I love coming here with the wife on our fridays off. The service is fast and the food is amazing! Btw idk what this other dude is saying about portions. And also this whole meal was like $47 bucks. Find this amount of piping hot food, that all came out within 15 minutes for that price!

We came here after shopping across the street. I’m very glad we did. The food was delicious, fresh, and hot or cold in just the right way. Staff was all very pleasant even though they were very busy and service was quick. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great spot to eat, which is rare as my husband and I are very fussy dinners with high expectations.

The linguine and white clam sauce and clams was so very good. Also came with a delicious chicken soup and salad or vegetable. I got the baked apples. It was delicious. Mom got a egg salad on lettuce because she is gluten free. She said it was very good.

Came here during lunch rush. This place was packed. We were still greeted immediately. My chef salad could've fed 3 people. Waitress was very busy and still attentive. Huge portions and fair pricing .

It's a favorite dinner in Rotterdam/ Schenectady. Lovely family operated. Nice wait staff. Food is always good. Especially love the chicken soup and rice pudding. Daily specials are always good.

A local favorite. Dinner food that's consistently good. The chicken soup is always amazing. As is the rice pudding. New to me is their appetizer, Deep fried calamari with garlic and hot cherry peppers. Mouth watering.

Possibly the best place around for a cup or bowl of soup,the MVP is their corn chowder which is thick in substance and full of flavor in the best way,pictures below are of their cream of mushroom as the soups change daily.There breakfast is solid and their lunch and dinner specials are always a good option.Some special items are hit or miss. Excellent food waitresses and all the staff. I usually order new york strip steak but they keep getting smaller excellent soup and salad. Cheapest diner out of the ones I go to.

Came here on Saturday night with my SO. Place was busy, but no excessive waiting. Small counter seating section plenty of booth seating. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Ordered harvest grilled chicken. Chicken was extremely thin and the fuji apples were stacked on top so all you tasted were the apples. Took all the apples off the chicken and the chicken tasted good. My SO ordered chicken michael, the fried chicken was oily, with very little scampi sauce. Though the dish was flavorful. My side of cinnamon apples was too sweet and very mushy. SO had squash which was basically squash sauce.... no dessert, just wanted to leave... when I say that of my meal the best thing was the French fries... sad.

I had a roast beef sandwich with au jus and it was pretty good. I also had the chicken noodle soup now THAT was delicious! My server was a woman named Ashley and she was absolutely delightful, very attentive .

Our new go to breakfast spot on Saturday morning. I go here with my daughter and my mom ever since moving into the area. The waitress' are all really sweet, food never disappoints and it isn't a rip off like other places in the area.

I've been a waitress in the past and I've also been out to eat quite a bit in my lifetime. My dining experience at Bellevue Cafe was pleasant to say the least. That place is ran like a finely tuned machine. Everyone pitches in, everyone works together, and there was a surprisingly amount of praise between the coworkers. I've been back twice this week. 😁

Food...soup, excellent. Sausage and peppers w spaghetti, great. Service...right on. Atmosphere...typical diner. Especially if you like the clanging of plates and bowls. Would have gotten 5 stars but for no bread served w pasta. Yikes!

Always Great Food and Busy Classic Diner. The wait staff are always busy and have to settle in before they warm up. Can be loud but a new Dining Area is quieter if you ask.

Highly recommend trying this place if you haven't been here twice with my sister's we all loved it and that's saying a lot. Keep up the good work see you soon🌹

1st time going to Bellevue cafe, on June 15 2023 was recommended by a friend and he was right food was very good, our waitress was definitely experienced, The soups were all homemade and fantastic!! Dinner was also very good !! Will be returning soon!!

On and off over the course of decades myself friends and family have eaten their numerous times. None of us have ever been disappointed everybody that works there is very polite very helpful and just great and general to deal with. I have never been portion size or the quality of the meals.

Fun with friends. Fast service. Except all the food arrived at once. Salad with main coarse with goodies. Waitress friendly & responsive & checked with us often. Great job!!! Portion size good. Price very competitive. Food was sooo delicious! Parking lot was Full, but we got seated quickly, and our order was taken as soon as we were ready.

Just went today for lunch 7/7...what a luncheon menu selection!! I had Haddock on rice, came with soup and 🍨 was very good. Good service and pleasant wait staff. Eventhough very busy, did not feel " rushed" to leave the booth . For what was served, well worth the price. ( 12.99 for my special plus a fountain drink)👍 👩‍🍳

The place was packed and we still got our drinks,we got our order taken and our food at a great fashionably order. Multiple wait staff asked how everything was if we needed anything. Absolutely love the place and absolutely love the food.

Portions are generous and pricing is good. I've never had a bad meal here. Service is also great, despite always appearing to have a full house.

Clen, neat, good service, pleasant atmosphere, good prices, large portions. I used to go here many years ago. It seems It's been recently renovated. Larger than it looks and very busy. For the prices you can't go wrong. I plan to be a regular again.

Very good food, quick service, neat and clean. The lunch specials are more like a dinner: soup, large meal, and desert. The lunch specials menu is large and varied and averages around eleven bucks; you’ll pay that much just for a sandwich anyplace else ! No disappointments here.

Our waitress keep going by our table and asked if we wanted desert which we did and our dishes that we were done with were never removed

Very clean inside and out. Very fast and friendly service. Soup was great his dish was great and mines was good the rice was cold I ordered grilled chicken with greens and rice n beans. Didn't like the greens n rice n beans being mixed on plate, but the greens was pretty good. Our server was very pleasant.

Outstanding service and food!! Tried the pork loin dinner with mashed potatoes, stuffing, and gravy. Absolutely delicious. Pork was fork tender, stuffing was made with carrots, celery, and sausage, and topped with a savory gravy. I can't wait to go back to try the country style Yankee pot roast. This may become my NEW favorite place to eat.

The place is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Every dish I have eaten is full of flavor and piled high, if youre lucky enough to have room for dessert their muffins are also amazing. Enjoy!
