Im
a
long
time
patron
of
skyline
skyrides,
over
30
years.
Always
have
a
good
time
here.
But
on
this
visit
we
were
treated
very
rudely
by
a
member
of
staff
at
the
ticketing
counter
downstairs.
A
girl
by
the
name
of
Tikki
was
very
dismissive
condescending
towards
my
mother
when
there
was
an
issue
with
her
annual
pass.
Basically
it
had
been
renewed
a
few
months
ago
but
it
wasn't
showing
in
the
system.
Upon
explaining
that
it
had
just
been
paid
if
she
could
go
check
she
responded
with,
"do
you
have
proof,
if
you
don't
there's
nothing
I
can
do".
She
didn't
even
try
to
help
resolve
this
error
which
was
on
skylines
end,
not
ours.
We
paid
what
we
were
asked
to
pay
when
we
are
asked
to
pay
it.
If
there's
an
admin
problem
from
there
on
its
not
our
fault
so
why
is
this
girl
"Tikki"
treating
us
like
it
is?
After
sending
my
70
year
old
father
to
go
out
and
get
proof
of
purchase,
and
a
few
clicks
of
the
keyboard,
oh
look
there
it
is...b****
if
you
could
check
all
along
why
didn't
you
just
do
that
when
we
asked
you
to
and
not
make
us
argue
with
you
for
30
minutes
instead
of
helping
us
resolve
the
problem??!
We
almost
called
off
the
whole
day
trip
because
of
how
we
were
treated.
Once
we
finally
got
to
the
top
we
had
a
great
time.
Views
were
amazing
as
usual,
lots
of
new
tracks.
A
little
tame
for
my
liking
having
grown
up
on
the
old
more
adventurous
tracks,
but
they're
very
safe
now
for
sure.
Choose
the
people
you
want
representing
skyline
at
the
first
point
of
contact
with
the
public.
We
almost
left
because
of
what
happened,
I'm
sure
we're
not
the
first,
but
I
do
hope
we'll
be
the
last.
I'm
a
big
supporter
of
skyline
skyrides
so
it
pained
me
to
leave
a
one
star
rating,
but
something
had
to
be
said.
