I've been working daily at Bamboo Royal as a full time remote worker. First of all Bamboo has great ownership and an awesome staff who will always try to help you in any way they can. The office is comfortable and well designed to encourage creative work with opportunities for networking and professional development when you need it. The Royal Oak office is conveniently located in an area with many places to eat and walk with close transportation options nearby. The location has bike racks, printers, coffee/tea, refrigerators, conference and quiet work spaces too! This place helps me stay creative and energetic in all my work. They also have some of the best pricing of any of the co-working options in the area with comparable amenities. I'd recommend to anyone looking to get out of the home office part-time or full-time when you want to get work done and feel good about it again. Thanks Bamboo Team!

I recently signed up for a membership at Bamboo Royal Oak in order to have a quiet workspace away from home, and after touring Bamboo, I knew immediately this was the place for me. From the get-go, the entire staff (shout out to Amanda, Ally + Nerissa) were very welcoming and always willing to help in any way they could. The space itself is modern, clean, professional, and conducive to productivity. As someone who works best at night, access to their facility 24/7 is a huge plus, and its location in the heart of Royal Oak is unmatched. Parking is never an issue, with a parking garage literally feet away from the office (first 2 hours free, $0.75 every hour after or get a $50/mo parking pass), and I've never felt unsafe walking the short distance at any hour of the night. Its a great place to network or just meet nice and interesting people, and the entire atmosphere is very warm, welcoming and most importantly, facilitates efficient work flow (not to mention their Nitro cold brew on tap). There are many events that take place throughout the month, should you wish to partake, as a way to network and meet new people. Working here every day is honestly one of the best work experiences I've had to date, and the only regret I have is not signing up sooner. I truly cannot recommend Bamboo Royal Oak enough, and if you have any doubts or hesitations about signing up, I would sign up for a tour to assuage those doubts immediately (I quite literally signed up for a membership immediately after my tour of the facility, after having toured other co-working spaces and not finding one that felt like a fit).

The Detroit Writing Room hosted a storytelling workshop for entrepreneurs and business owners here. The staff was amazing to work with to coordinate all details of the event. The conference room came with technology to easily show our presentation on screen, and the room itself had beautiful glass walls overlooking the space. I'd highly recommend Bamboo if you need a space for a workshop, meeting or just want to work somewhere else for the day. The staff will make you feel very welcome and part of the community.

Positive vibes and a highly productive atmosphere. I spent a week working here while I was in the area and got more work done than I usually do. I’ve used coworking spaces in multiple cities and this one is my favorite. The ability to get a day pass is great. The open seating is as good as what you get for a dedicated desk at other places (a large workspace with your own power strip and a divider separating your space from the space across you). Signing up and getting access was a breeze, even for just a week of using day passes. I was able to book a phone booth for my scheduled zoom meetings before I even arrived on site.

Great place to work for a day. The wifi was fast, and the work spaces weren't too loud or crowded. The staff was super organized and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back again!

I love the space and more than anything the community. I have been a member since 2018 and have been able to build meaningful relationships and grow in my field thanks to the awesome Bamboo members. The team is also spectacular and so incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this community to any professional doing the most meaningful work of their lives.

I have been a tenant at the Bamboo offices in Royal Oak for the past 6 months. I have had nothing but a great experience coming in every day. As a new start up business, Ivy Properties RO, the Bamboo Royal Oak management team, headed up by Amanda Sweet and her team to include Alley Baird and Abby Reattoir have been nothing but supportive. The Bamboo team goes out of its way to create an environment of inclusion. A task not easy to do with numerous companies calling Bamboo their home. The space itself is designed well and has offered a perfect spot for my new venture. Thanks Amanda, Alley, and Abby!

Bamboo in Royal Oak has been nothing short of an exceptional experience for me! Amanda and the team are very patient and flexible with my month-to-month requests.
