😐 been going to this gym for about a year and a bit now, at first it wasn't busy after school times at all, but in the past month or two, for some reason they are letting literal 12 year old's enter the gym and get a membership, and all they do is sit around a bench together, about 6 of them at a time...

😠 The most frustrating customer service ever. Reception NEVER answer the phone. We only come here for my sons swimming, however I would be loathed to join purely due to the lack of reception staff actually being able to answer a phone.

👍👍 Lovely pool staff are really helpful. Management are supportive. The atmosphere was brilliant during the family’s swim plenty of floats not to busy and kids enjoyed there stay will definitely keep coming back.
