To
be
honest,
I'd
never
been
too
keen
on
the
idea
of
Yoga,
assuming
(due
to
my
own
ignorance)
that
it
was
mainly
about
breathing/
chanting/
weird
poses,
and
not
a
"proper
workout".
Thankfully,
I
was
wrong.
Not
only
is
Wandsworth
Power
Yoga
great
fun
and
a
"proper"
workout
(bring
a
towel
and
a
bottle
of
water!),
but
you
feel
great
at
the
end
of
every
session
too,
really
relaxed
and
excited
to
keep
coming
back.
And
that's
exactly
what
I've
been
doing;
coming
back,
buying
more
classes,
and
introducing
another
friend
too.
Also,
Peter
is
an
excellent
teacher;
really
knowledgeable,
friendly,
and
always
keeping
an
eye
on
his
students
throughout
(as
opposed
to
just
leading
from
the
front),
by
walking
around
and
correcting
your
positions,
or
offering
at
least
two
other
alternative
positions
if
you
can't
quite
manage
it
the
first
time,
so
you
always
feel
safe/
comfortable
too.
In
short,
I
highly
recommend
Wandsworth
Power
Yoga
for
those
looking
for
a
good
workout
that's
both
affordable
and
fun.
