If I could share everything wrong with this place, I'd have no more room to write. It is literally that bad. The nurses don't know anything and the doctors treat you as if you're crazy. I had this doctor that didn't believe anything I say. Go find a REAL doctor's office and spend the extra money because this place isn't it. My one friend went here and they didn't take her seriously. This place is a joke. Also what kind of nurses don't know how to draw blood?

Terrible experience with front desk to the point she refused to give me service because their clinic is “a private clinic that does not serve my state insurance”. Makes no sense considering my sibling with the same insurance has come here with no problems. Without providing any help of where else I could get the vaccines I highly need, she proceeded to call up the next person in line and also answer the phone which wasn’t even ringing.

The staff was very kind and respectful from the nurse practitioner to the ladies at the front desk. They were very patient with my elderly mom who only speaks Spanish, they listened to her and did not rush her. The wait was a little bit long but nothing out of the ordinary.

The Jamaican doctor was awful. Super rude and just wanted to get me out of the office both times I was there and kept telling me I needed to go somewhere else like the ER. But the Russian doctor was super nice and even though she was super busy she still made sure to check me throughly and give me the proper meds. Sorry I don’t remember either of their names.

Bad customer service at the from desk. You need to be there two hours before they close on Sunday if not they won't see a doctor

I couldn't get through. The girl picked up the phone, said to wait 1 minute, I waited 10 minutes, they ignored me and did not pick up the phone again.

We had an amazing experience. We are new to the state and I needed somebody to check if my daughters ear infection was reacting to her antibiotics. I was worried because she doesn’t have a pediatrician yet but I needed somebody to see her. I have to admit, I went in with the mentality of “even if they’re awful, at least they can look in her ears and know”. Boy was I wrong!!! From start to finish this was one of THE most profesional yet welcoming and comfortable doctors offices I’ve ever visited for myself or my children. The receptionist is very personable and efficient, the medical assistant was amazing with our baby and seemed really comfortable checking her out and the nurse practitioner was probably one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, polite, patient and genuine. I feel like I got the best care here than I ever have for my children even at big pediatricians offices. Thank you for being so amazing!

I've been a patient for years, long before clinic was in Walmart. The practice itself has various locations in the area. Love the fact if I wish to do so I can visit any of them. I've worked different jobs so my insurance has changed, it has never has never been an issue. My son aged out of my insurance had to pay out of pocket, VERY reasonable rates. With limeted space and no appointment need it, the wait times are often over an hour. The attention and care you receive is well above most places. Though you will rarely come across same nurse practitioners.

We were the 7th ones in line but the last ones called! I guess you have to be illegal to get any service! The desk person was very rude and obviously racist! Never again will I go to FAMILY MEDICAL!

⭐️x5 For a quick visit wen I can’t get in to see my doctor or my kids regular pediatrician 👌🏼👌🏼 I take all my kids here an never had a problem. Wauconda clinic also pretty good. Would recommend for a quick last min go service
