The people working here hate their job. Serving up burnt sandwiches and stale donuts without so much as a smile. I took a bite of each then threw it in the trash. Pro tip for corporate… Making people wait in line and charging them money for garbage with an attitude isn’t a good business model. Find somewhere else to eat, I won’t be back.

Sign reads “under new management” I drive up to the same exact bull$hit. Had to let the “new supervisor” (name tag says so) Lindsey know that she must like getting punched dead in her $hit at work cause that’s all that’s going to happen w her attitude at this location” she said “I’m not serving you anymore” and slammed those crummy, moist windows - after I was already given my entire order.

Ordered a BELT. No lettuce or tomato on it. Also ordered an Iced Vanilla coffee. Got a lukewarm coffee with no ice in it. The bagels also tastes a bit hard and stale. Wouldn’t go back.

I've never done a review, but I have never had a worst experience in my life. Not only does the food come out wrong, but it comes out bad. Stale, cold etc. I was in the drive-through for 35 minutes and couldn't leave because I was stuck. The employees and management didn't at least say sorry. They just don't care. The new management has not changed anything at that location. The reason it still makes money is because it's a great location. This is why this place will never change. Tim Hortons has great products, but this location is an embarrassment.

The 5 stars only if my order is being taken by a wonderful employee named Monique. she never gets it wrong. But I swear anyone else can't get the simplest coffee right. 1 star for the others. I hope management reads this and train the rest of the employees on how to get it right.

I've been going to this Tim Hortons for about six years. The sign says under new ownership. I don't know how the owner runs things, but service has decreased. They've been training new people for the last few weeks, but I don't think they're staying. Previously there would be a mistake with the order, but it was rare. About once a year, sometimes meat on a breakfast sandwich ordered without meat, and sometimes a bagel with cream cheese. This week I've gotten the wrong order two days in a row. The first time they handed me a bag, it was someone else's food order. Even then, I didn't get the coffee I ordered; I got black with artificial sweetener. The second time, the person they appeared to be training rang the order up wrong. I asked them to confirm it at the window; the order was wrong. I said what should be. The response was, "Oh, that's what it is." I was charged for a BELT when I only asked for an egg and cheese with no meat. Then I was given a BELT; I said I can't eat pork and said the order was wrong. I repeated all I wanted was egg and cheese on a bagel, nothing else. I was handed a BLT with the bacon removed, yes, removed. When they remade it, they put the bacon on it first and then took it off. The line cook was confused and said his screen said BELT. I pointed out that it was entered wrong and should only be egg and cheese. The new employee stood with her back to me, blocking the window while the sandwich was made a third time. And they still gave me the wrong coffee—this time cream and artificial sweetener. After 6 years, I'm finding a new Tim Hortons.

My bagel was stale and dry - $1.50 for cream cheese that is barely on there. Will not be coming back.

Very disappointed. We are from Texas and heard great things about this place. The donuts were hard, and didn't have good flavor. The service was lacking. I'm not sure if It was just this location or all of Tim Hortons.

The only thing going for this place is the food. The place is mildly clean in the lobby, (coffee on the floor and dirty seats, and HORRENDOUS bathrooms). They had no cheese bagels and charged me for one and then just gave me change for the difference. Then the worst part was how disgusting the bathrooms were along with NO toilet paper, and no hot water. After being here many times I can confidently say this is one of the worst (not THE worst) Tim Hortons to visit.

Arrived at 12:30 in the afternoon and could not get the special avocado turkey sandwich they are advertising because "their avocado is frozen." I then had to order a different sandwich and they REFUSED to price match. So my lunch was more expensive because they forgot to thaw the avocado. Not reasonable customer service at all

They give you a medium iced coffee when you ask and pay for a large. The cold brew I got with cold foam came with a quarter inch of flavoring at the bottom unmixed and literally a smattering of cold foam. Disgusting.

Waited almost an hour in the drive through lane for a breakfast sandwich, black coffee and box of timbits. Had to park and go inside twice to collect my order. Never going back.

tried to order some food off of the app for my son before school a sandwich for each of us and 10-piece Tim bits. Long story short my card was charged three times. Twice for the meal itself and once for the 25$ credit to account. The food was old tasting and stale like it had been there since yesterday and I still have not gotten my money back or response from the app at all doordash told me to contact Tim Hortons Tim Hortons told me to contact the app. And the app does not let you contact anyone. It's now 3 days later and they're telling me to come up to Tim Hortons and show them my bank statement so I can get my refund but I have to get there by 2 pm no acceptions because they said it's not their fault. And will not wait for me because I can't make it there by 2 because the manager said he has something he has to do. Wonderful customer service! Way to think about your customers and put them first. After I get my refund including the amount I put on my Tim Hortons account on the app that did not allow me to use it to pay for my Tim Hortons because I won't be ordering through them again or getting Tim Hortons at all honestly. After I go up there to get my money depending on how my encounter goes I may update my review

UPDATE: The food and the service are much improved!! The outside could still use some clean up - but overall a big improvement from a month ago. Food has been fresh and service has been good. I will keep coming back. Not sure what is going on at this site. It says “under new ownership” but more often than not the donuts are stale - or partially frozen with new frosting. I have been going here for years and this is some of the worst food I’ve ever had here. Some of the employees are professional - but I never see a real sense of urgency. In terms of atmosphere, there is always garbage overflowing or in the parking lot. There is also some type of mop that has been rigged up with duct tape - right at the drive through window - that I was told was for the timer? I don’t know what that means. It looks so tacky and you have to try to drive around it when you pull up to the window. And the whole drive up window needs to be replaced or fixed. Looks really junky. People in the surrounding neighborhoods would like to go there but when the food is stale, that’s a deal breaker. And please don’t ask me to contact guest relations - the “new” owner just needs to fix the problems and stop trying to serve up stale food to save money. If not, people will find other locations to visit and you’ll be out of business. Do better- your customers deserve it.
