    Absoloutely digusting experience tonight at your restaurant in rugby at junction 1 retail park. First it smells of sewage, i stated i may have to cancel my order as i couldnt cope with the smell, to be told its ok in the back. After a 20 minute wait, i asked to cancel my order. They went to talk to the manager who i heard speaking stating oh im the one that complained about the smell. Shes not going to deal with me, i havent waited enough, with a 20 minute wait. I then get the associate come to me to say the managers too busy and i need to wait. I say oh ill leave then and they said yep thats fine...no sorry, no money back just attitude. Absoloutely disgusting place and this manager is an embaressment. Avoid, go to any other mcdonalds but this one

    It states ‘open 24hrs’ but was closed at 01:27. Went to the drive-thru window but was told I can’t order there as I wasn’t in a car (I was at work in a lorry that won’t fit through). Manager daren’t come tell me himself. Strange thing is there’s a McDonald’s advert that celebrates truck drivers’ efforts. Wouldn’t have been any hassle to them, just being arsey.

    As always no issue with food You do need to sort out the issue with your waiting bays as the delivery drivers seem to think that this is their social areas and no where to wait for orders.

    Hit and miss. Sometimes been a good experience but on a recent visit (29.01.22), the food received was completely sub-standard and had to be replaced. See attached photos of what they tried to pass off as Big Macs.

    Pathetic place.. went twice and gave beef burgers when we wanted CHICKEN Big Mac. Again given beef for the 2nd time. What are they even thinking? Being RELIGIOUS , beef is just NOT ON! Have had to drive again 2x … waste of time

    Terrible! Do not visit! Maybe for breakfast and until 1pm after that it's a miserable place! Food is thrown together with missing ingredients sometimes looks like dog food... (Big Tasty on picture) Delivery drivers... They park everywhere and all over the place. Most of the time they park in the parked order bays and the click and serve bays preventing customers to park in the car park or use the services. Not one time happened that they were having a conversation in their cars and they parking like they blocking the road but ofc when you mention it to them they become arrogant and send you to better places. Some don't even speak English so can't even explain to them that they should not do this. Better to go to the town centre restaurant if you want to avoid this...

    Firstly, when we got there and ordered on the machines, the card reader didn't work, when we got our food, my mum's burger was thrown in in 3 different pieces and the cheese was falling out the burger, my spicy veggie wrap was put in upside down and my veggie chicken fell out the bottom so I had no chicken in my wrap, I ordered a side salad to go along with it and it was 90% lettuce with a few bits of onion and a whole tomato. My mum's burger was cold and so we're her fries.

    Forget trying to register a complaint, there is nowhere that I can find to submit one online, or throught the app. I was wating for 20 minutes, before they told me they had no idea what my order was, or that they had even had it. Then when I get it, the drink isn't even filled up properly. Then when I got home, the wrap I ordered had bearly anything in it. Half a lettuce leaf, 2 small ends of the cucumber, and the chicken. Ridiculous.

    Plain and simply, not 24 hours. Update the advertised hours. On the entrance to store, 24 hours advertised, not the case on arrival. Plenty of staff on site when we arrived on foot late in the evening, none of them seemingly capable of operating the store in accordance with advertised opening times If it's not 24 hours, say so.

    Car battery died late last night and had no jump leads with me. Asked the manager if he could help and he got me sorted and the car started in no time, offered me and my friend warm drinks as well while we waited, absolute gent, the rest of the staff were also amazing and couldn’t of done more to help!! Legends

    Firstly, what the hell happened?! Whoever designed that makeover has ruined the restaurant. Its become cold and clinical, I no longer want to eat in or even order there. It feels like they don't even want people to.come in. Secondly: Ordered 2 of the exact same burger and it came.made completely differently with different ingredients. And they couldn't even put the sauces in the bag for the meal as ordered. Third: rude woman serving. Such a shame.

    I don't like this McDonald's restaurant as a place to dine, it's too busy, so the tables are always dirty and it is hard to find the place to sit away from the crowd. What I always do is order my food and take it to KFC next door, order a couple of corn cobs and eat there, much more pleasant place. Shame I don't like KFC chicken 😆

    We ordered food on the app and waited for the person to bring us the food, almost half an hour had passed before they finally brought the food. The fries were cold and without any flavour, I have noticed that the fries are the same in most McDonald's.

    Ordered a delivery. 3 large meals - not a single fry delivered. Uber eats customer services gave immediate refund. However upon contacting the restaurant to get the fries replaced was told I would have to pay the delivery charge (extra because of the cost). Understand that Uber Eats is a separate company, but for them to have nothing in place for these situations is very hard to believe. I doubt I'm the only one. The woman manager was very short, accused me of being rude, when I absolutely was not (believe me i could easily have been) then hung up on me! So not only did we not get the food we ordered, we then had to pay nearly double to get the missing food replaced! I will get a refund for the missing food from Uber Eats but nothing to compensate for the second delivery, only necessary because someone in McDonald's didn't do their job properly! Not a happy bunny and ever so slightly hangry!

    The food should actually be hot when served, the burgers should be put together and not falling apart before you even unwrap them and not look as if someone has taken a bite out of one of the buns. Overall, this place has gone way downhill in rugby.

    Not great even by cheap fast food standards. In the other hand nothing terrible either. The staff seemed tired, the food was warm but not hot
