At the drive m-through just now 9:00pm treated to two people loudly talking someone not present.. how the wanted to smash there f….&&& head in .. no hello or Thankyou to me …terrible service very disappointed the person who was at collection window was great 👍😊

The food was as maccas should be but...staff seemed...distracted. I understand if co workers need to communicate with each other but, call me old school, don't really see the point in discussing personal dramas while I'm standing at the counter. I felt like I was intruding. Clean store

Get home to find squashed burgers like they'd been slammed into the bag....drinks warm and the f@#kers left out my cheeseburger. Could barely hear the dude who relayed my order, so told him my full and amount which he followed with our yeah $52.10 burr it's on your screen bruh....the chick who served me, dam girl....practice some customer service skills. It ain't hard I've done it before working a 45hour shift and still pleasant. But honestly if It wasn't so packed I'd have gone back but the one lane....yeah nah.

Chips were soggy old and barely salted. Burgers had stale buns and dry patties. Drink was flat. Had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through to place my order, and then because the drive through loops back to the entrance had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to get out of the car park. Only got 2 out of the 10 Monopoly tickets I was supposed to get from the food I ordered so I didn't even get given what I paid for. Good to see quality service

The security guy on friday night 1 Dec 2023 is a gem! We couldnt find a straw and he proactively went into the kitchen to find for us.

Service was very poor, at least three people behind the counter not wanting to make eye contact with customers and busying themselves or chit chatting with colleagues. When we got our burgers they looked like they had been put together on a slope as fillings hanging out on one end. Quite disappointed as Maccas in general is usually quite good for service and food

Excellent service food is always up to standard and a nice quiet place to eat with family. Indoor covered park for little ones, our main reason for going. My favorite McDonalds in Rotorua to eat in.

Self-check out never have paper to have you order no. Or the scsner for QR codes, when you want to talk to staff they just look at you then carry on talking to themselves, lastly we hardly ever get the correct order. So either travel 30min to sort it or phone just keeps ringing and you will try multiple times email doesn't work either

Ordered a large combo and a regular combo. There were more chips in the regular size chips.

please please get your drinks sorted! we have ordered in the past and there has been no ice consistently (warm drinks are so gross!). we were so excited to receive ice in our drinks tonight thinking we can finally have some normal fizzy, but got home and very disappointed that the drinks were flat and tasted extremely watered down. customer service is always great but please just taste your drinks, they are gross!!

Stopped by while passing through Rotorua. Conveniently located at the corner of state highway segment within the city, it was a good pit stop. Medium busy, and as always, great MacFood!

Funniest maccas ever. Loved the maori humor and antics going on... We were laughing the whole time in the drive through. Good place to go amuse yourself at night when you have the munchies. Staff are crack up. You won't be even notice the missing apple pie. 😅

I hope this is not a trend, but this is the second time I’ve had a room temperature Coke. ***Not sure if you’ve ever tasted warm Coke before? It’s not nice*** There was nothing wrong with the food at all. However, coz of the Coke, it was not a great experience overall to be honest. And because I was already back on the road before I realised, it was too much hassle to turn around and sort it out. Shouldn’t have to test my drink before I leave the queue, but next time I guess I’ll have to?😑

Kia Ora, friends. I don't typically eat McDonald's, but I had to find out if it tastes the same as in the States. The fries were on point. Delicious. The location was clean. The bathrooms were fine. If you like Mickey D's, you'll like this place.

At 4am on Saturday I was on my half an hour break during my graveyard shift. I pulled up to the drive thru and the lady said "sorry, I've just powered down the till and it will take 5-10min to restart" I told her that I didn't mind waiting so I parked up and waited. I counted approximately 8-10 cars pull up and get denied as I did. After 10 min I pulled up again in hopes of the machine being rebooted to which I was told: "I'm sorry we are no longer taking orders" 15min of my break wasted waiting for what seemed like a suspicious breakdown. I ended up at mcd's in town where the service was prompt and delightful.

Totally rude and ignorant management shut the glass door on me. I didn't get my hot chocolate said it was more my fault I should of checked the screen very rude girl in green uniform fair with glasses..they don't wear name tags or any boss tags when I ordered or just gave me a hot chocolate thru the 2nd window it would of been great. But no gotta argue and make me the customer in the wrong cause it was my fault she in the green uniform with the glasses said.. Look at the order well not all of us should be told its our, fault as customers.. But I'll keep that in mind..

Great and awesome staff😄💛. Everything is excellent, friendliness, clean and tidy, except. There was no napkins, straws and contingency cards for my salad, spicy chicken burgers and others foods. But would still recommend 💯💯 to everyone

As with any other McDonalds, you get what you get. It would be great to great burgers that are able to be eaten without having to reassemble yourselves. The fries tasted like cardboard and no napkins when the order was delivered. Not a place I will be coming back to anytime soon.

In my opinion a very well oiled machine at work. Have been in there when it's been very busy, and watching the crew work was great to see. Organized, fluid and controlled. Very very busy at the time, but ran very smoothly. Managers communicate with there team very well and everyone knew there place and what was expected of them. Very cool to see.

My grill slip (no pickle add tomato) was only suppose to be on one of my bigmacs, I didn't get my tomatoes on any of them but I was charged. I attempted to call the store multiples but no one answered. Very disappointed in this store

Very quick table service, we were amazed at the pace. Food seemed better which seems impossible at a fast food chain

The cafe made me a delicious hot chocolate with almond milk at no extra cost, unlike every other place I have been to, that Always charge if you request milks other than the usual cows milk. It took less than 2 minutes to make. Yummy. Only downfall was the cost of $6.70 for a large; not the $2 I remember them as.

I ordered a mates hunger buster and requested a tomato slice on one of the big macs. I was charged for a tomato slice on both burgers but never recieved a tomato on either of them. Ive also rang this McDonald's multiple times now, just to see what they can do about it, but no one picked up the line. I am very disappointed.

Couldn't keep up with demand in drive thru, took over 30mins to get my order.

Really great customer service considering how complicated our orders were, great attitudes so I'm really blown away by your staff whenever we are there. Whatever you guys are doing there its the best in the country (in my opinion, other opinions may differ. Thank you very much.

Very busy had to wait for awhile but its ok food was nice n hot great service.

Good quality and the drive- thru is pretty fast considering how long the line can be sometimes. If they do stuff up, they are always willingly happy to compensate for their mistake.

Must be the most expensive coffee in the city and it tastes yuck!!! No offence to the barister. Don't go to fairy springs Mac Donalds. Go a little further and try out the BP instead which I should have done in the first place.
