You
know
the
dentist
and
hygienists
at
this
place
are
great.
That's
the
only
reason
they
are
getting
two
stars
though.
It
was
a
great
place
to
go
if
you
want
to
have
poor
communication
with
billing.
I
went
in
there
to
address
some
issues
with
pain
and
they
tried
to
sell
me
on
a
dental
implant
and
a
mouth
guard.
Towards
the
end
of
June
they
called
me
to
tell
me
the
mouth
guard
would
be
completely
covered
only
to
charge
me
$71
when
I
came
back
a
few
weeks
later
to
get
scanned
for
it.
At
that
time
I
specifically
asked
if
I
would
be
charged
anymore,
as
I
wouldn't
have
proceeded
with
the
mouth
guard
unless
they
had
previously
told
me
it
was
covered,
and
they
said
I
owe
nothing
else.
I
just
went
in
there
today
and
they
told
me
I
owed
another
ambiguous
$40
and
then
lady
at
the
front
desk
tried
to
argue
that
she
had
told
me
that
I
would
owe
that
before
which
was
just
a
complete
lie.
Why
would
I
ask
if
I
was
going
to
owe
anything
else
ahead
of
time
and
then
come
in
there
expecting
to
pay
nothing?
And
then
you're
going
to
argue
with
me
about
it?
I
don't
usually
pull
this
kind
of
Karen
move
but
I'm
extremely
dissatisfied.
If
your
staff
is
going
to
have
an
attitude
then
I'm
not
going
to
give
you
my
time.
Plain
and
simple,
I
don't
care
how
good
of
a
dentist
you
are.
This
is
America
and
Healthcare
is
a
business.
So
I
will
be
taking
my
business
elsewhere.
