I had lower eye bag surgery and left 1 eye still have eye bag. After discussed with Amir and he agreed to make a adjustment at any time (there is no time scale) but would have the lower eyelid opened again with a deeper scar.I wasn't happy because that mean u have to go through the pain again but I agreed. It was in September 2019. Because of covid started 2020 I couldn't go there. It just fully opened this year. So when I contacted Bella vou, they said the adjustment was due in 2020. If I want to go head I have to pay again. Everyone knows in 2020 uk was lockdown. I complained and forwarded the email for proof but I was ignored. Don't trust Bella Vou. Don't risk yourself. Now my 2 eyes are different.

I've had a Breasts Reduction Surgery at Bella Vou 6 weeks ago. It has been life changing experience. I suffered with back pain and shoulders pain for years due to bad posture from the heavy weight of my breasts. I've had a free online consultation in April and decided to go ahead with the surgery. My surgery took place in September. All the staff were friendly, professional and caring. I received fantastic support, especially from the night staff, whom were checking on me frequently to make sure that I was ok. Dr Amir was very friendly, skilful and he achieved everything what I wanted. I couldn't be happier now. I gained lots of confidence with my body and my back pain is gone. It has only been 6 weeks since the surgery but I am already fully recovered and back to doing my daily routine. The communication with the clinic has been at very high standard throughout my treatment journey. I couldn't imagine going abroad to have my surgery done as this amazing Bella Vou clinic is just on the doorstep. In regards to the cost, it was worth every penny and I even felt that I've underpaid when I've left the clinic fed, well rested with amazing body and post surgical bra included in the price. From the moment I ventured into Bella Vou I was welcomed and made to feel at ease. Amur and his nurse were delightful and totally understanding. I did not want to have a new young radical look but one that was age appropriate and correcting an area that I was a little self conscious of. They recommended the appropriate procedure and a date was fixed! On the appointed day I was looked after so well and although not the most pleasant of experiences I knew I was in good hands and felt almost totally relaxed!!!!! I had a few problems with the medication but was immediately helped and put on the right path to recovery. They checked up on me regularly and I felt very positive. Months later I am pleased to say that I feel good. Many people have commented on how well I am looking without knowing why! It is my self confidence that has improved the most! I would recommend Amur and all the staff at Bella Vou without hesitation.

I am extremely satisfied with the entire service from start to finish from the initial consultation to the surgery and post-care. The staff at Bella Vou pampered me throughout , were attentive and caring , professional and kind. Everybody smiles and says hello. The surgeon Amir Sadr was a rare talent and tailored his care to my exact needs, clearly thinking about the end result, keeping advice personalised and realistic. The theatre staff gave excellent wound healing advice and made me feel relaxed throughout the procedure. I would most definitely use this service again and I would give ten stars if I could ! Really lovely experience with Bella Vou. When I had my consultation they went through all the details and made sure I was happy to go ahead, making sure all my questions were answered. The turn around time to get booked in was quick which I was pleased about. On the day of my procedure all the staff were really welcoming and friendly. The building is nice and modern and gives off a pleasant vibe. And on top of this, even though it’s only day 1 I’m really happy with my result so far. I honestly couldn’t fault the place, would highly recommend!

From my first consultation with Amir N I knew Bella Vou was the right place for me. I’ve never felt more relaxed and understood in a consultation and I’ve had a few! From start to finish the experience was very, very good. As someone who has had quite a few procedures over the years Bella Vou is as good as it gets. From the consultation where I received a very honest and personally tailored view of what would work for me and the results I could achieve from Dr. Amir Nakhdjevani to the surgery and post-op experience itself. The clinic is beautiful, my room spacious, well decorated and very comfortable, on call and 24 hr nursing staff and medical support and a fantastic follow up schedule of check ups and treatments (MLD / Morpheus 8). First class from start to finish and highly recommended. I was recommended Bella Vou through a friend who is a surgeon herself. If that’s not a wonderful recommendation in itself I don’t know what is. I’m very glad that I chose Bella Vou and would very happily choose them again!

What an incredible place!!!! I did a huge amount of research and had consultations at a lot of places around the country but absolutely none of them compared to Bella Vou! From my first Consultation with Hagen and the beautiful and amazing Julia, I knew I had found the right place for me! The building itself is just gorgeous, incredibly clean, very welcoming and just like a hotel! Then, the team .. wow! Absolutely everyone there made me feel so at home from the moment I stepped through the door! Julia (my gorgeous Patient Coordinator) is probably one of the loveliest ladies I have ever met! Extremely professional but wonderfully kind, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease! Julia has been with me through my whole process (even helping me get ready for surgery and personally taking me herself and holding my hand because I was so nervous)! I had upper eye surgery a year ago with Amir . This is the best decision I ever made.Firstly the team are so caring the procedure was totally painless and during the surgery we were chatting about Gin !!!! I adore Bella Vou, it really feels like a big family who instantly invite you in! Post babies, I had a tummy tuck here. I stayed over night and the care I received was outstanding. That was 18 months ago now and the results are incredible, scar is now invisible and belly looks amazing. So much so, that I went back 5 months ago for a breast augmentation to complement my stomach and really crack the bikinis out! :) Again the care was amazing. No overnight this time, but so much support and great results. I love that they give you one fixed price and there are no additional costs whatever happens. My 6 month follow up for my second surgery is soon and I am looking forward to going back!
