    We joined CrossFit Tunbridge Wells in April when they had just expanded. It's a great place to train, the coaching is excellent and it's a really nice community. We always come away from a class having learnt something new and pushed a bit harder. Would recommend CrossFit Tunbridge Wells to anyone wanting to try it - and because all movements are scalable - it is suitable for all fitness levels. Working out with others is also really motivational so this is just the place.

    Truly warm and welcoming. I may have joined very unfit and not having done any exercise in longer than I care to admit, but it has not mattered one bit as the classes are tailored to the level of the individual. The staff incredibly considerate and interested in you as an individual. Plus the other members are friendly and immediately open and inclusive to new members, no matter your level. Form is focused on and trained for as well as pushing through the workouts. The coaches keep a close eye on everyone throughout and interject to ensure people develop the best form possible and stay safe. Plus it’s fun!

    I love everything about this gym - the workouts, the space, the coaches and the community. I was fairly apprehensive joining a CrossFit gym due to its big following and never being much of a weightlifting gal, but I couldn't be happier having had joined. The entire team and community has been incredibly supportive and made this style of working out more fun than I ever imagined. Also, I have never felt better about my body! I've lost weight, toned muscles and feel stronger than ever all whilst making great friends and having a fab time. I have recommended countless friends here and I truly couldn't imagine living in Tunbridge Wells now without this Cross Fit gym. Whether you're new to CrossFit or a seasoned pro, come try it out, I promise you won't regret it!

    Love it ! Been a member for 1 & 1/2 years, Everybody who goes is so positive and like minded, just wanting to improve. I struggle to get back out the door after a days work but after I’ve been I feel so much better in myself . The coaches are knowledgeable and passionate and very observant and know when to scale and progress your movements or weight, which takes the worry out of the workout. So glad I joined this crossfit gym.

    The best thing I did for myself in 2022 was joining this amazing place. Not just a gym, but a real community with knowledgeable coaches who celebrate all the little wins with you. All fellow members are friendly & encouraging, cheering you on from the side-lines. I couldn't imagine training anywhere else now.

    I was so apprehensive about going to my first CrossFit class as I hadn’t done any formal exercise in a long time. The coaches and other class members were so welcoming and friendly that I’ve been a member for 3 months now. In that short time I am fitter than I’ve been in years. Everything is scaled to your ability and it’s easy to see improvement. The coaching is professional and fun and even on the hardest day I’m glad I came to the class. Highly recommend trying a class.

    Crossfit has been a positive and challenging experience. I like the fact that I don't need to think what I am going to do or train. My favourite part is to train with such a nice group of people and coaches. They make the all experience much nicer and they are capable to take the best of people. Xx

    Great CrossFit box, good for both experienced athletes and newbies. I have been to many CorssFit gyms by now, so I can compare. This CrossFit box is very special, the coaches are super qualified and pay excellent attention to skills and safety, making sure there are no injuries. Very strong community feel, unlike in some other busy gyms: lots of opportunities to socialise and make friends - team breakfasts, competitions, parties, socials, etc. This place is clean, organised and friendly. Highly recommended to everyone!

    Like a lot of people I deliberated about joining a CrossFit gym, but can honestly say it was the best thing I ever did. Tom and his team are amazing coaches, always on hand to guide and encourage you at every session. I was extremely nervous about the whole thing but I really shouldn’t have been as I was welcomed by all. It is a very friendly environment where nobody is made to feel that they are not good enough, or fit enough. CrossFit is for everyone and I would encourage anyone to give it a try.

    I joined Crossfit Tunbridge Wells 4 months ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I hesitated around joining as I didn't feel I'd be strong enough or good enough but I went to a trial class and loved it. Everyone is on a learning journey in all the classes, easier versions of any workout movement are always available and everyone, both coaches and the Crossfit community, are so supportive. Every class is different, the movements are more enjoyable then a standard gym workout which makes it more rewarding. I really recommend it!

    Despite not being a member for a long time I can say this gym is not only one of the best CrossFit gyms around but the best gym in Tunbridge Wells full stop. The coaches and members have made me so welcome since joining and it has become such a good environment to come and get fitter and stronger in. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging, I would recommend anyone regardless if you've done CrossFit before to at least try a trial period and I am sure you'll want to come back for more.

    It seems far too small to review CFTW as only a gym. What this place offers is far more than that as it’s truly a community of supportive and inspiring people. What Tom, the coaches and other members have done to support me personally through ongoing injuries is something I will always be grateful for. CFTW has redefined my relationship with fitness to something now surrounded by friends and fun, as well as somewhere that challenges me daily. I feel very lucky to be a member- if you’re considering CrossFit or something new this is definitely the place to try!!

    I had wanted to try CrossFit for a while. I decided to take the plunge and joined CrossFit Tunbridge Wells after getting bored of solo gym sessions (+ not making progress without expensive personal training sessions) and haven't looked back. Lovely community with fabulous, encouraging members. The coaches (Tom and Callum) make you feel comfortable in the box and ensure you are performing a movement that suits your ability. I would go as far as saying it feels like personal training because of the attention they give to each member in every session. I have been coming for 3 months now and have seen significant progress and improvements in my fitness (+ losing a few inches round my waist in such a short time has been a bonus). Encourage anyone who isn't sure about it to give it a try! Completely addictive and great value.
