This place is not worth ordering from. I order a medium pizza with double the mushrooms and green peppers. It barley had any mushrooms on it. I also order garlic breed with cheese and I receivere a sub bun with cheese in the middle not even cut up. I call them and they didn't even care. Please think twice before ordering from here.

Negatives: The pizza was kind of greasy, was pretty floppy, there was no char, very very little sauce, and lacked flavor. Positives: The crust was ok, pizza came hot, and at the end of the day it did its job. Overall, I think there’s plenty of room for improvement. Wasn’t the worst but could be way better.

order from them today through the slice app. I triple checked my order to make sure it was correct. still showed up wrong. called to get a correction and I stead I got called a liar and that the order was made as it was placed. double checked my email receipt to verify and what came was not what even was on the receipt yet I'm still the liar according to them. I used to love ordering from them but will never again after this incident. pathetic

Have been going there for at least 15 years. ordered a carry out, and they messed up both on billing and my order disputed the bill. the cook/ management confronted me to the point where he raised his voice about nothing. Not only did i offer a tip still after terrible service. had to laugh at how unprofessional. When offering the tip, wished a happy new year when management continued to argue about the issue. needless to say, it will be a long time if ever I return when there are so many upstanding brand loyal palces that appreciate my business. With this our last delivery took over an hour when told 45 mins and it was not correct either...

We decided to order from a new restaurant to help support our local places. The Alfredo was so disgusting that I would not even eat it. It looked and tasted like it came out of a jar. The oreo cheesecake is prepackaged like it came out of a vending machine. We will never order from this place again.

My favorite pizza place in Royal Oak! Pizza, bread & salad combo is the best! Fried mushrooms are good too. Their ranch dressing is sooooo good!

Ordered the all meat pizza, mozz sticks and fried mushrooms. All were amazing and delicious. Definitely will order pizza from them again

Not my personal choice family likes it, pizza in my opinion in average. Pasta always has a cup of water in the bottom, salad is a head of iceberg with garnishes. If this was a national I call it acceptable but they are not and could do better.

First time trying them and it was a miss. Ordered online for delivery. Got a call 10 minutes before they closed to ask if we are picking up our food. I paid for delivery and added a top. Blamed someone for not inputting it correctly on their end. Got our food delivered but by time I got it , it was lukewarm at best.

Just ordered delivery from this place about an hour ago. As a fan of Italian food, I would say that my first ever dish from here, the ravioli was delicious. It would be nice to see a little green herb added and garlic herb on the garlic bread. But overall, it was good and filling. The delivery guy was also professional and very polite.

"It's edible" is basically the consensus from my group. We got pizza, breadsticks, garlic bread, wings and a side greek salad. Breadsticks were okay, Greek salad has beets which I didn't realize but was otherwise fine. For me, the pizza tastes like cafeteria pizza you would have in middle school. The wings were a weird texture, like soft almost instead of having any crunch. With all the competition, I think this won't be a repeat experience .

First non 5 star negative review I’ve ever left...I called ahead and asked “what do you recommend?” Answer “pizza”. Question “what kinda of pizza is your best seller?” Answer “um pizza”. Question “ is ordering by card best on the pizza slice app?” Answer “um sure”....against my better judgement we continued to order...(wanted to support a local business)...once we received our cold greasy pizza, I quickly realized it was high school cafeteria quality from the 90’s at best...with all that being said, I might give them another shot just to be sure they weren’t having a rainy day.

Food isn't terrible, but definitely not like pre pandemic, online pricing doesn't match what they say, costed almost 70$ for the 2 lrg pizza deal and 2 wing dinners! Making my own from now on

Always ordered from here food was good today I called and it took three tries to get throughThe first time the guy hung up on me second time they just picked up and hung up the phone third time guy was very rude I asked for a delivery and he said I live too far which I order from here all the time did not appreciate the way I was spoken to and was treated will not be ordering from here no more

I love this place. Food is always great, staff super friendly. When I order carryout online (from anywhere), I always add a tip if that's an option. Two Guys is the only place that acknowledges and thanks me for the tip. Maybe a small thing, but it's nice to hear that it's noticed and appreciated. (and, because of that, I tip a little better here than anywhere else)

Pizza is nasty and raw you can get better at little ceasers ..not even worth the price I'm beginning to see that michigan had no taste ....

I had their chicken parm sub and it was fantastic. I grew up in K.C. Mo. And trust me growing up in Little 🇮🇹 Italy I have eaten a lot of great Italian food this was a really good sandwich it was packed full of deep fried chicken breast and they have an absolutely fabulous marinara sauce not to acid not to sweet it was really good. Now I like Parmesan, Asiago and Romano cheese and I keep a container at my home so I put that on Italian food I get from anywhere, I wouldn't have needed it to enjoy the sandwich at all, but I like mine very strong and it would probably run my date outta bed that night but that's ok I like my food first. Anyway try it I know they have they dinner with spaghetti and marinara and I'm gonna have that to. Enjoy everyone

Great 5 topping pizza - both round and square. Also very good pasta. I always get baked meat ravioli (cheese on top). It is at least as good-or better-than Salvadore Scallopini. I’ve never had seafoods or ribs or chicken but guessing very good too

They are a joke anymore. Placed an order through slice, paid and tipped the driver while paying the business fee. It was a half hour after my delivery time and called, was told the driver should be there soon. However, an hour and 45 minutes later my driver still isn’t here. They told me to take it up with slice and they are closed now but a driver could just drop it off on their way home after they get all cashed 2 hours later and still no food. Slice won’t refund me because this place won’t do a refund. I paid for something I NEVER GOT!! What a joke. Use to love this place but never again. Disgraceful, no respect, and no regard for its customers.

Best pizza calzone around! Be careful not to just say calzone but pizza calzone. I love adding ham to it myself. Good solid customer service and they are always busy which is a good sign. Been coming here for over 8 years.

We always get our pizza from here. We get the Detroit style with pepperoni, pineapple, and mushrooms. Their subs are good too. Love the ranch.

First time getting pizza from this place. It is the most bland thing I’ve ever had in my life. It had 3 toppings! How on earth could it be that flavorless???? Seriously, go put a loaf of bread in your mouth and you’ll have more flavor.

Good spaghetti

Ordered a large pizza and medium Greek salad and I can say it is absolutely refreshing. I am so glad to have thought of this place. The sauce on the pizza is just perfectly right. I will definitely be back. Thank you very much!

I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad and got one pizza and a salad. I work hard for my money to have some scam me. maybe my money back or a pizza would be nice.

The pizza tastes like cheap frozen pizza. The crust is flat and flavorless.

Decided to try them out for the first time. They handed me my bag which I thought had all my items in it and said your all set. Got home and my pizza was missing. Probably won’t be back. Oh and to top it off they laughed when I got there to pick it up

We ordered several things, mainly pizza and lasagna. They completely forgot to make the pizza, so then the delivery person had to wait for it to be made. Whatever, it happens I guess. We also ordered tiramisu, which is apparently of the frozen variety. I know this because it is STILL frozen, 20 minutes after arrival. There are ice crystals on it, so it clearly wasn't really fresh. I'm not generally a fan of frozen desserts like this, so I definitely won't order it again. My parents like their pizza, which they've ordered before and will likely keep ordering (and they like the lasagna enough to have ordered it again), but I'll be skipping ordering for myself next time-that tiramisu was supposed to be my dinner.

Ever since this Pandemic I’ve been doing a lot of delivery and home cooking. I’ve had only a couple of bad experiences; for the most part I’m a big fan of Two Guys From Italy. Their spaghetti and lasagna are out of this world. A big shout out to the crew at Royal Oak’s location. Wishing all of you a happy and healthy prosperous New Year to you all..

Kitchen staff not wearing masks/not wearing them properly. Looking through the kitchen window when I picked up my order I see 2 employees preping food with their mask half on and one employee not wearing one at all. No gloves by anyone to top it off. Hopefully MDHHS actually does something about this place. Restaurants operating like this are the reason that we see so many businesses closed, if you can't follow safety guidelines then don't open up.

I use too order from the location like clock work. Moved away now I’m back 10 yrs later. Got the “Belly Buster” thru Grubhub(gift certificate). Asked for extra cheese and it seemed a little light in the cheese department. I’ll give it a try again later down the road, still a great pizza disappointed on the cheese ratio though.

Hands down most consistent pizza around. Large 3 topping pizza (pepperoni, mush, green pepp). Lots of toppings and cheese. Crust cooked perfect. Staff are nice and service is fast.

Don't deliver

Ordered a Chicken Parm Sub, they don't specify that it's not a Chicken Parm. It's a meat red sauce sub, with a little bit of chicken. Very disappointing that I have to specify no meat sauce on a sandwich that shouldn't ever have meat sauce.

How many inches is the Large and x-large? It's so aggravating to only see the number of slices listed to indicate pizza size on your menu

They have the best food. During this quarantine, we were tired of the same food. My husband suggested this place because he had here previously. When I say the flavor lit my taste buds on fire. The food was hot and exceptional. We ordered chicken Parmesan, tiramisu, cannoli and a burger and fries. And everything was made perfectly. You guys have earned my families loyalty. This is our favorite pizza place. We moved out of the immediate area for about 5 years and when we were looking to buy a house, proximity to Two Guys was more important than things like “having a basement”. We love this pizza, particularly this location, more than any other. We don’t have pizza nights, we have Two Guys nights.
