Excellent service and food. It's Lebanese and Armenian food. I would definitely go back and experience again. Only ine thing is that since the restaurant took parking spaces for outdoor dining, parking can be very challenging.

If you want phenomenal middle eastern fare. This place is about as great as it gets in LA. As you can see from our table, we had probably 15+ dishes and each one was better than the one before. And triple wow on the desserts!

Yummy! I love their middle eastern food. I got the mix kebabs with chicken shish tawouk and beef kafta with rice, pita bread and grilled tomato. Their fattoush salad and chicken shawarma is great too. Everything was fresh and tasty and reasonably priced!

This place smells like body odor constantly, and the food is trash. The management is super rude if you are not Armenian. His daughter is super hot though. Last time I was here, after waiting 45 mins, there were multiple hairs in my food. Had it taken back and that was another 30 mins. Go to Zankou chicken for the same cuisine but a better experience.

Authentic and delicious food makes Carousel a staple in Little Armenia. My meal consisted of an incredibly seasoned beef shawarma, buttery rice pilaf and tasty tahini based dipping sauce with pita. I would come here again everyday if I could. The only con to this location is difficulty parking. I think he grand scheme of things though, it’s worth the hassle!

Amazing food, and great customer service. We had the best waiter, Ari. He was super professional, friendly, and always made sure we were satisfied. He made our lunch experience phenomenal, was very funny and entertaining. The food is always exceptional here, definitely recommend!

One my new favorite restaurants! Next day and we’re still talking about what a great meal we had. So delicious and comforting. We had the veal liver with bulgar, fattoush, mantee, cabbage salad, pita, sausages in a citrus sauce - forgot the name, and a dessert (again, forgot the name, begins with an O) and Armenian coffee. Iced tea with dinner. I’m certain anything you have there will be good. It has that kind of vibe. We had our 2 year old with us and he ate everything too. Everything with tip $100

Plenty of amazing food. Falafel - I could eat it all day, great flavor and not heavy to the stomach. Rice - Can't go wrong with any amazing rice! Chicken - flavorful to the max! Juicy, delicious 😋. Steak - Good, not best but pretty good. Overall other foods are good too here.

If you are looking for a real an authentic middle eastern food you found the right spot. I'm a true fan of Carousel for over twenty years. If you are a meat lover to a vegetarian person you have a large menu of items to select from. The minute you arrive to the minute you leave the customer service is first class. If you love meat I would recommend the chicken kabob or the filet kabob. You have numerous salad selections. The cabbage salad is one of my favorite ones. Leave room for desserts you have numerous great choices to select from. The plus you have private parking lot parking and street parking.

Came in mid-week for a dinner. Total of 5 tables with one server and for some reason it took some time for her to get to us to a point that we had to get up and look for her. Full disclosure, I love Mediterranean food. We got veggie delight and salmon skewrs. From my understanding, if you wonder a main dish it will come with white cabbage salad which was refreshing however it was pre-seasoned with vinger and oil so just set your expectations. The mains were just okay nothing exciting. We got fries for both dishes and boy... that was a mistake. I think that they use the same supplier like the major fast food chains cause it looked, felt and tasted just like that. Their falafel is a small donut shaped super dense "ball". I was told that this is how it is made in Lebanon. I prefer my falafel to be fluffy and crunchy so.... if that's what you want be warned. We set outside; they have canopy covering few parking spots ( I assume this is from the pandemic). The inside is decorated with some artifacts and it's very well lit.

Mixed reviews for me. The food definitely was a good quantity and tasted pretty good, but everything had too much lemon in it. Like it actually made it not taste so good. But if it had been a little less, I would have given it 5 stars. We did have only vegetarian though When we went they only had outdoor seating in the heat (did have shade though). Looked like they were preparing for a big event, so I can kinda live with that.

One of the most delicious restaurants that I have ever tried, very welcoming staff and the manager is amazing everyone made us feel like home the ambiance is so beautiful. I will start with the food the kibbeh nayeh is a must follow by the sujuk and the salad everything was so yummy and I will not forget the birthday surprise that they made for my daughter as well as the sweets soooo good. Will come back for sure 🤩 I highly recommend this place 😍

Carousel is a great Lebanese/Armenian restaurant with lots of menu options! Ive been 4 times now and haven’t had a bad meal yet. My go to is the yogurt kebab with rice and cabbage salad. A glass of arak is a must here too! Having been to both locations I definitely prefer the Hollywood location just for the more relaxed atmosphere, food is equally good at both locations.

very rude attitude of the staff. I really feel sorry for the director that when you hire employees with products, you don't go through a full-fledged interview. a guy named Fadi doesn't think he can handle food at all because of his rude behavior towards a guest who came in the first place to bring money. I won't go back or recommend this place to my friends solely because of this attitude. I worked in the restaurant industry for about 10 years as a manager in Russia and I know this job inside and out. For a business to flourish better, you need to put people who are more polite and calm and who will treat your business more carefully.

I live for their fattoush salad , lentil soup, and ashta. I have no idea how they make it so delicious. The workers there are friendly. I don't like their parking situation and the atmosphere is certainly better at the larger carousel branch in Glendale with the huge dining room. But I love this place because it's close to where I work and I can get a healthy lunch here. The neighborhood in general is a little bit sketchy to me. Back to Carousel, great family dinner, something for everyone and fresh amazing food.

Happen to stumble across them looking for a family friendly restaurant after visiting Hollywood from the South Bay. We are SO HAPPY we found them! The food was AMAZING, the service (Hanadi helped us) equally AMAZING, and the ambience AMAZIMG!! We are 100% making the trip back up here again very soon! Thank you for everything!!

Delicious! I've been twice now and the food is always amazing. I love the family style feasts on the back of the menu because you get to try a bit of everything.

When I say finest food I have had in awhile when it comes to middle eastern food!! That's what carousel is!!! Wow!!! I have bookmarked this restaurant for awhile because of how many people have recommended it and never had the chance. So there was a group of 4 people. They have a variety of items and we decided to go with with the carousel feast for 3 because it seemed like there was a lot of food. I had the appetizers and they were phenomenal!! I didn't have the meat but it didn't seem to be as tasty as the appetizers. I also think that the meat wasn't for three people. I didn't take a picture. The tea was just okay. Our server didn't understand us. We asked for tea with mint so black tea with mint but we ended up getting something else. He still ended up bribing the other one. As for the dessert it was also just ok. My favorites from the appetizers were the fattoush salad, baba ghnouj, and mohamra. I have to admit the appetizers were really good and I would prob only order appetizers because it's really filling. Our server Fady was very attentive and made good recommendations. Will definitely return and order more delicious food and recommend it to friends and family

First time enjoying Armenian cuisine. It was delicious. My awesome Armenian friend selected several traditional dishes and I was not disappointed. I also liked the fact that the restaurant has a family style vibe.
