Dirty room, asked to be moved and then both me and my partner were asked if we "needed an accessible room" Maybe we didn't "look" disabled enough? You can't go in the back entrance spite it being right near the car park, so you need to carry you're luggage around the block and go all the way around. - Even though we saw a staff member using the back entrance as a smoking area. Following morning, due to my partners severe disability we thought it would be easier to at least exit using the back door, someone ran up behind us saying we cannot exit from that way so we had to take the long route unnecessarily. Really ridiculous as to why you wouldn't even let people exit via the back entrance to save them walking around with luggage, especially when some people have disabilities and struggle to walk far distances. This has to be the worst Premier Inn I have experienced and will not be visiting again on my next visit to Warwick.

This hotel is very well situated in the heart of Leamington Spa. There's no car parking but a multi storey is close by. The staff are very warm and friendly. The buffet hot breakfast is really good value for money. My room is clean but a bit dark being on the lower ground floor. It could do with some extra lighting and pictures on the walls. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very quiet.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff were fantastic i had a large party with people arriving at different times and sharing rooms. The gentlemen on the desk took it all in their stride did not get flustered and were very accommodating. All staff were easily approachable and very helpful. The hotel was clean and smart everything worked and nothing looked wrong. My room was lovely clean and fresh. The room faced the busy high street but it was quiet. Nice size not too big so everything felt lost but definitely not cramped. The bathroom was clean and well stocked nice shower and all easy to use. Only thing i can think of to improve would be having a way to access the hotel from the street behind where the parking is but really this is being picky as it's a 3-4 min walk. I would recommend it with confidence and look forward to returning.

What a sad place. The entrance looks like a bad shop, not a hotel. Yes, they gave me a room and a decent bed but that is about it. Soul destroying atmosphere. All the common areas except for the restaurant are so dreary and uninspiring. Just functional. The photos online were so much better. Completely misleading. The room is barely functional. Feels more like an NHS hospital. Best was the tea mugs which were covered in a salty residue from a badly maintained dishwasher. I almost had to throw up. Will never go back. For sure. Staff was OK but again, no spark. Almost forgot the location is fantastic but just not enough.

Excellent location. Helpful staff . Good breakfast. Only criticism is cleanliness of room/ bathroom could have been better , which in this day and age is significant.

Excellent location and really friendly staff. The only let down was that room smelt faintly of urine when you walked in and the toilet seat was stained. Despite that, the room was a good size and the bed was super comfy, leading to a great nights sleep. The breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of choice for everyone, including our friend who is vegan.

Amazing hotel! We were greeted by Denisa who is an absolute gem and a true credit to the company! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the area...The location of the hotel is perfect and the room was immaculate... To say that you cannot go wrong booking a Premier Inn is an understatement based on our experience! I regularly stay in hotels which are a lot more expensive through my work and I have to say this particular branch felt much more premium than the majority of them!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel which, as with all Premier Inns, offers great service at a reasonable price. It is in a location that is fairly central to Leamington Spa. Parking is available but I did not make use of that on my stay.

Stay here alot. It's clean and great, prices have gone up massively after covid though. Service is OK but 9 of 10 times we need to go down and ask for towel as it's always just one or none in the room, so save yourself the trip Down to the reception and ask for a towel to take up straight away. The location is convenient and very center.

On this occasion feel bit let down due to the building work going on and the fact that the builders took over 1 of 2 lifts and closed the stairs. We would have gladly of taken the stairs, which we noted the builders didnโ€™t actually use in the 15 minute wait we had to endure due to the builders taking over 1 of the lifts. Room was good, but didnโ€™t have breakfast as we wanted to try different places. We did end up eating in the attached pub one evening and the food was amazing

We know that Premier Inns have their niche in the market, but wow. From the moment we were checking in, you surpassed all our expectations. Staff, amazing, room, huge, clean, bath in the bathroom lovely, and the breakfast next morning was like a restaurant meal. All very fresh. Highly recommend and would certainly stay again. Thank you โค๏ธ

Good clean hotel with nice big rooms. Nicely situated right in the centre of town, close to local amenities. Parking available at a local long stay car park (St Peterโ€™s for ยฃ8.50 for 24 hours). Breakfast served in adjoining breakfast is plentiful and served for a long time in the mornings. Would recommend as a good option for hotels in Royal Leamington Spa

I've been here a fair few times. It was hard during covid, but since covid its really come along. The beer is good, the food is great! However, they start closing around 9:45pm. By 10:15pm they're calling last orders and getting people our about half ten. Massive kudos to Julie. She was fantastic throughput each visit. If only the rest of the team had her ambition and drive. We ended up stop going in around 4 weeks in due to the constant early closing. I will also mention, they had major cellar cooling issues. We went in across 9 days and the pumps were off, which meant only bottles. The selection was poor and they ran out quick. I love what this place used to be. Sadly its not as good anymore and customers turning up when the doors are locked before closing was awkward, as they peered in the windows.

Excellent value for money! Lovely spacious family room. Really nice touch of colouring and sweeties left in the room for the children. Perfect central location. Breakfast was great especially the service!

Disgusting! We had previously stayed at this property 3 times with no issues. This time the cleanliness and hygiene leave alot to be desired. We had 3 rooms, upon checking in, in 1 room we found remnants of food under the sofa, in another we found caterpillars on the carpet. Our rooms weren't serviced daily despite putting the 'make up room' signs on the doors and informing the reception staff as is 'required' by the hotel. There was one of the rooms that wasn't serviced even once for the 3 nights that we were there. I complained to the receptionist yet nothing got done. After we checked out, I wrote to their customer service and over multiple emails back and forth, instead of taking ownership that their services were well below par, they kept trying to imply that I didn't put the sign on the door and/or didn't inform the receptionist.

Spacious room with excellent bathroom and shower. Air conditioning has been problematic for over a week and no sign of resolution. Would be less of a problem if the windows weren't presented from opening. Breakfast is standard Premier Inn menu and a good standard.

We booked a crew of around 80 staff into the premier inn @ Leamington Spa. All rooms were clean and in good condition. The staff were extremely professional and kind. They accommodated all our needs including the adjoining restaurant. Good stay.

Had a weekend planned with family and friends so booked a night at the Premier Inn, Leamington Spa. Location is perfect, rooms are immaculate and the staff are amazing. Cocktails are great and 2 for 1 for 2 hours...great start to the evening! Breakfast didn't disappoint either, Julia and her team at The Bar and Block made sure everything was topped up and hot. Recommend and definitely be back.

Large spacious room. Stayed 3 nights but room not cleaned 1 day in spite of telling receptionist. Went down for more coffee to reception as the pot had not been topped up but it took to long as someone had a problem in front of us so gave up and had tea instead. Did not like the window not opening and no view was poor. Did like the air con which was easy to use and quiet too. It was during the heat wave. Very close to the station and the town. Very friendly staff.

The assessable room where I stayed with my mother for two nights was clean and tidy. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the food was lovely, menu 's could have been better. Kizie our host made mom and I feel very welcome when we sat down to eat our dinner in the evening. We enjoyed our short break away from home, we intend to re visit in the future.

Room good for money. Well situated hotel, we used the Royal Spa centre for a show and only 5 minutes walk to it. Shops right outside and park close by too along with Pump rooms. Receptionist friendly on arrival, all slick for checking in. Great checkout time of midday. Price was great value too. Recommended.

The inn was clean and ideally situated but it was a very cold weekend that we stayed there and the heating was dreadful it is adjustable but that didn't make any difference in fact I expected a light to come on when I opened the bathroom door because it was like a fridge, family staying in other rooms said the same.

I gave this 4 stars because parking wasn't clearly sign posted for Premier Inn. It was a multi story car park available for anybody. Also maximum time 24 hours ยฃ6.50 so if you were staying for a longer period you would have to remember to pay each day. It is situated at the back of the property with no access to the hotel for the public, which means you have to walk with your luggage all the way round to the front of the building. Otherwise cleanliness of the hotel was good.

Stay at the Hotel was OK, but impossible to contact them from abroad. The hotel has no email address. Telephone contact is charged by the hotel on top of normal fees. I put my question to the Premier Inn guest relations via a web-form. They send back a standard email with a link to the FAQ. No further contact possible.

Visited here for 2 nights with work and in general liked it with the central location and excellent restaurant next door, and nearby offsite parking about 5 mins away. My negative was the room which by PI standards was very small, and although it was tucked away at the back and quiet, the room was really cold and the heating unit struggled to heat it up. I am guessing the room had not been used for ages because it was quite dusty in places. I would stop again but will request a better room next time ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ™‚

Perfectly nice Premier Inn. We initially got a little bit confused as we came out of St Peter's car park, saw "Premier Inn" but couldn't get in because it was the back entrance which was locked. Made our way to the front entrance and it was fine. The staff were friendly, the room met expectations and the hotel was overall good.
