I came to get dinner for my family on Sunday 7/2. When I got home I noticed I was missing a chicken tender, which isn't much of a problem to me, people make mistakes so I went back to get my chicken as well as order an 8 piece jalapeño popper. when I got up to the window I was accused of lying which was a little frustrating and a bit rude but still understandable the name on the receipt was Fernanda. when I got home I realized I only got a medium fry when I ordered a large as well as I only got a 4 piece jalapeño popper instead of the 8 piece I ordered this was very frustrating and disappointing. I’m a very understanding person who also works in fast food so I would usually never write a review or even be upset at a situation like missing an item but this was a little over board considering how much of my order was messed up.

This Arby's does NOT have the meats! Only go to this location every now and then and it seems like portions keep shrinking. For a $6 sandwich I would suspect to get more than 3/4 cups, (yes I measured), of chicken salad. Guess this is a great example of marketing vs reality! I order from other Arby's and get a full amount. If you want to be hungry afterword go here, or else go somewhere else. Not even worth the convenience of being close.

We love Arby's, but this was not a good night for the one on Midland Drive! We went inside and the drive through was the priority over the people inside, we waited almost 20 minutes for our food. When we got our food my bun was black inside. We will go back and give them another chance because like I said we love Arby's

Their food is good and on a delivery order they did a good job of substituting unavailable items but they forgot the fries, which is the one reason I picked Arby's. Which it happens, but last week went through the drive through and they forgot the apple juice in the kids meals. Hence the four stars instead of 5. The food is great the service is great, but mistakes on orders lost them the star.

Not even busy... couldn't even heat my sandwich up after taking 10 minutes to acknowledge I was at the window waiting to pay... just shut down if you can't operate at the lowest functioning level. *keeping this part from an old review so maybe you learn something.* Learn what the colors mean on the order status. If a customer has an online order and it turns red, you are late. and if it says a time on there, it isn't when you should start it that is when people who are ordering ahead are planning on picking that up. Not ten minutes later.

Keiaikekekai is the definition of who you want waiting on you when you go into any eating establishment. Was such an unreal experience for my granddaughters and myself. He was so polite called us by name and made sure I order was what we wanted and needed. Hope he is there the next time we go in. Arbys has a keeper of an employee there!

Took advantage of pick up for their classic roast beef sale. Requested pick up @12:30.... there a few minutes early but order came out at 12:30 hour.

I admittedly expected my order to be wrong and to have poor service when I saw how the server was dressed and his general appearance. I was promptly put in my place, by not only having great food, but also above and beyond service when I had to wait a few minutes for my food. Super humbling for me and a good reminder, as always, not to judge a book by it's cover.

This particular location has proven to be terrible again. Both of the Classic Roast Beef sandwiches I ordered came with gyro meat and the bun was burnt.
