Some of the popular shops in the mall include: The Warehouse Kmart New World Farmers Countdown JB Hi-Fi EB Games Michael Hill Specsavers Vodafone 2degrees The mall also has a food court with a variety of options to choose from, including Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indian, and Western food. There were a lot of different kinds of restaurants in the food court there. We were able to find several offering vegan and vegetarian food at a pretty reasonable price. It's also a good place for shopping with family.

When visiting Rotorua, have a leisure walk in the CBD and feel the rush of Rotorua city life. Many interesting things can be found here to your heart content from food to clothing to tours and windows shopping.

Was amazed at how quiet the Mall was on Wednesday lunchtime. Saw 2 roughs outside to keep away from. I saw 5 Security staff in the Mall so good. Impressed to see Security giving masks to those not wearing one.

Tasty butter chicken at the food court. Noticed the number of purchase being made by customers so thought I would purchase it to see what it's all about. The food is lovely and the photo speaks for itself.

Nice little mall. But always soo busy! Lots of food to choose from. I think the food is more of a draw card than the actual stores themselves in this mall. Toilets are usually pretty clean, especially for such high use, but they do often smell gross. Could do with some ventilation or something

Good sized mall. Unfortunately too many 'able body' people parking on mobility spaces, then old people and people with disabilities struggle.

Lots of shops to buy from and the location is very good because it is in the city of Rotorua. Their supermarket also has many items to purchase. I recommend this place to anyone looking for place to shop in the city of Rotorua

Pretty cool skate park, opposite the caltex. A bit scary when the supermarket trollies are around, but a good facility all the same.

Had lunch at LJS was the worst fish burger ever the fish was small and not worth the 16.00 dollars burger cold so was the fish and chips. The man that was making it was so slow a 10 year old could make it faster.

I was shocked walking into this place. It was not what I expected. It was REALLY nice and the people of Rotorua can be rightfully proud of it. An upmarket mall with some great shops. Really clean. A great food hall. Very impressed indeed. Highly recommended.

Great shopping mall. Very good parking space. Lots of modern nice buildings and excellent variety. One can spend hours here browsing. Just loved the wide open spaces. Nice food court as well with some variety. The atomosphere was great. This is like teh hub of the city. The food is not as good as Eat street but still great eating here and soaking up the atmosphere which is lively. Very nice fountains at the front as well. Would come here again next time we visit this City/Town. Noticed less smell here than others. One can spend hours here browsing the different shops. There was even a pharmacy and unlike one other one I visited earlier, this one was a specailist pharmacy and had lots of shelf space and variety. There was also a Supermarket which is a clone of the one just a short distance away. There was also a Warehouse, but I think Kmart was cheaper. The 2 electronics stores were nice. one of them doubles up as a furniture store. We enjoyed being here.

Great place. I went to buy a pair of Doc Martens at Platypus Shoes on my way to an industrial site where I needed boots. Easy parking, and easy to navigate. What a nice wee mall.

Wow! It's been 20+ years since i left Rotorua, How much this place changed, so many food stores went into the warehouse and its gigantic, biggest I've ever been in, still they didn't have what I was looking for (how ironic). The atmosphere was pretty good. Lots of people out having lunch.

We just ran through to the warehouse as it was raining and we needed jackets for luge, but decent foodcourt, bread place etc that we ran past along with phone shops and mean not 2dollar shop..

Rotorua’s only mall with the usual large and small anchor tenants that you’d find in any small regional city. It has a decent sized foodcourt that caters to most tastes and is well liked by the locals. It can get very busy here at certain times of the week/year. The restrooms are located directly off the foodcourt and are modern. The local buses have a pickup and drop off here too, with a bus interchange further around on Arawa St. There is definitely ample parking here too. Some of my visitors have complained about the ‘weird’ and confusing road layout of it, but you get used to it. No it’s not Sylvia Park but then again, you don’t have to spend ages fighting for a carpark either!😏😎

I haven't had a bad meal here yet! Great food.

The carparks are tiny and there's not enough space to manoeuvre around. Good selection of shops though.

Central is rotoruas prime shopping mall The mall contains all the shops you need for a great shopping experience it has a warehouse and directly out the door a countdown. All the banks are only 2 minutes away. There is a food court area which is full of top quality food options from around the world. Totally reccommend

Great range of shops and food places, I would have given 5 stars but I am always disappointed with the state of the toilets they weren't well thought out when made and the corridor to enter them is so narrow you almost have to allow people to walk in and out like a one way bridge. Staff were cleaning whilst we were using the toilets upon last visit and had shut majority of them off to the public.

Unpleasant shopping experience. You feel as though you may be entering a hostile environment with several security guards stationed around what I would barely call a mall. Lord help you if you have a mask exemption, you’ll be asked multiple times for your exemption at different ends of the shopping mall, then again in individual shops within the so called mall. The food court was potentially the best part with an average variety of eateries. Won’t be back though, we’ve been to malls all around the country lately and only Rotorua has several security guards questioning where your mask or exemption is, no word of a lie we have not been asked anywhere else. Sort it out Rotorua Central!

Busy, great selection of eateries in the food court. Good to see security asking people to wear masks correctly on entry.

I would give these guys 5 stars but the toilets were atrocious and no where near up to par with COVID standards. No automated soap dispensers or taps and very filthy. The mall itself was really cool but the toilets made me feel very uncomfortable.

Security guards are awesome Specially the coast guy. Warehouse printer guys are the best in the world. My grans were running everywhere. So they loved it. The place itself is very clean. A very nice shopping complex. Enjoyed our meals. I shared my daughters plate. There were 13 of us.

Bigger than other malls that I've been too and with every store I went to, I had a great experience. Would recommend this place to anyone who loves a good daily shop.

It's OK for a shopping complex, there are better Shopping Malls around, food court is a bit small considering it's such a busy city, maybe it's just a bit dated and could do with being expanded a bit but, however, you do get all your regular big name stores here, Warehouse, Michael Hill etc, just think these days it could do with a bit more here.

I love coming here, has many varieties or food outlets also serves hot and cold food for on the go. I come here often for lunch as they cater for everyone and delicious and surprisingly cheap. These days takeaways is expensive so I like coming here knowing I'll get more. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here.

Looking a little sad with many shops closed. Very, very hard to see as it use to be a fabulous place to wander around. What is astonishing is the amount of cars and the lack of car parks. Just mind boggling and of course every park is a paid park, not expensive but really ...you are meant to be enticing people in not creating obstructions...although in saying that finding a park is nightmarish....go figure

👍👍 Just been to the food markets in central Rotorua tonight. Lots of wonderful food, lovingly prepared by a variety of vendors. Always something for all tastes. My husband & I love to share dishes, that way we can taste a variety. Great family feel, well worth the trip over from Tauranga for us.
