I
would
have
initially
given
this
place
a
great
review
being
that
I
only
had
to
wait
in
the
waiting
room
for
15
minutes
on
a
weekend
verses
going
to
the
ER
in
Vernon
Hills
and
waiting
5
hours
to
even
get
checked
in.
My
big
Peeve
is
that
I
had
really
good
health
insurance,
a
PPO
and
I
just
got
the
$1,500
bill
in
the
mail.
This
is
not
the
first
time
that
Condell
has
given
me
big
bills.
Last
year
I
spent
the
entire
evening
from
about
6
p.m.
until
3
in
the
morning
at
the
Vernon
Hills
ER
in
so
much
pain
I
had
tears
streaming
down
my
cheeks.
Unfortunately
it
was
during
a
February
at
the
height
of
flu
season
and
everybody
was
seen
first
but
me.
I
need
to
take
on
three
additional
jobs
just
to
pay
for
getting
the
flu
this
year,
next
time
I
think
I'll
just
go
to
Lake
Forest
Hospital
on
120.
I
met
my
deductible
at
least
three
times
over
with
Blue
Cross
Blue
Shield.
This
is
ridiculous
and
Health
Care
needs
a
huge
change.
I
work
in
a
medical
office
and
I
know
the
issues
that
health
insurance
companies
have
with
paying
claims
and
honoring
their
commitments;
however
giving
me
a
heart
attack
when
I'm
opening
up
my
opening
up
my
mail
is
not
the
answer.
I
decided
to
get
extra
good
health
insurance
this
year
(January)
since
I
have
to
travel
to
Chicago
for
work
full
time
on
outdated
public
transportation
and
so
far
I
have
not
paid
a
dime
in
out-of-pocket
costs
until
I
got
to
Condell.
I
don't
make
that
much
money
and
most
of
my
earnings
go
to
paying
for
transportation,
getting
to
and
from
my
job.
I'm
most
likely
going
to
have
to
declare
bankruptcy
at
this
point
just
for
getting
the
flu,
but
that
I
guess
that's
the
American
way.
On
a
side
note...
Never
ever
go
with
land
of
Lincoln
insurance.
I
bought
them
last
year
on
a
whim,
I
was
subjected
to
false
advertising.
No
doctor
in
America
will
accept
them
for
a
very
good
reason.
