Fantastic afternoon tea - look at all you get and the stylish way it was presented. Wanted to give tip by card but owner hasn’t set it up- doesn’t seem fair on the fantastic staff so do bring cash if you want to give a tip. Overall, great vibe, delicious sandwiches, cakes and nice touch with the warm scone and real strawberry

I got there with two more friends and sat on a table that didn't have a reserved signed. So we sat as there were more tables available. A woman (I think the manager) came in and with a very rude manners she said that it was all booked "read the signs" She said with no signs to be seen. I understand that there might not be space but the rude attitude was completely out of context.

Really loved this place. We stopped by on a recent day trip to Leamington Spa. Some cafe bars just have a really great vibe and make you want to spend all day there. This is one of those. Great food, wine and cocktails!! We'll be back

We drove from Wolverhampton to experience the afternoon tea, the service was very cold. The food wasn't served in true style, the sandwiches were bland and served on a wooden board separately from the cakes and scones. The scones were dry we was only given one pot of cream and jam between us and told to ask for more if we needed them. Normally you would have a section off bite size cakes, this wasn't the case. We wasnt asked if we had any dietary requirements and served 2 cakes between us, I asked them what were they and i requested to change them because u was allergic to what we was offered. When I asked to change the cakes due to dietary requirements the manager came out quite loudly make me feel very embarrassed for asking to change the cakes. She actually said this is all they have because they sold out! even though we booked in advance, so they actually knew we was going to attend. We didn't eat them, paid full price and whilst leaving the premises we saw other cakes on display. Maybe we just wasnt worthy enough. To travel so far and to recieve this service was very disappointing. I wont be returning. £40 for this! I think you need to review your prices! And work on customer service skills, unless there was actually something you didn't like about us! The venue its self is beautiful.

We showed up without booking, but they still managed to accommodate us, the Leif had a lovely friendly vibe about it and we felt really comfortable there, the staff were wonderful and so attentive, the only thing I can say against our time there was the food, we ordered a lamb Sunday roast but the lamb was indistinguishable in fact we wasn't sure what it was, and it was so tough 😞 the vegetables and potatoes were gorgeous though, they did give us 10% off our bill as a gesture of good will though which was very kind of them, all in all we would definitely go back 😀

Lovely place with good service where you can get a varied fayre. God's drinks, non-alcoholic or alcoholic, beverages and fine food from cakes to breakfast to brunch and beyond. Recommended to book.

Has really gone downhill in the past few weeks. The workers are great (although it seems they have gotten rid of all of the previous ones), but the new management are extremely rude. Also seems that if there is now a private party you can’t even sit at the front for drinks. We used to go most Saturdays and for big family occasions, but unless it goes back to how it used to, we won’t be.

Good food but service is consistently poor and so slow. Been left waiting for menus to arrive!! Had to go and find our own. Such a shame as this place could be so good

Walked in and followed instructions to ‘wait to be seated’. We were told to just find a table and looked at the menus. This was 6.30pm. Ordering drinks wasn’t the simplest but managed to get some. The bar was then invaded by about 80 students on freshers week. The quiet bar then turned into a noisy disco with music so loud you literally had to shout. When we tried to order food we were told ‘no food after 5pm’ which is odd as it was clear we were there for food. On asking the guy who told us to find a table he was extremely rude - saying ‘I told you the kitchen was closed’. Not sure I’ve been in such a poorly managed place in a long time. Never again.

Went for a birthday breakfast, when served there was a small metal screw on the plate. The girl took it off and just said uhh sorry i dont know how that got on there? as if to say "did you put that there!" No apology whatsoever! The toilets are absolutely disgusting too. I, nor the friends I was with, will ever go there again.

A very lovely place for tea and cakes. They also do live music in the evenings. It has a very nice vibe inside. The place is comfy and peaceful and clean. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming The cakes were delicious. And the price was very reasonable.

had carrot cake, flat white and white pear tea! the taste was okay, and the live piano music was awesome and also the sunlight coming from the ceiling window added just the right amount of coziness for a Saturday chilling☺️

The portion is large, full breakfast is valuable. My son order a beef burger cost £12+. He like it much but I feel a little bit expensive.
