New management is very kind. Good consistent subs. Restaurant is clean. Overall good experience.

Been staying away from Subway now for over three years. I seen Subway coupons in the weekly ads and called this establishment to see if they honored them. They did. Went in, and was assisted with some excellent care (only two employees working at the time). Other Subways nearby do not honor these coupons, so I feel the need to let others know of these and their quality service. Thank you for a great experience.

All the members of this location are super cool. My food was quick and I had no issues whatsoever. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Best Subway between Lake and Mchenry county. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Very clean and organized on both sides of the counter. I got both sandwiches exactly as I ordered on the app. It's the only location I feel confident ordering from ahead of time. Very satisfied overall. 👍👍

Food was good, but incredibly slow! Four people walked in right before me so I used the restroom first. Still same four people in line, only ordering one sandwich each without any apparent difficulty but taking forever and a day to make the sandwiches. Guess the A team wasn't working that day lol

Amazing service. I placed an order. I walked in to pick up & was out in 40 seconds. I was greeted coming in & a farewell when leaving. Mind you, this is my first time going to this location. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all the workers running this establishment. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Thank you! And give these people a raise or something. Seriously.

A few days ago my family had thought we could use our b1g1 subway full but found out order thru payment on our cell thru internet. Took seemed forever move, think subway was very busy. None of this was the gentlemen who working there. OK after that was done with payment online it transferred into store so the subway employee could run or order. He was so kind we just had to order the simple click which sandwhich we wanted for type. He said don't worry to take time what exact one we wanted online to pick out online exact sandwiches as he let us do once paid online to him to tell us what veggies, etc. wanted. Wow I wish I had his name. He was the most patient ever subway employee ever. I thought the way restaurant was set up to place a whole row of windows between long glass order of food between employee and us. Safe at least 6 ft if not more. All exact things everywhere where to do etc safe. Recently about right when eating in stores had changed was not nearly set up to my normal subway I've been coming for years but that subway might not have known how set up in March. But what was different from my usual to Rollins Road sub was 100% better. Rollins road is probably only 10 min further than other subway in RT 45 sandwich was way different. The employee was about 6 feet 10 in dark hair, glasses so supervisor could be given a huge great employee please. If I had his name I would have. He was the best subway employee I've had in over my 25 or more years been shopping around subway around country. This employee made the best sandwiches we ever had. He actually put so much stuff on them, which wasn't that much more than all I've had in past years but enough that seems I was filled full and had enough to feel like I paid for what I got. I told him in person I could tell he actually made ours bring made in person like ad online subs look or ad online for subway subs look. Years past I used to shop at a mom n pop homemade sub restaurant near navy base. His subs were so filled he nicknamed subway restaurants as skimsub. Meaning very skip most subway subs. Well the guy employee in subway on Rollins road was the first sub I've seen that exceeded to good most that equalled to how good, quality but majority how much filled on tops however 1 pops he did. I absolutely hate subway corporate on bottle of sauces and spices they changed. I used to use reduced fat mayo, orageno spice and also the seafood. But I was asking him what spices again, I read off to him all he said back to make sure what he said. He must have thought when I started saying spices but I didn't and he started putting salt. I said Stop on salt I never ever use it. I didn't have there word yo ask redo it as what subway log I is, if not made right it would be redone. Not a biggee and I didn't taste it as almost everything cooked has sodium in them. I hope that employee is recognized how awesome he was plus how keep clean all bring done. He had so many lots orders thru computer coming in. We were only stop in. I only took 1 star as how long online subway system taking and even kicked us off twice and oops on salt. It was simple honestly a simple miscommunication. Thank you that location who hired that supervisors did. He's awesome!!!

The new turkey bacon ranch with avocado is amazing!!! Edit: Did an online order which was ready on time. Not very good customer service walked in no one in site after a customer just walked out. Went back to work sandwich was not good. Lettuce tasted like it was bad and was brown and wilted. Sandwich looked it was thrown together just as sloppy as can be.

Employees were very rude when we visited earlier. Both the employees sighed in exasperation when we walked in. The large young lady was especially rude. She never said thank you and spoke to us in a curt manner. I asked for extra onions on my sandwich and she put only two small pieces on top of the tiny amount she had. None of the employees working greeted us or spoke to us politely. The Male working at the time even yawned. Will not be coming to this locaction again, and I will be going out of my way to visit the Walmart location instead.

Great sandwiches and the employees made them just the way we liked! A very good lunch!

Cheap sandwiches (especially with coupons). We ordered the roast beef sub and loaded it with veggies and cheese. Very good and filling for the price. Staff was very helpful when I asked about sodium content. Very happy with this place.

This weekend these 2 young ladies helped me with my order. They where really friendly and fast. Rate it a 5 star, it was really clean!

The employee Jennifer is incredibly rude and messed up my sandwich multiple times will not be returning here!

I came here during lunch one day and it was crazy busy. That did not stop the workers. They gave me such great service, at an exceptional speed, even though it was the lunch rush. Great group of workers here.

The ladies making the subs were very nice and the subs were perfect.
