No patient should ever experience the mockery or passive aggression from here. Someone there tried to gaslight me when I told them their "jokes" were condescending and rude. Someone there also thinks it's okay to talk to you as if you are stupid because you asked a question. Lost my trust, suspious about this place now, not sure they know how to correctly treat patients

Where to start... I have had a ton of different doctors over the years. This office staff as well as the doctor himself are AMAZING! Phenomenal bedside manner, absolutely thorough in covering ALL questions and helped me get the best plan for my overall health. The text and email reminders are a big plus and the entire staff makes sure all your concerns are covered. From referrals to other specialist and even in-house procedures these people are top notch. I would refer him to anyone who has had a less than ideal experience with a doctor before to give his office a chance. When he speaks he is very direct and reassuring. Follow his orders and prescribed treaments and you actually GET BETTER! As a middle aged man he covers areas that normally most of us are self conscious about and goes out of his way to make you feel at ease. Many family members have been seen here for years. I think they've gone downhill recently. My adult daughter called to have her maintenance medicine refilled and was denied very rudely by the receptionist and wouldn't be able to get her in until next month because the Dr. will be on vacation. She said, "too bad you should have stayed on top of your meds". REALLY! WE WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE EVER!

I am with Dr. L. Ginzburg less then a year (in Glenview location). Having several problems with my health I had to see the doctor almost on monthly bases. At every appointment Dr. Ginzburg was caring, highly knowledgeable, professional, responsive to every question about any issues, fast with referrals and prescriptions, including refills over the phone from pharmacies. I would like to point out to a team of medical staff surrounded Dr. Ginzburg. Warmhearted, very friendly, very professional, providing patients almost with a family like feelings team, ready to help any time I called. Thank you the whole office of Dr. Ginzburg for your work and dedication to patients. I will recommend you to everybody I know!

Dr Ginzburg had been our family doctor for 20 years. He's friendly, honest, efficient and kind. Unfortunately, his front desk staff seems to be on a rotation and theyre never nice. I've been called stupid and told to write myself a note if I can't remember that my meds are running low. They are uneducated, very young and very rude!!! Mistakes are often made and my meds are not sent to the pharmacy, where I then run low and call to get treated the same way all over again!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ginzburg since I was 7 years old and I am now 28. He has always been terrific and cared for my well-being as if it were his own (he often celebrates when he hears that my condition is getting better). I love visiting because the staff has always been incredibly nice and attentive, and I never have to wait too long for anything. Dr. Ginzburg always takes his time with me and answers all of my questions without making me feel rushed in any way. I do not think I will ever change him as my doctor.

Dr, Ginzburg is a wonderful Doctor who has a great team. They listen, ask great questions and address every concern, I am 83 years old and I had many questions. They do a good job of explaining everything and I feel like we make a good team, working together for my best health.

Dr. Ginzburg was our family doctor for many years. He is very professional and helpful all the time. I am highly recommend his office to all my friends and never will be changing for another’s doctor.
