Ich war mit einer größeren Sache dort und kam als Notfall Patient. Ich bin Angstpatient und kann garnicht beschreiben wie unglaublich lieb,fürsorglich, und verständnisvoll ALLE in dieser Praxis zu mir waren. Fr.Dr.Hedemann hat sich sehr fachkompetent und professionell an die Arbeit gemacht . Bei meinem zweiten Besuch, wieder als Notfall Patient, mit einer anderen Sache war ich bei Frau Dr.Feldrappe. Diese Frau hat so eine ruhige,geduldige und liebevolle Art . Das Problem war schnell behoben. Einfach DANKE .

Awful. The behaviour of the secretary/registrar and the surgeon on multiple occasions made me feel that this place has patients at the bottom of its priority list. When calling up for an urgent appointment due to debilitating pain, following surgery: "don't you call up here 20 minutes before my break! Find another dentist". When meekly describing my need for pain relief on another occasion: "what do you expect me to do about it?". When the stitches were removed and I was still dizzy with pain the surgeon walked out the door before I could ask any questions, so I had to wait another 20 minutes for an answer, which came via a note to the registrar. I was told recovery would take 2-3 days; it took 2 weeks before I could work, due to pain, with no explanation given ("its normal"). Appointments were available with short (eg 1 week) lead time, and I waited max 20 minutes before being seen. You could say that their operations are efficient, but the communication to me as a patient was appalling and not worth it.

I had my wisdom tooth surgery (all 4 went out) and amazingly I have almost no pain a day after. 10/10 would recommend

My wife was their for wisdom tooth removal, everything went smooth. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. More importantly, all of them were speaking English. Highly recommended :)

Frau Dr. Feldrappe ist eine sehr erfahrene Ärztin, die selbst mit mir Angsthase sehr gut umgehen konnte. Sie wirkte auf mich absolut sicher und beruhigend. Die Sprechstundenhilfe ist sehr freundlich und beantwortet Fragen. Wenn es in Folge der Operationen Probleme gibt bekommt man sehr schnell einen Termin!

Frau Dr. Feldrappe ist eine super Ärztin. Ihre beruhigende Art macht die ganze Behandlung viel erträglicher. Kann als Angstpatient Frau Feldrappe nur empfehlen. Der ganze Ablauf war sehr gut.
