don't
know
why
I
thought
that
after
a
few
months
things
would
be
different,
but
again
tonight
I
put
my
order
in
and
after
40min
had
to
call
the
store
because
I
still
had
not
received
my
items.
I
called
the
store
to
cancel
my
order
and
get
a
refund.
The
girl
was
nice
on
the
phone,
put
me
on
hold
to
find
my
order,
but
when
I
was
brought
back
off
hold
I
could
here
her
or
one
of
the
other
workers
swear
on
the
phone,
then
start
laughing
together,
sort
of
cover
the
phone,
then
get
back
on
the
line
with
me.
Not
really
appropriate.
They
did
confirm
the
cancelation
and
refund
of
my
order.
Original

As
much
as
I
love
the
food,
this
particular
location
never
seems
to
get
my
delivery
order
correct.
Whether
a
missing
item
or
incorrect
sandwich
delivered,
and
usually
waiting
for
a
very
long
time
(non
Jimmy
John
timeframe)
when
calling
back
in
to
the
store
it
always
feels
like
it's
an
imposition
on
them
to
correct
their
mistake.
Good
customer
service
would
apologize
for
the
mistake
and
offer
something
in
return
for
their
mistake
such
as
a
refund,
free
cookie
next
time,
or
anything
that
would
compensate
for
their
mistake.
Tonight,
I
waited
40min
for
a
delivery,
and
have
waited
almost
an
hour
for
my
replacement
item
to
be
delivered.
This
is
ridiculous
for
freaky
fast.
