Horrible lot design- no hot food in the store- store limits Subway on what they can sell because of the Dunkin doughnuts next to it- both stores are owned by pilot so it shouldn't matter- bathrooms were only partially stocked- horrible location what kind of truck stop doesnt have hotdogs.

This is a convenient stop on long trips from ME to western NY. I know the bathroom will be cleaned and the gas is reasonably priced. I'm normally ordering a Subway sandwich to go but there are many other options. It works for me!

Gas prices are very reasonable. Staff is excellent and very courtesy. However, someone needs to refill the milk machine. Every time I go to buy a hot tea, I have to pay and buy my own $2.79 little tiny milk. Which I feel is unfair because they shouldn't show there's a milk machine when it's empty every time. Even though I mentioned it to the man cashier, he ignored me and charged me for a tiny milk for $2.79. Instead of saying he is sorry the machine is empty and he feels I shouldn't be charged for the milk, he totally ignores my concern and charges me $2.79 for a tiny milk. So they make you think that they are offering you the milk free their not. They leave milk machine empty so every time you come in you have to buy a milk. It's very 😡 upsetting that they make you believe you're going to get milk out of their machine, and all you get is sour drips

The place looks very well kept It is very clean even by the pumps everything looks very organized The store has a tremendous variety of almost everything you can imagine or need. The bathrooms are neat and modern The showers work wonderfully are quite a few food choices between Subway Duncan and the pilot convenience store.

The parking for semi is limited for 50 to maybe up to 80 trucks (proper parking spots). I only stopped by here today for fuel, but if you need parking better get here before 3pm or it’s packed. They have SubWay and Dunkin’ Donut for food. The inside convenient store does not have hot food deli like other Pilot/FlyingJ. They do not have laundry and I think they have only 3 shower rooms. It’s easy get in and get out from the interstate junction. While I was filling up my rig there was a weird lady approached me and asked if I wasted some “company”, I knew what she was getting into, but I never seen working ladies up this part of NY before. She did look really good tho and I was like… “Damn, that’s expensive!” And she was like “I will make you feel good like what you first felt back in your high school days, sweetie!” At this point there was a dude from the next pump looking over and gave me the “yeah, get some boy!” look on his face. And I was just shocked when she came closer and bump me with her tush with endearment. I will finish this story on my Dunkin’ Donut review.

Small and crowded and didn't feel too safe... Bathrooms weren't unusable but they weren't clean either. Across the street had I not been there a couple days ago knowing that ones even worse.

Parking lot needs to be remarked. It was for 40,42,and 45ft. Trailers. To small for 53ft. Trailers. I guess you could say this place is for box trucks and bobtails. Go somewhere else if have a 53ft. Trailer.
