We purchased Sweat shirt in Long Weekend Sale from them, after reached home we found it faulty and came back to store with my receipt, their cashier told us we have instructions from Manager if the product is in Sale we will not Refund anything to you guys, we will give you Gift Card as with same amount of your faulty sweat shirt. Even, we told to cashier if you can arrange the same size in the same product so we will not need the refund, he refused and said sorry we can't arrange it. So, what kind of service they are providing to the customers, it's a clear harassment thing. Even,we checked Hallensteins Brother website, no where mentioned like that what the cashier told us. Moreover, their website says " We are happy to give refund or exchange of products within 30 days with the original receipt ". No where mentioned like it you purchase anything from same it will not Refund. I asked to cashier whatever you are saying to me Will you please send me in the email and he took email I'd from me but he didn't sent any email to me still waiting for his email. Will meet his Manager tomorrow for next step, hopefully he will make his customer happy.

Bought a really cool merino suit and all the trimmings. I am very happy with quality and cost. I was attended by a guy Nate who was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to give me personal attention even though juggling 3 or 4 other clusters of customers who all seemed to be getting personal relevant service as well. Big ups to this guy and hope he gets a suitable pay package as he is a tremendous asset and salesperson.

The shop is well decorated and laid out. Friendly staff members make me feel welcomed. The store is well stocked even on the smaller sizes, so definitely my kind of store as I often struggle to find smaller clothe sizes.
