Normally,
okay
service.
But,
today
I
got
an
email
about
free
coffee
with
any
purchase
if
you
are
a
DD
app
member,
which
I
am.
The
coffee
wasn't
being
taken
off
after
they
scanned
my
loyalty
app
ID.
So
perhaps
it
wasn't
the
employees
fault
per
say
but
one
employee
went
to
go
get
another
employee
and
proceeded
to
say
the
email
I
got
didn't
have
an
"apply
this
offer"
button
so
the
offer
doesn't
apply
to
me.
Then
said
they
got
new
cash
registers
so
it
might
be
that.
This
took
really
long
so
I
just
agreed
to
pay
for
the
whole
order
and
she
said
her
register
said
it
was
free.
I
checked
the
receipt
and
I
said
I
was
charged
for
it
so
it
definitely
wasn't
free
and
didn't
make
sense.
Then
she
says
"yeah
I
dont
know
what
to
tell
you
it
was
free".
She
got
rude
toward
the
end
so
I
was
done
with
the
whole
interaction.
