I highly recommend Michigan Advanced Aesthetics. Kate M. is the absolute best! I see her regularly for dermaplaning and she does great work. Her treatments make my skin feel healthy and look great! I've also done laser hair removal with Kate, and I was very happy with the results.

I recently found this Med Spa after doing some research. After only one treatment with the ICON fractional rejuvenation (3 for me skin treatment), there has been a huge improvement with my skin. My face did swell slightly and stayed a little pink for a few days but no pain or any issues. The entire staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The prices are also very reasonable for the services being offered. I also recommend their personal skincare line which is AMAZING. Can’t wait to have my second round of ICON

Whenever I think of med-spas, I always worry about snobby staff and the feeling that I’ll feel like I don’t belong, but that couldn’t have been further from the truth here. Everyone was so warm and welcoming; I had Sarah for my appointment and I could not ask for a better person for my first time getting a lip flip! She put me immediately at ease, talked me through everything, and genuinely was such a kind and friendly person. I bought a package for laser hair removal. It was my first time having it done, so I put my full trust into my provider and thought everything was going fine. That was until I got switched to a different provider and she was waaaayyyy more thorough and had more attention to detail than the first woman. Now it’s been months since my last appointment and I’m unhappy with my results. It’s almost like I never had anything done. I feel like my first few sessions were wasted and now I’ll have to spend even more money to go somewhere else.

I have been going to Michigan Advanced Asthetics for years and LOVE them! Safe to say I have tried just about every service they offer and their knowledge is always top tier. They always have my best interest at heart and make me feel so welcome and comfortable every time. My facial wth Bev was amazing. Now my skin is smooth as silk, soft and literly glowing. Beverly was professional and very knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing and all of the benefits of each application and she answered all of my questions. My face feels refreshed and looks more youthful, my skin is glowing. The warm table and hand mitts relaxed my entire body and my hands feel better, moisturized with no aches. Beverly made this whole experience calm and peaceful . Go! If you've wanted facial or rejuvenation treatments done, but have been hesitant about finding a trustworthy place, this is it. I was nervous but had wanted my lips done forever and I'm so glad I finally went. Sarah is a master at fillers, and she's always honing her skills. I have really difficult and tiny (m-shaped lips) and she made them look so beautiful AND corrected my crooked smile. I am so happy I found this place - I would never go anywhere else!

I have been here for a lip flip 3 times and Sarah is by far the BEST!! She made sure I was comfortable and went over all my options! She gave me some of the best advice on injections!! Can’t wait to go back in a couple months!
