My entire family has gone to this dentist and they cannot seem to get their records straight. Four out of five us were told that we had loose fillings that needed to be fixed and 3 cavities. I found this odd so went to get a second opinion just to find out that one of us had NO cavities and three of use had one cavity each and NONE of us needed to have our fillings replaced. Originally we went there because of an infection my husband had and the receptionist said wouldn't see him for the infection right away because they had to do an evaluation first. This office is close to our home and would have loved the convenience.

I was told they would send my X-Ray images one by one to the dentist I am committed to who handles tooth emergencies on time. They sent two-three images. When I had a dental emergency back in February they insisted I not get it fixed then and there, so I took off work the next day to drive through a blizzard to their practice. I was desperate to take care of my tooth emergency so I complied. Now I am going back to my original dentist I had in Glenview since I was 7 years old-24 years old who handles dentist emergencies promptly. They did not send my pics appropriately one by one for successful image scanning to my dentist I am going back to so I am paying $300 today out of pocket so my dentist can appropriately see what is going on. They also said at this establishment at Round Lake I had to re-fill all my cavities from when I was a younger teenager, and my current dentist I am going back to says this may not be the case even though now she has to take her own X-Ray images even though she gave me an extension and a chance to get my X-rays sent appropriately. I never even wanted my X-Rays done at this establishment in Round Lake. They insisted that they wouldn't take care of my dental emergency back in February. They wasted my insurance and my full mouth X-Ray by doing this to me, and now they are not sending every image one by one even though the receptionist in the office said she would even though it was an inconvenience for her because it would take a lot of "time". I'm a Special Education Teacher for special needs kids, but god forbid I inconvenience someone who works a cushy desk job while I deal with a lot more at my full-time job. I recommend going someplace else. Not to mention some made-up charge she or the dentist made of $28 when I thought my account was settled back in February after I overpaid for a dental emergency to be taken care of. I paid it hoping she would at least do what she said she would by transferring the images one by one, as SHE SAID SHE WOULD DO. There is a natural order of karmic justice that the universe will bestow upon this practice for financially taking advantage of a special needs teacher. I am not begging anyone to do their job anymore, now I'm leaving the 1 star review they deserve. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Our teeth are the most important thing to our family. The staff that they have is unbelievable. Sonia will take care of you in a professional and timely matter. We have been going to them for over 10 years. We recently saw a billboard and got suckered in and we tried out a new dentist because it was closer. This was one of the worst things we have ever done. I do not like to put in negative reviews so will not name that business. I have learned my lesson and will continue to be a loyal client even if we have to drive 1 hour. Thank you for keeping my families dental hygiene in great condition. The dentist you have answer all your questions in a quick and timely matter and have done wonders on my whole family. Thanks again.

I brought my son in as a new patient for a cleaning and he was told that he had 9 cavities. We scheduled him for the fillings over two weeks because there were so many. I proceeded to get a second opinion before his first appointment because he had never had a cavity before. The second opinion was that he had NO cavities. Please don't say this is due to differences in opinion between dentists. There is no way a child goes from 9 to 0 cavities for no reason except that there was a misdiagnosis. Please review your practices in your Round Lake office.

This was my third visit with Dr. Malhotra and her team. I was treated really well and still feel that I am in good hands. Dr. Malhotra's staff is helpful and friendly without being fake. The front desk person Yvette is a joy to work with, and makes the patients feel welcome and at ease.

I called Smile Clinique on Tuesday due to severe pain I was having. I am a new patient and was looking for a dentist close to home. From the initial phone call to my appointment the following day, I have been extremely satisfied with the office staff. Due to the severe pain I was in, the receptionist called me later on the day prior to my appointment to ask if I could come in earlier. I felt so much better knowing I wouldn’t have to wait to feel better. I hate going to the dentist but honestly can’t wait to go back to Smile Clinique for my deep cleaning next month.

Allowed me to come in on a moments notice, and got more good advice than I was anticipating. I will most definitely continue to be a client. Highly recommended! AAA+++

Every time we come we have a great experience. My kindergartner needed a check up for school and both the dentist and dental hygienist were so kind to her. I know a lot of places don’t have the patience for kids but they were amazing with her! I would definitely recommend this office!

Everyone from the scheduler, to the dental assistant, to the doctor was absolutely amazing! I loved the fact that the office is convenient to where I live, just 5 mins. away. I was apprehensive because it had been a while since I visited a dentist. The assistant and doctor made me feel comfortable and they were very personable. My appointment was smooth and on time. This is definitely my NEW dental office.
