This Burger King was a bit underwhelming. The Whopper looked a bit squashed and lacked the presentation we've seen in other BKs. Fries were on the lukewarm side, not hot enough. The air in the Diet Coke seemed to dissapate really fast. However the Fanta drink was pretty good! The inside layout is pretty modern, so that is good. I liked the BK crowns and we took a few fun pictures with that. The cashier's demeanor was quite neutral, and while it wasn't bad, it didn't exactly create a warm and fuzzy vibe. If you're craving BK and if this is your only option, it's passable, but there are definitely better ones out there. Since Google won't allow me to give it 2.5 stars, I am giving it 3 stars.

Last night us and our parents had ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and 2 whopper Jr's with chesse they were cold and the only young lady that was working had our sandwiches remade and apologized the manager wasn't anywhere give that young lady a raise or promotion she was amazing and very sweet even though they were busy she still made sure we were taking care of

Poor customer service. manager had an attitude as well as other employees as well. served cold fries and had fries missing upon order. Had to go back and my fries weren't ready when I got there as I called and told them as to have them ready when I got there. Had to wait 3 minutes for my fries to be mad very poor and horrible customer service

Doors locked at 7.45 am. Left. 9/15/2022 update. Grabbed a breakfast deal. Croissant ham and egg deal . Came quickly and met expectations. Asked for a few ice cubes in the coffee because I can't drink it real hot. Temperature was perfect.

Stopped here for a quick lunch to go before heading up onto Skyline Drive......quick service, food was prepared as we asked for. A Decent experience for fast food....

Just a little info. A lady came in after us spitting fire about mayonnaise not being on her sandwich. She was very rude to you manager. Very angry lady. Please don't deride your manager.

First off, all food was cold for the past two weeks. Employees are lazy and extremely rude. Called corporate on a $13 bill and all she did was give a $10 dollar app coupon that can only be used through an online order. I do not like having my debit card info online and most people feel the same. I told the lady that, and she did nothing to compensate. She could've contacted the manager at the Burger King and had them issue a free meal. I could go on and on about this Burger King. But instead, my family and I have just chosen not to eat there anymore. My advice at this location, is don't eat there at all. But if you do and you have a problem, go inside and settle it there. Corporate will be no help to you( unless you are fluent in Arabic). There is a McDonald's right across the street from this location in Ruckersville, VA. Please go there so you will have good service and hot food.

2 whoppers a bacon double cheeseburger and chicken nuggets. Order was correct and food was hot tasted great.

Ordered 2 whopper jrs and 4 chicken wraps. The whopper jrs were cold and the chicken wraps all looked like my pic i added. Definitely dont eat here.

We ordered 2 whopper Jr meals in medium size. The burgers were so thin and you had to take a bite twice before you even bit into the burger. Almost 19.00 for 2 meals were there wasn't enough meat to taste all bread and condiments. Not what we have experienced ever at Burger King. Sad no quality here.

Every time I drive through here, the employees in the drive thru are very nice and kind. Food is good too, but mostly I like the employees we encounter here.

Multiple bad experiences. They must pay their folks the bare minimum allowed by law, because these folks don't give A F. The staff were having a food fight or something one time. Another time they just put the fries on the bag.. and waited 10 minutes with the window open and the employee right there.. we couldn't even trash talk them because the window was open.

This location is improving. Customer service has been better than in the past. Management could invest more in its employees and provide them with a little training and oversight. Food is hit or miss. Sometimes exactly what we ordered and hot and other times there's a mix up or the fries are cold and the burger not to order. For now if you visit, double check your order. I think this place will continue to improve.

My granddaughter and I got veggie burgers, and when we got home, they didn’t have a burger on them. They just had tomato pickle lettuce, and onion.
