Bei der Auswahl einer schönen Hochzeitstorte wurde uns das Café Obergfell in Berlin - Lichtenrade empfohlen. Wir haben schnell einen Termin bekommen und wurden von Herrn Obergfell toll und freundlich beraten. Er hat uns eine große Auswahl von Möglichkeiten gezeigt und gesagt das alles nach unseren Vorstellungen umgesetzt wird. Wir haben uns für eine 3-stöckige Torte entschieden. Die Etagen waren mit Schokoladencreme ganz oben, Pistaziencreme in der Mitte und Erdbeercreme unten arrangiert. Das ganze half-naked. Er hat uns kostenlose Tortenstücke zum probieren angeboten und sie waren echt lecker. Da war uns 100% klar das wir bei Obergfell bestellen. Die Torte wurde unter Einhaltung der Kühlkette zum Britzer Garten geliefert und sah echt superschön aus. Eigentlich zu schade zum essen. Wir und unsere Gäste haben echt große Augen gemacht als wir unsere Hochzeitstorte das erste Mal gesehen haben. Sie war toll dekoriert mit Früchten und Pistazien. Wir sind absolut zufrieden und glücklich, da die Zuverlässigkeit, die Qualität und der Preis unschlagbar gut waren. Herr Obergfell ist freundlich und fachkundig und hat mit seinem Team eine besondere Torte gezaubert und dadurch unsere Hochzeitsfeier noch schöner gemacht. Aber bei Obergfell scheint man es "gestrig" zu mögen - das Publikum findet es offenbar wohl schön so. Na, wer's mag... Dafür war das belegte Brötchen sehr sehr mittelmäßig.

Von dieser Bäckerei kann ich nur abraten. Brötchen von gestern oder älter, Schlagsahne genauso flüssig wie warm, Kuchen hart und trocken. Die Krönung aber war der Mohnkuchen, der extrem nach Schimmel geschmeckt hat. Nie wieder, echt das Allerletzte.

Was soll ich sagen als Urberliner und Lichterader bin mehr als 40 Jahre nicht dauernd in Berlin, dabei vermisse ich den Mohnkuchen von Obergefell der einfach ein Hammer ist, da stimmt die Qualität über Jahre, aktuell gekauft so muss Mohnkuchen sein toll. Aber was ist mit euren Schusterjungen los??? Das kann nicht sein setzen 6! Ein traditionelles Berliner Brötchen so zu verhunzen? Es ist luftig teuer einfach Schrott Industrie Backware!!!
