Aside from their cheaper price this mall is depreciating steadily. It has only maintained their bad reviews with its building facilities. Their elevators that usually out of order or not in operation, smelly and clogged toilets, displaced floor tiles, a single lobby that's full of displayed merchandise, etc, etc. It has been like this for several years. You can even read about these issues in the previous reviews. They used to provide an alcohol at the entrance during the start of pandemic but now either you bring your own alcohol or you have to wash your hands on their outdoor sink. Its ground floor area is so crowded with stalls and displays that sometimes you can't avoid breaking the one-meter policy with other shoppers. However in their second and third floors, stalls and spaces are almost empty and some are now being used by the department store. Its like they try to put everything in the ground floor.

This was once an exceptional mall, but in recent visits it appears the shopping standard has decreased, with rising competition in the area, investment in renovating this building would encourage patronage and bring back handy and convenient shops to this area

A perfect place for shopping and dine-ins. It has almost anything from groceries to food, medicine, beauty & fashion, to gadgets and technical services.

I was born in 80 in the hayday of malls in America. I grew up in the 90s in the decline of malls in America. Now that I'm in my 40s and I travel regularly to Roxas to vacation, it's a breath of fresh air to have a "third space" where people can hang out, shop and have a good time. And NO ONE does malls as good and as fun as the Philippines. This mall in particular is great! Spacious, clean, safe, it's filled with interesting ever changing stalls, food that I can't find anywhere else on earth and that beautiful nostalgia of a time where going out, meant going to the mall. I love this city. I love this mall. You will too.

Nice place and good price to buy

Still one of most mall where people buy their needs they have lowest price.

This placed used to be our go to mall in Roxas when we were kids but since there is already Robinsons and SM. Only few people come here. It's old but very memorable. I especially like booksale and bowling here before.

It's good for everyone or for families going there for shopping, their needs there employees it's ok

The mall is ok the only problem is that the elevators kinda don't work inside the mall so we have to walk and that old kik amusement park store has been sitting there for a long time nothing to use with it and some of the stores inside especially a school for kindergarteners are closed and there's one place that's kinda closed but people use it for something and yeah that's all what u have to say

Nice shopping mall, but starting to show its age now sadly. Feels a little dark and old. Some of the shops have closed since our last visit, presumably due to the pandemic I 2020/2021. Good for what it is but has now lost its shine.

The sanitation here has improved for the past couple of years.

This mall sells affordable items suited for majority living in this localities. Unlike other mall they sell item with too high prices they never noticed and consider that some like the mall and their facilities because of cold air condition system but seldom to buy item.

Its good but the facilities needs some repairs

They got a wide selection of products but it's not organized at the supermarket and the people are kind of slow
