If there were zero stars, I would had given it to them. Last night my wife was ill, showed up before they close and was turned away. The attendant was rude and Made a point of telling us that they no longer check people in after 7:45 even though their site says 8pm. To make matters worse, we’re seniors and clearly needed medical assistance. We drove 45 mins to go to that particular location due to past excellent service but jeez, what a difference. Lots not forget the Hippocratic oath which wasn’t important to them but closing on time was. NEVER AGAIN.

There is nothing “express” about this place. Went for a routine employment drug test. The absolute WORST customer service displayed at the front desk. The girl was very rude and disrespectful to every person that walked into the building. I waited for over an hour and half because “only one employee does the drug tests”. A drug test has to be the easiest service they provide. They need to do better with patient management as well as customer service. Will never go back or recommend.

Waited two hours to get an employment drug test. I realize that there may be nothing they can do to speed up the process but was a long wait. There were only 3 people ahead of me when I checked in. Wish I had chosen another place to reduce the wait. Granted the medical staff were nice and easy to work with. Once I was in, it was fast.

This is the worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. The wait is always long. Today, I had to go to this urgent care, despite bad experiences in the past, because they are one of the few places with a X-ray machine. After being told there was a 30 minute wait, I was not seen until 2 hours later. The front desk staff was extremely rude. It is far better worth your time to go somewhere else.

Took forever to be seen. They have this new system where you check in on your phone and wait in your car. You see people going in before you when you got there before them. Beyond ridiculous. I wouldn’t call it an “express”. The desk couldn’t even give us an estimated time when we had to call in to see how much long after waiting for over an hour already. The desk was very short and rude on the phone when we called to ask. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

They make you wear a mask when mandate’s don’t even exist. They have a sign at the front desk about 0 tolerance for aggressive people. The way they treat people is no wonder they have that sign. Took my son in law there on 10/26/22 for a dog bite. We asked prior to filling out paperwork if he could just be seen for 30 seconds to make sure they could treat him or if we needed to go to the emergency room. We were told the doctors were with 4 other patients. After waiting 3 hours we found out there was only one doctor. He was finally brought to a room only to be told we had to go to the ER. Don’t waste your time with this place!

I was hoping for a quick and easy visit to this clinic as I was only going for a drug test physical. I came into the office at 10:30 am on a Sunday… so I expected a quick visit with a very small amount in the waiting room. I ended up leaving at 1:30…. I have never waited so long for a drug test. It is absolutely pathetic. The staff need to do better and care about their customers.

I if I could give zero stars I would. I came here for a simple drug screening. The front desk receptionist Rick was very rude. He caught an attitude because I asked how much longer would I be waiting after waiting a whole two hours. He let other patients who came in after me get seen first. And his response was because I am not seeing a doctor I am not a priority. He has by far the worst customer service. I don’t know why he was so angry today but maybe tomorrow he will have a better attitude. This company needs to hire people who can represent them in a professional courteous way. Hes an absolute horrible representation for this company and I feel sorry for this practice, this company will continue to lose clients as long as he is employed here.

Truly disappointed ☹️ it is mandatory to have a debit or credit card on file to be seen. This company wants to make sure they get paid. Service was refused with a smile 😊 and saying we are NOT refusing service. You can pay 💰 out of pocket and then we will reimburse you . Lol

I was very impressed with the care I received on March 5. Dr. Kaniefski did a fine job of stitching up my ear laceration and the nurse that took care of me was professional and caring. During my follow up visit the next week I wasn’t impressed with the doctor (don’t know her name) that looked at my ear to see if the stitches could be removed. She looked at my ear and left the room, saying nothing. The nurse, however, that removed my stitches was very professional and informative. The facility is well appointed and the front desk staff are very business like, but professional. I would recommend this facility.

Terrible service. The receptionist! Tracy was so aggressive and had no respect. Talk so bad and scream to answer a simple question. And trying to deny the med service. Which is illegal! No supervisors to talk about this behavior. Terrible service. I was feeling paying for an emergency but I was being verbally abused in this place. In addition to paying the copayment, they force you and retain credit card information for the amount of 250.00 no matter if according to my insurance card was only 50 dollars, the amount that make me pay in advance for NOTHING! And the doctor 👎🏻 was the worst, he didn't do anything to help me with my med. problem. According to him, I didn't have anything! It was the worst emergency clinic. Never back to this place.

Everyone from the front desk to the nurse and physician were great. Very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and inviting. Th only complaint I have is the wait time. I was there for about an hour and 45 minutes. I would love to give 5 stars but due to the wait time I decided on 4.

We were the first ones there on a Thursday- the check in process took longer than usual and we’re existing patients. We waited about 35mins after other patients were brought back first who came in after. The doctor would not prescribe meds as it was viral but now a day later she’s worse- wish he’d of given meds to take as a precaution or to use if needed cause now we need them! So $50 to tell me keep doing what your doing.

Great visit! Very clean, organized facility. Very friendly staff. Wait time was short and the doctor and nurse were great. They gave us a great referral and we got great service from the orthopedic doctor we saw. Being from Maryland and here on vacation it was great to have such quality care!

I feel like I lose brain cells every time I walk into this place…. Came in for a cat bite, two very deep bleeding punctures wounds in my middle finger and ring finger. The two fingers were also very swollen. To clean the wound, the wet some gauze with saline and rubbed it against the wounds. Left with a bandage wrap around my wrist…

Took my 8 year old to MedExpress Urgent Care after she had a high fever for 2 days. MedExpress was excellent (professional, quick to get us seen, the PA was informative and compassionate). The facility is impeccably cleaned and the staff is great! I will definitely use MedExpress again in the near future!

Went in on Sunday 11/19/23 . I was seen by Dr. Walter Kaniefaki. Dr said I had virus and did not offer to test for the flu or Covid. I have RA auto immune disease. I tested positive for covid at home . If he would have tested me I could have got better help for Covid now it days later. I will never go back to Med Express again. Beware! Know I know why there was a 1 hour wait MD Now.

I have not been to Med Express since 2020 and was treated like garbage. Over 2 hour wait and when I walked next door to Dunkin after having to wait in my car for over 2 hours, when they called to tell me it was our turn, they cancelled and turned me away because I was not outside. Literally next door! It would have taken 30 seconds or less to walk in. This is not a place that treats you like a human being.

Although I hardly waited to be seen, the nurse was not friendly or personable. I have asthma and was having difficulty breathing. And her response was well, you’re speaking in full sentences like she’s in my body and knew how I felt. I was feeling so bad I didn’t have the strength to respond. She acted like I was bothering her and had absolutely no compassion. The doctor was nice and professional. I have been in the medical field over 30 year. some people should not be in the healthcare industry..

A horrible experience! The doctor made my husband wait for over 2 hours, and he was the ONLY patient at the Royal Palm Beach MedExpress! I had called in advance to ask if they wrote scripts for Paxlovid for emergency use for Covid 19 because he tested positive and I was told YES. Yet, when the doctor finally saw him, she said she is “not comfortable” with the Covid-19 anti virus med and sent him home. That so called doctor should be fired!!! Never again will we go to a Med Express.

Despite the long wait, I was kept informed via text and phone calls on wait times and how many people were ahead of me while conveniently waiting in my car. It was nearly 3 hours from Check in to Check out. Mariah, presumably an RN was very thorough in her review of Medical History and gathering information about my symptoms and diagnostics. She was sympathetic to my illness and communicated with me and the Doctor about my course of treatment. Dr Roman was prompt and thorough as well. They conveniently filled my RX on site as well so that i could return home to recuperate. I greatly appreciate the service and attention to detail from the staff including the administrative team

They, Jurine (nurse), Ric (admin), and PA Darquea, were very attentive, professional and thorough. They were also able to dispense my antibiotics in the clinic which was very helpful as I was traveling. Just know that you do have to sign in through your phone and the sign advising you of such was not very noticeable. I only knew as I saw another patient scanning QR code.

The staff was so very helpful, and I was very pleased that they could X-ray my ankle on site. My regular doctor would have sent me to an imaging facility. I was extremely satisfied of my visit to ME.

Wonderful! I am having a flair up of my back (i throw it out 2-3x a year) and when it’s bad like this it’s so painful to go in to the office to get anti-inflammatory medication for it. Since med express has seen me in person before for this reason, I felt comfortable doing a telihealth apt with them. I got Dr Salmon and she was very nice and able to get me the medication for my back I needed. I was able to stay at home and rest while CVS filled my medication. If you have ever had bad back pain you know the less trips out and getting up and down the better.

I did have to wait almost an hour to be called back to an exam room. Then I did have excellent care from the nurse assistant and doctor. I needed an injection for my allergic reaction , which showed on my hand and fingers. The doctor had me wait 15 minutes after the injection to determine if I had a bad reaction to the shot. I was prescribed prednisone and the doctor also told me what over the counter medications to take to help my condition. The swelling and discomfort was much better in one day.

The check-in process after being to this location several times in very cumbersome. A lot of info to repeatedly be completed that should already be on file from prior visits and not needed to be inserted again. The people behind the check-in desk are polite and helpful. While not the case on this visit, I often have to wait up to 30 minutes to see a doctor after the initial exam. You can't have just one doctor present.

I've been to other Med Express's, none of them can come close to the amazing service I received from you. It started with the ladies at the front desk. I was helped with answering some questions using my phone. The young lady was patient, very polite and all with a smile. Next was the young lady (nurse) who collected my sample for my pre employment drug screening. She was so nice, smiling all the time. It was joy to visit your Med Express.

This place was amazing. The entire staff was so nice and so helpful. I just moved here from TX and needed to get school physicals for my kids and they made the process so easy. I highly recommend them and I'll be back any time we get sick.

Did not have a bad experience at all. I was told by receptionist that waiting time after getting x-Ray done to receiving results would be about 30 to 45 minutes. Total wait time from registration to actually getting x-Ray done and receiving result was about an hour or less. Less time than expected. Very friendly and professional staff.

I'm delighted to leave a review. I went in on July 4th, with sciatica pain, and received excellent care. Professional, caring, responsive, solution-oriented, and helpful are words I'd use to describe my experience. Interestingly, the last time I went to a different urgent care -- I wouldn't use any of those words! This was a great experience from drive up, to drive off. I won't go anywhere else from now on! Way to go!
