For more than three years, I have been receiving treatment by the best Nursing Team on this planet. I have received treatment from every one of the team during that time, having recently been signed off at Woodlands. Their attention to my needs has been off the scale and beyond what one could reasonably expect. I am truly grateful to the team for their care and attention and the friendship they have bestowed. I must also thank my Doctor and others, with a particular thanks to the front line Reception Team. Often badly treated and overlooked, but all Stars in my experience. I wish them All future success, good health and happiness. I am a huge fan.

I was really worried about leaving my GP surgery in Tunbridge Wells and joining Woodlands when i moved to Paddock Wood. However I couldn't be more happy that I finally registered here. Dr Harris is wonderful she is attentive and genuinely caring. I would recommend Dr Harris and Woodlands Health Center

Recently had blood and blood pressure taken a few times. The nurse (I think that's what she is I'm not too sure and I've forgotten her name)who dealt with me on every occasion, was fantastic. She's witty (but not over familiar), chatty, upbeat, attentive, friendly, thoughtful and kind spirited. I was left endlessly impressed by her on every occasion. On one occasion she had a colleague in the room with her and she was also fantastic.(I think she was a nurse too but not sure, she was definitely wearing nursey type clothes though.) I've recently moved to the area and so haven't met my doctor face to face as yet, although I've had a telephone appointment with her and she was great. She really listened to me and gave me way more time than I expected as I waffled on trying to explain my ailments. Doctor Wakeham (yes I managed to remember her name)was professional, helpful, attentive and generous with her time. If I've had a good experience I always leave a review and I definitely did have a good experience at Woodlands Health centre. I highly recommend. Great place to go if you're not feeling well.

I think myself fortunate to be able to use woodlands as my local gp practice. It's a very proactive health care center with an amazing range of services on site. It's very modern and well laid out. One thing I like is that you can use the app to reorder prescriptions. Unlike many places, you are treated as a person and not a number. I do find that the staff do their best to make sure you are well taken care of. My own GP at woodlands is very Frank and very open to talk to. I always feel assured when I have an appointment at woodlands. The nurses are great. If you're new to the area, they will help and make sure you are well taken care of. I guess ultimately if you are reading reviews to find out if woodlands is a good place to go, I'd say yes. It is.

The nurse administering the flu vaccine need to be re train. Very abrupt and just stabbed you / the patient without asking for any symptoms and allergies prior to administering the vaccine. She’s more interested having a gossip with Dr. Gilani. No patient interaction skills at all. What a Liberty.

My son was referred to the dentist at the woodlands community centre. The dentist has been extremely efficient, proactive, knowledgeable and friendly. From start to finish she has explained the treatment plan in a child appropriate way to my son.

Called up, got an appointment same day, spoke to doctor, received diagnosis. All very straightforward. Friendly efficient staff. Lots of services offered. Would recommend.

Would give zero stars if I could. Took my son off their books with no warning at the same time I had put in a prescriptionfor him. Have left an 11 year old boy without his repeat asthma meds. Called and was told they can't do anything and I have to call back in 1 hour to speak to the surgery manager. Call back one hour later. She isn't there. She will call you back. That was last week. Dont bother. Go anywhere else but there.
