Modulor is the place for Creators and artists. It is an amazing visual and artistic experience; a DIY heaven. The store has everything you need or could even imagine to have. (Read Full Review) You can find everything from painting to crafts and 3D printing. Besides the products they also offer services like cutting or printing to facilitate your DIY projects. There are also incredible furniture for sale in there! Due to the huge selection on 2 floors it is sometimes hard to find exactly what you are looking for but staff is friendly and can help you. The prices are a bit expensive but they reflect on the quality of everything. That’s said, A very interesting and good place for finding art supplies as well as some hardware for your home. the staff is super helpful and friendly. This wonderful store is split over multiple levels packed with an incredibly comprehensive selection of art supplies and stationery. Whether you draw, sketch, etch, print, sculpt or anything in between, you'll find what you need at Modulor. They have a wide range of things available that you can also check on their website before visiting the shop. 100% recommend visiting this place even if it is just to walk around, it’s a nice day visit. Fenomenal craft and art store! Every time I go to Berlin I visit it. Its hard to choose what to buy because they seem to have all the choices the market offers. If you like patterned paper- this place is wonderland.

Modulor is THE place for all things arts and crafts. The store is big, with a great selection of tools and materials. High quality products with fair prices, and the employees are kind and helpful.

Every creative will love it here! Great selection, friendly staff. Prices are a little higher than the competition but only by a little.

It’s nice to be able to pickup acrylic sheets from a local shop HOWEVER: The stock is always low/sold out of half the items and this takes weeks to be restocked. Pretty frustrating. Also on a couple of occasions I have got my sheets home only to realise they were damaged. Most recently one of my huge sheets was missing the protective plastic on one side and was totally scratched up. Modulor wouldn’t offer me a refund/credit/return or anything like that. So make sure you check everything over before you check out. I also ordered some sheets online recently and the protective plastic was also not protecting the sheet properly. So it’s more to do with whatever staff are cutting the sheets than customers pulling them off I think. The prices are okay, but recently they also doubled the prices of the small sheets, and increased the prices of the large sheets a little as well. I will now only visit here if it’s an emergency and I can’t wait for an online order from somewhere else 🤷🏼‍♀️

There's a huge collection, but you can just watch. It's super expensive. But even watching and browsing is a good experience, so give it a try if you are interested.

Modulor is the go to store for all kinds of arts and crafts tools and raw material. You can find books to learn Origami and buy Origami paper to start right away. Perfect store for architecture and design model materials. A small selection of DIY toys and customizable office furniture.

I feel like this is the best craft store in Berlin. They have such a wide variety and everything I've bought from here was good quality. I always come here for my art/craft projects.

I love Modulor. I can browse around there for hours, for DAYS even, but I don't think that's allowed. They have literally everything in there. Prices are sometimes a bit too high in my personal opinion, but great stuff. Helpful staff and excellent bathrooms which are located on the bottom floor.

Lots of good art supplies but I was surprised to see how expensive and overpriced some basic items were. Overall though it is reliable and will most likely have anything art's and crafts related that you are looking for

Awesome materials and stuff you won’t find somewhere else but REALLY PRICEY!

Arts and craft heaven. Expensive but worth it. They also have a nice café where you can send your companions if they are less nerdy and more impatient than yourself

Heaven for all arts lovers, architecture students, DIYans, sewing enthusiasts and many more. You can find almost everything that you would imagine to start your arts project, I like that it has all range of arts and colours: textile, porcelain, painting (oil, acrylic, gouashe), metals, and many others. Also, sewing essentials but no fabrics. Candle making essentials, clay, wood, models materials, you name it. A great place to spend your afternoon. A must go to in Berlin

THE place for arts + crafts materials, tools, and all things DIY. Paper, paints, pens, etc on multiple levels. Also has a nice little bookshop and small cafe for take-away hot drinks.

You can find a lot of creative things in this store. It's just perfect to create artistic things, like background for photos, different colors and texture of paper, ink for painting, pencils etc. But you gotta go there to see with your eyes!

Overall, very nice and cozy place. Has a bathroom and a café at the entrance, but the prices are just horrible. We paid ~11 euros for some cable links. They're just magnets!

A great place to find all you need for your DIY projects or get ideas for new ones. A fun way to spend an hour just strolling around. The staff were very helpful and friendly; guiding me to what I may need to refurbish my bookshelf and so far it worked great.

Did not expect such a racist treatment from modular. The staff who checks COVID pass greeted my German boyfriend but not me, said I need a physical ID and will not accept my digital ID which works everywhere else since day one. As such, I was refused entry.

Looks like a paradise for creative people and I’ll definitely come back to take a look at al the things, not in a hurry🤩 The only minus in my experience was the contact with your employee on the first stock in the frames’ department. It was my first time in the store and I was lost among all the options. When I asked the employee woman if she could advise me any frame for a specific picture I had with me and showed her, first of all she laughed. Lol okay, we all have different tastes or whatsoever, but honestly what. The. Heck)) when I asked her what was the issue, she told she was just being tired. Ok, I’m also tired and coming here through half Berlin after work, but then that’s not the treatment I expect, especially if the store is about to close.😵‍💫 finally she just wasn’t helpful at all and I just let it be with the frame.

You can find anything your creativity needs in this nice and organized multistore. I personally love the first floor with the desk/table and office forniture corner and the Minimum showroom. Missing the fifth star here as the staff could be a bit more present when needed.

Amazing store. So many items for arts and crafts or just writing. There’s also a cafe and various furniture shops etc. it’s easy to lose an hour or two in here.

  • 5/5 Stuart R. 1 year ago on Google
It’s a pretty well stocked store the staff seemed friendly and helpful, no snootiness. You can easy spend a pile of money though, I didn’t get some of the prices, just excessive. But nonetheless a great place

Definitely not my place. Everything so expensive that it sounds like terrible joke. Caffee also expensive and doors to toilet are closed, you have to ask to come inside - another joke I guess.

One of my favourite stationery/ art supply shops! They have a huge selection here and everything is displayed in such a lovely manner that one ends up walking around admiring everything:))

This store is amazing and I have been helped so well, even on a Monday evening 10 mins before closing. For the friendly man working upstairs, in case you read this - the dark wooden frame with the natural passe-partout was a great advice, it looks perfect!! Super happy with the result. Go to this store for quality supplies and quality advice!! :)

A great combination of stationary and art store with a huge selection and items that are hard to find. I also like how there are classes and other relevant stores in the building.

Cannot recommend for delivery, service or returns. Goods arrive damaged. Takes days to hear from customer service. Over a week for a replacement turnaround. Chair arrives with incorrect assembly instructions and questionable whether one part is correct. Considering I’ve paid over 500Eur for all of this and hours of my time chasing and waiting, I can’t recommend them
