The
lady
staff
was
ok,
helpful
in
the
sense
of
knowing
where
to
eat
unhelpful
in
the
sense
that
we
paid
for
a
room
with
amenities
that
were
not
there.
Had
we
spoken
to
the
male
staff
member
about
our
concerns
I
think
he
would
have
been
a
lot
more
understanding
and
accommodating
-
mainly
that
we
booked
and
paid
for
a
room
with
a
hot
tub
but
when
we
turned
up
the
hot
tub
was
not
existent
in
our
room
and
the
lady
refused
to
offer
any
refund
on
the
room
-
even
the
difference
in
price
for
each
room.
We
are
reuquired
to
pay
before
arrival
so
I
thought
this
was
quite
unfair
and
rude
considering
we
paid
for
something
we
did
not
get.
We
would
have
not
paid
the
extra
had
we
known
we
would
not
get
a
spa
or
our
money
back
for
the
difference
-
slightly
misleading
advertising
and
then
once
challenged
regarding
paying
for
a
hot
tub
room
but
being
put
in
one
without
she
just
quoted
some
consumer
guarantee
and
told
us
we
could
not
be
reimbursed
the
difference
OR
moved
to
the
room
we
booked,
not
only
that
but
we
were
able
to
book
a
second
room
online
stating
it
had
a
hot
tub
when
her
reason
for
not
moving
us
to
one
was
that
there
were
none
available,
there
was
according
to
their
online
booking
platform.
The
option
was
a
room
without
a
spa
at
$140
a
night
or
a
room
with
a
spa
for
$155
per
night.

because
while
the
room
was
nice,
it
was
noisy
most
nights
and
the
room
was
supposed
to
have
a
spa
-
would
have
5
stars
had
they
given
us
a
refund
on
the
difference
in
price
between
room
with
spa
and
room
without.
