Still the best gym I've ever been a member of.

Love this Gym everyone is so welcoming and friendly, the equipment here is great. Great advice and they celebrate your wins big or small. Very reasonable cost, clean, and great choice of music. Perfect setting to workout.

A VERY clean gym and it's evident, extra precaution has been taken during the past year. Staff are extremely friendly, approachable and accommodating. When booking, the process is easy and there is always machinery machinery available without having to wait (long when needing to). An added bonus is, free parking. All round, a gym that is extremely good value for money.

Later edit : You have not looked into the matter properly! Firstly, I have served my notice with a month before leaving and you have confirmed the receipt of my notice therefore there must not be a debt on my account! Secondly, I am pretty sure that if there was a debt on my account you would have called me right away to talk about it rather than calling me 7 months later to invite me to re-join the gym. This does not make sense. Please look into things in greater depth before sending a reply and remove my details off your system as I won't be joining your gym. Someone called Ben rang me (unsolicited) and tried to coherce me into re-joining the gym by falsely claiming that there was a charge on my account outstanding from my previous membership. Ben later recognised that this was not the case. I was very disappointed with his way of trying to 'recruit' new members. Using those practices would rather make you lose people!

I left this gym back in January and they have not recognised the cancellation and continued to take funds despite being told numerous times I had cancelled.

Great staff, always welcoming and friendly! Good variety of equipment. Clean and tidy gym with access to water to top up bottles. Great value for money overall with a choice of plans for all budgets

Not bad gym in general. But the most annoying things is that they do pictures of people training there or while having classes without asking you and post them on public...Facebook or their website... Face or even from the back videos ... Doesn't matter is that my face or back I was coming there to have excercise not to post myself in any social media.

For me the gym is 5 star. The staff are amazing and helping and it is not a posing gym. All ages rub along and apart from a few odd choices of music it’s brilliant! Only place that keeps me going to the gym!

Having recently moved to the area I tried out a few gyms before settling with energie. What the other gyms seemed to lack, energie excelled with. Boasting an experienced team with an eager to help attitude and a passion for fitness I felt welcome from the get go, special shout out to Sam for this! The gym is a decent size with lots of equipment and I can’t wait to try out the exercise classes!

An absolutely fantastic Gym with good quality equipment, great staff and very clean. It also has to be said that the Personal Trainer that has taken me through a session (and probably lots more to come) is one of best that I've had - thanks Helen 😊

I went in for a gym tour and trial, the manager so amazing! So informative and friendly answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome.The facilities are great they really think about the little things such as a tanning machine and hair straightener in the changing room. I will joining because I instantly felt comfortable and am looking forward to going back.

Gym, studio and spin room. Value based gym, good selection of free weights and machines. Friendly gym, would recommend for both new users to a gym or regulars

Fantastic gym with very new and good equipment - being a PT i have used a lot of gyms and this is by far one of the best i have found for my own training. Never too busy. Has a great range of functional, weights and cardio! The admin side in the office could be handled a little better but apart from that it is a brilliant gym and the price is great! Certainly recommend it!

The gym is reasonably priced and very clean ,it is airy with high ceilings and has a good balance between cardio equipment and free weights. The staff are very engaging There is spin room and a separate room for other classes And other facilities like a punch bag ,kettle bells skipping ropes , a table tennis table ,solarium ,machine coffee machine ,lounge area and most if not all the classes are included in the monthly fee. There is something there for everyone and if like me you have spent the past lifting weights ..you can always try something new

Brilliant gym, really friendly and relaxed

Friendly gym. It is good that it opens at 6am in the week day, can do a workout before work. Equipment is always working and the aircon is a bonus.
