Pretty much got it all...super freindly welcoming gym...not been to the gym for years, having 3 active kids its hard to fit in time for yourself , having walked in apprehensive I felt at home from the off.. got a good mix of early mornings through to evening classes all week so ideal for busy ppl who maybe cant get there in the day or until after T. Lively atmosphere gets you energised going and when you leave...give it a go!

Excellent outdoor class. Exactly what I needed in this current stressful time.

Took part in the 12 week challenge and was disappointed the plan did not work for me. The plan was not personal and received one days worth of meal plan, contacted the manager he was quite aggressive and rude. If looking to do the challenge would advise to go in to discuss the challenge before putting deposit down as not everything advertised on the website is include such as the personal training sessions and weekly weigh & measurement.

Great gym, knowledgeable professional and friendly staff. Functional gym with something for everyone. I will be back
