I had been suffering from Sciatic pain in both legs for quite some time and just couldn't take it anymore. I could not sit or stand for more than 15 minutes and could not exercise at all. I needed to do something as I was no longer a happy person. I just walked in one day and asked if they could help. Dr. Marcus and his staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a free consultation and we discussed treatment plans. I am a Veteran and I have Tricare insurance which does not recognize Chiropractic care but he and the staff were able to work within my budget for my plan. Since starting my treatment plan 5 months ago I am virtually pain free, I have lost 45 lbs. and was able to complete a half marathon. I could never have imagined that Chiropractic care could have done that for me, until I tried it.This is the best thing I could have done for myself and I am glad I did.

This place is an absolute scam!!! I was at a Farmers Market and they asked my friend and I to come for a consultation. I have Tricare through the Army and my friend was using a different type of insurance. (Very large common company, but I don't want to give too much of his information) I ended up going to my consultation where I explained I had Tricare from the beginning, but they still made me fill out a bunch of paperwork and they took my information. Directly after filling out the paperwork the Chiropractor by the name Dr. Marcus told me it would be over $170 dollars for my first visit and they didn't take Tricare. I couldn't believe they wouldn't have told me this information at the Farmer's market or before I filled out all of their paperwork. I walked out immediately. My friend ended up getting X-rays and a consultation and was told that they wouldn't charge his insurance too much. The next day he found out his insurance (once again a very large insurance company) did not cover the costs, so the chiropractor told him he would cut him a deal of $60.00 a month for 8 visits and obviously not bill his insurance. This company is all about scamming who ever they can and fixing rates. Thanks for trying to screw over a military service member.

Overall health has always been very important to me. Since getting adjusted, my neck pain has decreased and seems to occur only during stress. I was impressed how quickly Dr. Mustafa got me feeling better. Now I feel I'm in much better shape in many aspects of my life. Getting adjusted helps me stay in shape! I have encouraged my family and co-workers to get chiropractic care as well. Chris, Melissa and Dr. Mustafa are always awesome, helpful and fun to be around!

Gotta say.. I was very skeptical about Chiropractic when I started here. And I still think it is very important if you choose to do Chiropractic care to make sure you have a trusted doctor. That being said.. I can ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr. Mustafa! I started my care in December and now two months later, am feeling a lot better. It's actually kind of amazing that my minor back pain and neck pain have completely melted away. I had grown so used to having the mild pain I almost forgot it was there - until it started getting better. I love how you are assigned stretch therapies to do in office and at home.. I can truly tell they help reinforce what was done in your adjustments in office. If Chiropractic is in your budget, or you have a Flex Spending card like myself.. it is something I HIGHLY recommend - your body will thank you. :)

I started coming here about 6 months ago and always had back problems, some days I couldn’t even walk now I feel like a whole new person my back pain is for the most part gone, working out feels so much better to! Let me start by saying, I CAN WALK AGAIN!😀 Thank you Dr. Mustafa and your team for guiding me back to my regular pain free life! I have included my story below for those who are still skeptical about chiropractic care. But to be honest, if you're reading this, then you need this. So give Chiro One a call and book a consultation. You have nothing to lose, but a lot more pain to gain if you don't. I started my chiropractic journey about 3 months ago. I was suffering from a severe sharp foot pain that didn't allow me to walk normal and let alone put any kind of pressure on it. When I sat down for sometime to relax, the pain would get worse and as soon as I got up I was not able to walk. I had to hold myself up by using anything within reach and going up a flight of stairs was a mission. This pain went on for almost 6 months. I found out about chiropractic care when my job let Chiro One come in and give out a complimentary back massage. They had me fill out a questionnaire and educated me about subluxation. A week later I started my treatment.. Best life decision I ever made! I began by doing treatment 3 days a week for 12 weeks.I did all the exercises that I was told to do at home and at Chiro One and I even started drinking a lot more water as directed. About 8 weeks into the treatment I began walking normal again and with less pain. I was so happy, but I knew that I had to keep on going or else the severe pain could have came back. Fast forward to today, I'm around week 15 and I'm feeling much better. I can walk again without the severe sharp foot pain and when I sit down to relax I no longer have to hold myself up to walk or to go up a flight of stairs. I'm not 100% cured, but I feel 100% better than I did before. Thank you Dr. Mustafa, Christopher, Melissa and everyone at Chiro One Wellness Center for giving me my life back!

l love Chiro One because you get more than just adjustments for your money. They give you things to do at home so you feel better, have equipment available in the office that you can work out on if you want, and can try to help you get braces, footwear, etc through your insurance. It's a fun atmosphere, and Dr Mustafa is a great chiropractor!

Dr. Marcus and his staff are always so polite. It really comes down to service and care for this office. With smiles on their faces and the willingness to accommodate schedules and financing they make it impossible to not want to return week after week. If you have a booth at a local expo event, you would think the woman running it would be pleasant to all the local people coming in to check out the local businesses. That was not the case, to say to another patron, "they can come back, they just want their paper circled", was not only rude but inaccurate. You lost my business right there before you even had a chance to obtain it. If her demeanor was an example of how this business treats their customers or how the practice is ran, I'd highly consider looking else where for chiropractic needs.

Sometimes you live with pain and think its totally normal aging pains, but it doesn't have to be that way! Going to the Chiropractor was a fix I didn't know I needed. Coming here has helped so much with the sciatic post partum pain I had. Love the atmosphere at this location. Doc Mustafa and Amber are very down to Earth.

I have gone here for a little over a year now and it’s been nothing less than amazing with every visit. My posture has improved and so has my confidence. I recently had a knee injury that the doctor was able to help me resolve without surgery and only in a short period of time. They treat you as a person and not a number here. The staff makes it a very inviting and welcoming atmosphere. The other patients are very friendly as well. I have gone to another chiropractor in the past, but have seen the difference in this setting which has only improved my overall health. Working in the hospitality industry, I always had my head looking downward and I was always on my feet. I lead to me having terrible neck pain / painful cracks, and my upper back was in so much pain no matter what I did. I've been seeing Dr. Mustafa for a while now. We've made quite a lot of progress on my back and neck. I say "we" because I feel like we are part of a team are all working on my well being. Found them at my gym, and they all seemed very nice until I realized it was just a scam. I went in and was told it would be 60$ a month, and I could cancel anytime. I got caught up with work and school and I ended up canceling my membership because it felt like more of a hassle rather than a helpful stress relieving process. As soon as I mentioned I was canceling all the fake smiles went away and they became very rude. I visited maybe 5 times, and in order to cancel they charged me over $400!! So I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Unless you wanna pay 1500 dollars for a year of stretching twice a week that you could do at home.

The company and it's people are definitely dedicated to helping you feel better, with very flexible scheduling to keep your mind at ease in case something happens. The staff crew may be small but they are mighty and are more than willing to make sure to help you with understanding everything from your payments to even the smallest stretches. It is also nice that the conversations here almost are like conversations you'd have with your own family at home. Overall I'd definitely recommend them for their hospitality and expertise in helping you love a better life😃

As someone who is a skeptic of things in general, I have heard so many horror stories of people getting adjustments and it not working. That scared me to ever contact a chiropractor however Chiro One in RLB is so nice. They worked with me, listened to my health concerns. I got the free exam special they had and went because it didn't hurt to find out about my spine health. Found out some things that were bothering me but never knew it caused issues with how my spine was aligned. Dr. Amanda, Dr Mariah and Dr. Mustafa are awesome at what they do. Everyone is so helpful and understanding of our limits of what we can and cannot do. Melissa is the rock star that keeps the organization going and everyone is fun to work with. I will definitely consider sharing this place as a referral to friends and family in the future.

This place is total BS... We set up a plan for my wife and two sons for a certain amount of visits. They only completed maybe half of the visits before being told that there really wasn't anything more they could do for them. This ended probably 4 or 5 months ago. Yet for some reason we're still getting charged $150 monthly for services no longer being provided. It also appears that we're obligated to continue making these payments to them for at least another 6 months. If you set up a plan for 40 visits and are told on your 20th visit that there is nothing more they can do for you, don't you think at that point that the contract should then be null and void? What if they had told us that on our 2nd visit? Would they still have charged us the full amount??? I guarantee they would have. That's why they make you sign a contract and only accept payments through direct withdrawal... Sounds like a scam to me. Oh, and they did absolutely nothing to improve the quality of life for my wife and two sons. Yes they were very nice and polite and cordial while we visited. But now I just feel like I've been taken by a used car dealership. Personally, I'd like to sue these people but that would only cost more time and money than it's worth... Buyer beware...

I have been a patient here for over 10 years, my wife and I were both skeptical about chiropractic care. But I will say we were wrong it's a wonderful way to stay healthy. I've noticed a significant reduction in recovery time from things like muscle strains or spasms . Dr Mustafa has been running the clinic for over 2 years now and would highly recommend him.He and his staff of Chris and Melissa are all warm and welcoming people they make you feel as ease and care for you and about you. After years of putting up with neck and shoulder pain and my brother constantly on me to go see a chiropractor about my neck hump, I decided to give it a try. The team at the RLB office immediately made me feel comfortable and took all my complaints seriously, even if I didn't think they were that important. After the first visit, my back hump was practically gone and my shoulders felt relaxed for the first time in years. It has been about 9 months and may pain has decreased, I no longer get headaches, and I am able to do more now than I have in years. I have to say that back in March when the pandemic hit IL, it was not recommended not to see doctors etc in person. I was in pain at the center of my chest for weeks little after the shut down and then I received a call from Chris following up on an appointment I had made back in January and I felt hesitant to schedule an appointment but when he stated that they were there to help in any way they can and if I felt like I didn’t want to be apart of the program then it would be my Choice, it hit me then that I wanted to give Chiro One a shot because I wasn’t being sold a contract over the phone. After researching about Dr. Mustafa’s background and whom his inspiration was, it motivated me to go in and see him. I’ve had issues sleeping for the past few years due to back and chest issues and after beginning my therapy with Dr. Mustafa, and Team. I’ve been enjoying the luxury of sleeping like a normal person.Going from sleeping only 3-5 hours to 7-9 hours is a major plus and has improved my blood pressure in the morning. The most amazing part of going to therapy every day is that I’m treated like if I am a part of the Doc’s family and not a patient. Mellisa took her time to teach me my therapy and Chris and Mellisa took their time to teach my parents and my son his therapy and I’m great full for their dedication and attention to detail. I suffered from migraines and headaches on a daily basis and I tried almost everything! The doctors would tell me that everything was fine and I was just “stressed.” I am forever grateful that my brother recommended me to Chiro One and i’m even more grateful for the service at Round Lake Beach! Within only a few visits, I saw a tremendous amount of improvement. I’m happy to say I am headache and migraine free! Melissa, Chris, and Dr. Mustafa are the greatest staff around! From chris’s awesome playlists, to Melissa’s laughs and smiles, and of course Dr. Mustafa’s warm welcoming and therapies, I would recommend this to ANYONE. Super professional as well.

Before my first visit to Dr Mustafa I thought for years that I was going to definitely have to have shoulder surgery due to years of wear and tear and traumas from playing football from my early years to playing major D1 football... After seeing him for the past 8 months consistently two times a week doing the corrective care stretches along with the skillful manipulation of the body... I feel 80 to 90% better than I did this time last year... The inflammation in my shoulder has subsided to a manageable state, I no longer have the aches and pains in my shoulder joint on rainy days and I am very happy that that is no longer an obstacle! I wish I knew how important chiropractic care would have impacted my performance as an athlete and let alone the health benefits physically and spiritually I wish I would have taking my health into my own hands a long time ago! They are not teaching this stuff in schools you have to go out there and figure it out yourself 😉

Wonderful people here. After my son's first time he was able to touch the floor without bending he hasn't been able to do that since middle school I have been going for my lower back. I usually walk so my lower back would start to hurt after 2nd time going it hurts at beginning of walk for 5 minutes then goes away it's worth it!

I am grateful for my experience at Chiro One. A rep came to the school where I work. I was considering finding a chiropractor due to ongoing tension/discomfort in my upper back and shoulders. I’m tall and I spend a lot of time seated at a desk writing reports. As I continue with my care plan, it feels more natural to maintain better posture and my new orthotics help me sustain a better posture as I stand and walk. Dr. Lauren and her staff are personable and professional yet have a sense of humor. Dr. Lauren has explained the data from tests and X-rays so that I understand what we’re doing. I see that my exercises and my plan are specific to my needs and are adjusted as my treatment goes on. I don’t simply walk in, get cracked, and leave… When my schedule allows, I often spend about an hour for the stretching/exercises, adjustment, and traction. Many people seek chiropractic care due to an injury. But if something feels off with your back, I encourage you to check out Chiro One for improved wellness before you develop a more serious issue.

I have not been able to walk and not do anything due to piriformis syndrome. Chiro One in round lake beach helped me get back on my feet. Their flexibility helped me manage to get treated while doing school. From not being able to walk and do stuff to fully lift weights and do sports again is such a great improvement on my behalf. Dr. Mustafa is the best doc I know when it comes to chiropractic care! I loved the experience and care I received in my last 3 years with him. Around the beginning of the pandemic I started seeing Dr. Mustafa and his team 2-3 a week for chronic back and neck pain. I used to deal with very little movement and stiffness on my neck that bothered me daily. I didn’t realized how bad it was until I started getting more of my neck motion back. As for my lower back pain it has gotten better! I know longer wake up much at night or complain about my lower back pain due to my scoliosis. Dr Mustafa’s adjustments had helped so much that my scoliosis alignment has improved slightly. I’m able to be on my feet longer than before. I now no longer need much of the care as I used to before but am highly thankful for the proper care and time Dr. Mustafa and his team took to look out for me!

I would recommend this place and have been going to this chiropractor since March. I’ve had back pain for the last 10 years and it was finally relieved during my sessions with Dr. Mustafa. The place is very clean and the atmosphere is very calm. The entire staff is very nice and patient with me.

This team took care of me really well and provided some of the best treatment with stretches I could use myself and relieved the deep pains in my back so I could work again. I work a warehouse job and the pain I felt was limiting my earning potential. They worked with me and helped me more than any other Chiropractic place I’ve ever visited. I absolutely love Chiro One in Round Lake Beach! Dr. Mustafa and Melissa are a great team! He is very kind and pleasant. He explains all that he does and answers all questions, so I understand what I need to do to participate in my treatment. The office environment is very professional but warm and comfortable. Melissa is so kind and has the most infectious laugh!!! I really enjoy their patient centered care and concern for my well-being!
