Best bubble tea I've ever had. Price-performance is simply amazing. Sometimes I even drive 35-40 minutes extra to Erfurt just to get a bubble tea there ^^. Highly recommended👌🏻🔥.

I was given great advice and am super happy with the choice, not too sweet like in other stores, great selection and endless combinations. Great shop with Asian products, mochi and bubblewaffle. Great shop. With super accommodating staff! If something is not there, it will be ordered upon request and will be available. Great advice and a wide range of offerings. Absolutely recommended to take a look at it apart from bubble tea 👌

In terms of quality, the bubble tea here is certainly not the worst. But if you're planning on getting something here when there are more than 2 customers standing in front of you, I strongly advise against it... It's quite an athletic achievement to need 15 minutes for 3 drinks. And when the ONE customer in front of you has finally been served and left, they say you have to be patient and with luck that will take another 10 minutes (that's what happens). I can only advise anyone who ends up here to take plenty of time and, ideally, to take an air mattress or a chair with them for the long waiting time.

The bubble tea itself isn't that bad, but they don't stick to the opening times. I was there at 1:24 p.m. and the shop was closed, even though it says in the opening times that it's open from 12:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., so I'll Don't go there anymore because it's never open during those opening times anyway, so if you have a shop you should stick to the opening times!

I was there shortly after 3 p.m. today and came here specifically to do some shopping. The store wasn't open and there was nothing online that said new opening times or no break times. I don't like setting up wrong store hours and wasting my time at all. I won't come here a second time and see if it's open.

Unfortunately, I felt ripped off. The product “Dragon’s Breath” was hung up big and when I wanted to order it, he said it was out. It can happen, but what annoys me is that the owner said that it is available in the 2nd branch in Erfurt. Since he told me so credibly, I went there. When we got there we were told that they didn't have it either. This means it took 30 minutes to get there otherwise, which isn't great given today's fuel costs. Something like that is not appropriate.

So now again for everyone who gives a star. This shop is a dream, you have to find a shop like this first, with bubble tea, an Asian shop and super friendly staff. And things like that don't happen often or at all. And I know a lot of Asian shops, but here there is a huge selection of things like sweets, teas or savory things. I ask myself what is so stupid about the store that they give it one or two stars. So please give serious reasons why the store is stupid, rather than somehow making the store look bad for no reason 😑 OK and I can't say anything about ordering because I didn't do that, but I can well imagine the service too good is.
