camber beach was lovely at least!

Just come back from a week away with Park Dean Resorts at Camber Sands. Debated whether to give a three or four star. No alcohol being served due to having alcohol licence temporarily suspended after the incident a few weeks back. The resort looked a little tired if I’m honest. Under our caravan was broken glass, broken umbrella, gutter not straight and it seemed a lot of caravans needed their windows cleaning. Inside was clean’ish. Bedding was good, floors clean but just needed a little more cleaning around the corners especially in the bathroom. Good range of activities, arcades were good fun (need a good clean underneath the machines though). Chicken takeaway was a long wait for food and expensive for what you get, and the fish & chip shop could do with another good clean, and probably a good idea to keep things out of sight of customers around the back. Would suggest bringing in own food and drink as the shop is obviously expensive for being a holiday park. Not bad range and did for basics and a few dinners. Overall probably wouldn’t go back, but having the beach on the doorstep was a massive plus.

overall brilliant spot for a family holidays. everything on site, close to the beach and caravans not too close to each other. my only complain would be the state of carpet and sofa in the living room. needs a really good wash and steam. bedrooms and bathrooms lovely and clean. full size fridge and the size of the kitchen was a pleasant surprise. we visited in June so the place wasn't crowded and weather was mild.

Stayed for a week. Amazing for a fun holiday with the kids with plenty to do on site. I do, however, recommend doing shopping elsewhere or ordering tesco delivery as the shop at the park is expensive. The service was not giving. Male staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. However, the women at the arcade were all miserable, with no smile and felt whenever you asked them for help they would just look even more miserable. All ladies at the reception are absolutely amazing, helpful, and welcoming and perhaps should give some training to the arcade women. Overall great getaway

Stayed in a newly refurbished chalet. Very comfortable and modern. Quiet location but quite far from the park entrance. Only downside was a real lack of parking and we would prefer to park the car outside or close to the chalet. Lovely beaches nearby but not much else to do nearby so would recommend driving, not ideal if you got the bus or train. Nice for a relaxing break though

Lovely. Perfect place to stay. Beach is literally across the road. Parkdean have their own sensible priced shops and food places plus other shops are just a walk away. Safe and well maintained place. Definitely coming back again next year. Plus plenty of on site free parking and little entertainment areas/ play areas for the kids.

Well I had been wondering why there was so much security everywhere to the point i found a little uncomfortable but the recent events here explains why. However the security were really friendly an nice an definitely did there job here. We stayed for 4 nights our chalet was lovely an clean 😊 although was hard to keep the grass out of the accommodation (grass cutting everyday) was quiet annoying with children playing outside. Food was nice, parks where great. Staff friendly an helpful. Lots of activities for the children to do all ages. I would definitely come again. Crazy bugs was definitely our favourite 😂

Overall we had a really nice holiday but we were disappointed with the standard of the caravan. Not very clean at all when we arrived and we were missing the high chair we had paid extra for. There was dried bird poo on the curtain inside the caravan. Sheets/duvets not very clean and the floor was dirty. I thought the site had good facilities overall but it was far too big and not enough staff - it seemed like they've massively overstretched themselves. Such a huge site, understaffed so not able to manage things well, and the staff that were there also seemed so young and barely trained. Really liked the restaurant, the park was great for our one year old. Great ice cream van too. However, the pool was disappointing. Most pools shut except for one small one and flume closed. Only went swimming once and there was nothing to do in the pool but just sit there. Also wouldn't recommend location-wise as not a great deal to do in this area.

Pros :- the restaurant is lovely, the arcades are fun it's right by the beach. Bungalow lovely and spacious Cons:- Couldn't find our bungalow at first, after a while of wandering around in the dark and getting security we found it. No parking anywhere near the bungalow and normally that just means walking through a row or two this time it was quite a walk when unpacking. We stayed here November so we didn't expect much for 80 pound for 4 days but pleasantly surprised how lovely the accommodation was. enjoyed walking to the beach despite the wind and rain 😁 overall I'm not sure if I'd be back

Great caravan park in great location. Beautiful beach when the tide is out. Plenty of kids activities available on site. Only loses 1 star as when compared to some other caravan parks, the design of the park means there are rows and rows of caravans rather then split up with trees or hedgerows. Nothing major, and still highly recommended for a visit.

I stayed here with my family and honestly wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. The bungalow we stayed in hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival to a good standard. The fridge was dirty, rubbish under the beds and dirty mattresses. There was rubbish outside our bungalow that staff left and didn’t clear. The Boathouse restaurant has ‘okay’ food. The meat is usually dry and various different dishes on numerous occasions had missing items. Good also took almost 2 hours to be served and arrived lukewarm. The tables are in a constant state of being dirty and sticky. My sister tested out how thorough cleaning team was; she left a packet of crayons on the floor by table 18 and the next day, they were still there. A lot of the staff throughout the park are walking around aimlessly and not actually working. We noticed management had to tell many members of staff to do some work. Some staff members we very rude. An example of such was a staff member shouted at my son whilst we were on the karts, the staff member was driving a little buggy over loaded with rolls of paper. The entertainment music woke us up daily at 07:30, was very loud and vibrated through the building. Please see my pictures as proof of the above. Wouldn’t ever use Parkdean as a whole ever again, beyond poor experience.

We had a good time with the kids, lots of entertainment related to Halloween. However, our caravan was probably the smallest we've ever stayed in, we usually go private and caravans are bigger and better equipped in terms of kitchen utensils etc., just small things like no chopping board.

The other problem was the noise level of entertainment. It was so bad, we couldn't sit in there. We sat near the bar in the far corner but was still too loud. Even the bar staff agreed. This is not at all inclusive to people with autism with noise sensitivity. My kids missed out all week because was just too much. Even for me it was too loud. The passes were useless to us as couldn't sit and enjoy the entertainment. We won't be back again :-(

We did enjoy our time at this holiday park, our little girl loved the dancing in the evening. It is very close to the beach which is also great. The caravan was okay, it clearly needed a deep clean. Stains on the carpets and sofa which doesn't make you feel great about being in the caravan. Our bathroom door had a hole in it, this had been covered up with some masking tape. The caravan was very dusty. The land around the caravans is also very unkept, the little river is absolutely full of rubbish which is a real shame. It is very muddy, hardly any paths so you end up bringing the mud back into the caravan. The swimming pool's are a good size, but they are so cold, the changing rooms are not kept clean and smell awful. The entertainment was okay, but the times need to be changed. Bingo should be in the afternoon, not the evening. The kids and families want to enjoy there evening, not be told to be quiet during bingo. We did book some activities, I recommend the 'Paint Pottery' that is value for money. However all the other activities are over priced. Staff, if I am honest well we only met a few who were kind and happy. One lovely cleaner gave us a fresh bowl of water for our dog, we didn't even ask. Most of the staff just seem to resent the guests. Food, we ate twice in the boathouse, it was okay. The breakfast was the best meal we had. We used the ice cream hut a few times, it takes a long time to be served. Then you are told they only take cash, and then tell you they have no small change left in the till. We wouldn't go back to this holiday park, I would like to try a different company and would be willing to spend more for better quality.

Boathouse restaurant dirty. Tables full of crockery & food on the floor. Always queues at the bar to order food/drink. Staff impolite & do not know how to smile let alone provide customer service. Food terrible (apart from some puddings which are likely brakes). Such a shame as location is lovely. Whole site needs serious (& decent) management oversight & an injection of appropriately paid & enthusiastic staff. As an owner, I hate going there. Says it all.

Had a great few days made all the better by the exceptional weather we had, close to the beach and an easy access route to beach. The site itself had a lot of activities for the kids (we didn't have any with us ) but from what I could see would be expensive for them to take part with a lot that was on offer. Felt that you need a car especially if the weather was not so good.

The resort was good and the camber beach was lovely but the shop/ cafe near the beach was not desirable. Children would love the resorts. One thing to remember, no pets on the beach but you can take them different part of beach. Restaurants around the beach can be full up easily so book in advanced.

We love coming to this resort, but sometimes it’s hit & miss with certain things. If there’s a problem with anything in the accommodation, be prepared that it might take 3-4 times going to reception for it to get sorted out. We had an issue with our bedding and they did sort it out eventually. Other than this, the food is OK (nothing to write home about), the entertainment is pretty good, the on site shop have good prices & really nice staff. I will definitely come back again as we love being so close to the beautiful beach

Need more staff on all bars 40 minute queue on a Saturday night is unacceptable you know roughly how many people are on site. Twice as many security staff to bar staff, people probably wouldn't try and bring in own booze if they could get a drink from the bar in a reasonable time. Staff worked hard, they just needed a few more of them. Breakfast was excellent, hot and delicious delivered quickly ( had 2 mega and 2 normal without any adjustments) Good value for money if buying 2.

Its a great caravan site.. Had good fun. Caravan was clean and check in process was great . Kids enjoyed activities , booking process was so simple. Every staff member was very helpful. Nisa local shop inside the premises was very handy and literally 5 minutes walk to beach. Perfect for a family holiday and everything was great for the price paid.

Ben was an outstanding member of the team, Ben made our kids holiday. Great vibes on the high rope, very kind, considerate, down to earth and great with the kids. Bar/food over priced for reheated food! Accommodation was really clean, but our lodge was very dated. Towels were missing, but the staff quickly put that right in reception. Ben really made our week

Booked into cedar bungalows allegedly for 6 people. 4 chairs at the table, 2 x2seater sofa's . 4 knives, no tin opener. No cupboard space in kitchen for goods, no hooks or towel rail behind shower door. No garden table as advised. Second day waited over an hour for food, we did complain and were told it would be another 10 minutes. When the food eventually arrived the children's meal was wrong and the adults food was cold. We spoke to the very helpful manageress who refunded the cost immediately. We have been coming to Camber Sands every month since April and this was by far the worst experience. Such a shame. The staff are lovely and really helpful and the entertainment team are amazing! I would come back but not in a bungalow...

Had five days in parkdean resorts in camber sands with three other friends. Very busy resorts. The caravan smell of dogs inside and we had to open windows in the evening so we could sleep at night. Food wise was very poor. Only a couple of restaurant in the park. But most time they don't have what we would like to eat. Outside the park only two other restaurants and even there wasn't very nice. So you got to prepare to bring all your foods supply. Camber beach was very nice we really enjoyed the day there. I would like to say that whenever you go ask for no pets caravan and bring you food.

We stayed in a lodge with our grandson (6) and the location is fantastic, right near the beach. We had stayed here before and had a really good time, it was our grandson who requested a return visit The site isn't too bad but...... As you can see from the pictures there are several maintenance and cleaning issues. The 2 pallets are in the children's playground covering a pretty nasty hole where a trampoline should be. How someone thought this was acceptable is beyond me! The cleanliness of the lodge was needing a look at, things like missing a back to the remote doesn't match the high price paid. On the subject of price, we paid for the upgraded Wi-Fi. It would be really nice if it worked all the time. We had a couple of days where turning it off & on again didn't work at all, but we found it really intermittent every day We had Make A Bear and the pottery painting, both of which were a disappointment. Make a bear had hardly any animals to stuff, and a lot we damaged, and next to no clothing/stuffing. The pottery painting was very similar, hardly any paints and those they did have were watered down so they could go around. I doubt we'll be going back for a 3rd time

It was quiet but we were there the week after schools went back, so not so many youngsters about. Mobile home was nice, clean, and had sofas and chairs in the living room, as opposed to the usual hardbench/seats that they usually contain. We go out for day trips so cannot say about the activities on the camp, but there seems to be lots to do and the beach isn't far away.

We had such a great time staying here - great access to Rye, Lydd and beautiful Camber Sands. Excellent amenities. Lovely clean (and warm) caravan. Can't comment on the activities I'm afraid but they looked ace. Well stocked shop for emergency bits. Looking forward to staying again :)

So close to the beach, really beautiful walks to Dungeness and Rye and a bus stop right outside if needed. Max, the manager when we were there, was so lovely and helped us find a corkscrew for our wine (!). The heater was on when we got in so it was toasty warm. The shop was great too and the assistants there were really jolly. Already planning our next trip.

Really lovely weekend away! Caravan was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Security guards were very lovely and its good to see the place was very safe. The Nisa shop is convenient but overpriced so would recommend shopping outside of the campsite. It would have been 5 starts but unfortunately with the restaurant half the menu was unavailable and the food was very expensive for what it was. Also I was looking forward to the street food chicken place to open but seemed closed all weekend. Would recommend some of the local restaurants outside the venue. However other than that everything was good. Plenty for the children to do. Great family holiday.

Great location on a beautiful beach with a lovely setting backing onto fields. Chalets were modern, clean and comfortable and very nice to relax in. Facilities on site very good but the restaurant didn't have hardly any food we required on the menu, the fish and chip shop was great however. The only downside was getting a stomach bug which ripped through the whole camp putting a downer on our trip.

Just recently back from a long weekend break. Staff were friendly but there wasn’t enough. Queues were extremely long, putting unnecessary pressure on the staff. Caravan was lovely and a nice vibe to the park. The arcade staff were amazing. Really helpful and lovely to the children. My only negative is that there were dirty sheets laid out on the grass beside some caravans for the whole weekend which was unsightly. Caravan was of great standard and clean. On the last morning the water shut off unexpectedly. But the problem was addressed very quickly! Within 15 minutes. Would recommend and will definitely go back.

Fantastic place for everyone, reception staff are welcoming and have a positive attitude, the entertainment staff made the holiday for my shy little one by the end of our 4night stay she didn't want to leave sparky she loved it. There's so much for kids to do parks, Swimming, bikes arcades and even the bar staff especially Katherine she was so accommodating and friendly my over all experience is a 10/10 and I will be re-booking for next year. Amazing staff and facilities.

Great place really clean some bad bouncers overall though had a great time stayed there for a week and saw some really nice and cute animals. Such as Badgers, Rabbits, Jellyfish, Fishes, Foxes, Crabs and Sea Shells. Great beach and a great place I suggest going there on either a family holiday or just one by yourself. The Arcade was really good as well as the night club had a grand time and would go again.

Recently had a break in my friend Barbara & Glen’s caravan at Camber Sands. Location is a wee bit out of the way. Caravan was great, Babs & Glen have a beautiful place over here. Close to the beach & local shops. Was a let down for my autistic daughter who could not use the pool on the Sunday we stayed as reception said it was open but when we had landed with towels & swimming trunks in hand, we were turned away by a girl who is no older at 15! Do you know how hard it is to get my spandex on, I’m not young anymore. Apart from that, great stay. Thank you Babs & Glen (Camber Sands)

I love parkdean. It's not a 5 star hotel but you can't find cheaper accommodation at a seaside with swimming pool, entertainment, playground and other attractions. It's rather clean and well maintained. Unfortunately it's not wheelchair/scooter friendly - high speed bumps without pavement, holes in the floor in the arcade. The worst part was the music playing loudly till 11pm. Very nice welcoming service at reception. The very downfall of the resort is the arcade. They are way understaffed. You have to wait half an hour to get a price stuck in the machine. The employees don't look much enthusiastic but can you blame them? There must be someone for the machine supervision and someone at the shop, not one person. The swimming pool is understaffed as well. Two lifeguards taking turns to supervise and have a brake. Therefore the slide and the river were closed. Opened sometimes on people's request but we weren't lucky. At least they could have a timetable when both lifeguards can be present at the pool at the same time.

Perfect holiday park for children of mixed ages. Mine range from 5-14 and felt they were all well catered for. Something for everyone. Clean and well maintained park. Fantastic security which seemed a bit much considering lots of families but seeing as I was on my own with 4 children, this provided lots of comfort and felt exceptionally safe on site. Swimming pool, clean, large, never rammed and open until 7.30 at night. Lots of lifeguards too. Got a table easily in the entertainment venue and fantastic entertainment package all evening. Camber sands beach is literally outside the camp which is beautiful. Wonderfully dog friendly too. Only downsides-activities that required pre-booking got booked up very quickly which meant we missed out on some things but I know for next time. Activities available, bar and shop seemed expensive, particularly the merchandise shop-verging on extortion, £15 for a cuddly with 5 to collect-a bit greedy!! I expect a premium on site but the reality was much more although haven't been to a holiday camp for a while so it may well be in line with other parks. Was still worth it though as we all had a lovely time.

We had a great weekend at Parkdean Camber Sands, on arrival on the Friday we were able to collect our keys at 3:45, there was a significant queue at this point. On approach to our caravan I became worried about the cleanliness inside as the outside didn't leave me with much confidence but on contrary the inside was very clean! Excellent facilities, very clean restaurant. Swimming pool and general areas. The kids club had lots of variety and the weekend was enjoyed by all ages. Would definitely return!

I visited Parkdean in camber sands for a bank holiday weekend in May. I must say I will never return. Although camber sands beach itself is beautiful, Parkdean caravan park is not nice at all. I’ve booked my caravan last minute through a third party and not through Park Dean resorts itself. The caravan was absolutely a disgrace, and that’s another story that the facilities at Parkdean were not good either. When I arrived at the park, I needed to pay for two activity passes, which were £25 each. Without these passes, we would have been unable to access the swimming pool, clubhouse and amusement arcades. During our three night stay, we were unable to go swimming because every time we tried they were fully booked and we were unable to book in advance because again there were also fully booked. We were told we could wait outside in the queue which was a two hour wait. Secondly, the queue in the clubhouse to get drinks was 20 to 30 minute white each time because they’re understaffed. Last of all the Thunderbird, fried chicken restaurant, we tried two day in a row we tried to order chicken and chips, but ironically they were out of chicken. I complained to the park about not being able to use any of the facilities after purchasing passes costing £50 but they were not happy to do anything for us. Never again
