First time in Bacco Lounge as was looking to dine in before noon and this is the one that opens from 9 am on Sundays. Food is great and service is prompt. Great atmosphere at table 21 with lovely paintings/prints.

There is a very friendly atmosphere and beautiful food, including vegan and vegetarian, in this restaurant. There is a good choice of beers, wines and spirits. It has an interesting setting with a pleasant, spacious eating area upstairs too. If you need eats and drinks while you are in Rugby 🏉 you will not be disappointed if you visit Bacco Lounge.

Great venue for fabulous food, great service and atmosphere. We always gravitate to this venue as they happily accommodate the pooch. He is made welcome, dog treats and water is offered without fail. The venue itself is grand,it has been furnished tastefully and is quite quirky. Thanks to all for a warm welcome and service with a smile

Very few restaurants in Rugby can get 5* and Bacco is one of them. Went on Tuesday afternoon and it was nice. The ambience was good, the staff was friendly, service was good and the food was also good.

First time been here. A lovely looking venue that's different to most places I have been too. it's over two floors so plenty of seating. Menu is tapes based with a good selection of meals even if you don't want tapas. Food prices are reasonable and cocktails on the slightly pricey side. Food itself was lovely and I will come again to try other dishes.

Very nice I had the breakfast and it was one of best I've had in a long time, very tasty. My friend had the eggs with salmon on an English muffin. You can order from QR code or go to bar ( which is great if on your own ) The decor is really cool ( as all lounges are ) Decent menu for breakfast lunch and dinner with offers on some days. It's in town centre so not far from shops and carpark. And it's a dog friendly place 🐕❤️.

Visited for the first time yesterday. Had a lovely Christmas meal- slow cooked pork was delicious, and so were the desserts! Very busy place , even at 6pm, but not surprising as it was 5 star

Perfect for a good breakfast. Tables are nicely spaced. Staff were friendly and the service was smooth. It’s nice to sit by the big open windows to watch the world go by It’s also suitable for all ages, though there are stairs so you might not want the small children upstairs. I also enjoyed the artworks in there.

Visited today for the first time. Absolutely delicious. The vegetarian option was great. Great decor. Lovely staff. Will definitely come back again.

I guess it's a bit "luck of the draw" which tables are free, but being stuck in a corner behind a wooden screen made us feel like second class citizens. Let's face it, one of the attractions of this place is the decor. If you're near behind a massive wooden screen, you can't see any of it. The tables in the back room on the ground floor didn't look up to scratch either. When the food came, it was a bit sparse. Serving it up on huge plates didn't help as it made it look even more lost. So, if we'd gone on a different day, or sat at a different table, this review might be very different. But after queuing outside under the scaffolding for so long to get in in the first place, this wasn't a good experience.

The staff here were fantastic. Insulting out a table for 11 of us who turned up on the night after struggling to find anywhere else in rugby that was either open or had space. You can order at the bar through staff or by your phone using a QR code, making social distancing easy. Everyone seem to have a good time. It was a good atmosphere. I really can't say enough about the staff and how helpful they were for us.

Always been a fan of the Lounges and Bacco is certainly up there! Wonderful staff and atmosphere as always. And treated my husband to a delicious breakfast for his first visit. Bith had the Miami brunch with chorizo.

I absolutely love this place ! Staff is so friendly, restaurant is DOG FRIENDLY, what is best for me, after a nice walk or day spended in town I am able to go in eat, drink and relax together with my dog. They offer for your dog a bowl with water and also they got a jar full of dog treats 🐾 So lovely, beautiful restaurant with good food and service 🫡 Always happy to come back, highly reccomend.

Had a really lovely meal out for mothers day. Plenty of space, nice atmosphere, ordered your food and drinks on their app, which arrived really quickly, piping hot and super tasty. Great selection of food and drinks. And the allow dogs. So happy Dogs.

This place is great! The atmosphere is chilled and the staff are really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. We were served by Ben who was knowledgeable and pleasant. Food is good, lots of vegetarian and vegan options, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. I had the Honey Roasted Beetroot and Feta which was delicious.

Hosts Ben, Lewis, Holly and Vicky were lovely while catering at different times. Food 10/10 I had Nasi Goreng - delicious taste and perfect portion ! Food Menu is varied👍🏾caters to every taste. While ordering they asked if there's an allergy or preference or intolerance 😊 Drinks menu is interesting! Caters well to both alcoholic 🍷and non alcoholic🤯 quirky drinks! Worth a try😁

Very aesthetic and cosy vibe! Loved the ambience! The food was great. We tried the lounge breakfast, veggie breakfast and miami brunch and fresh orange juices. Enjoyed it all!

A gem of a place. Dog friendly, eclectic decor, upstairs is even better, food was really tasty, home made, fresh style. Great there was so many options for my vegan friend too. Really enjoyed it. Should of taken photos, but was too excited to tuck in! Had the tapas and shared eleith my friend, great place to eat and catch up with friends.

Fantastic Christmas Eve breakfast, love Bacco lounge always welcoming and great food makes it our go to destination when in town! Give it a try loads of fresh, tasty food options and staff are all super attentive and welcoming!

Great food, good drink selection, and friendly employees. The service was quick and the atmosphere was casual and comfortable. My group had trouble finding a taxi to bring us back to our hotel and one of the employees took care of it for us. Really a great place to have drinks and eat dinner. The breakfast also looked great and I'll have to try it on my next visit to Rugby.

I can not believe I never have been here before. Dog friendly, lovely cocktails, and food was really good. Even though it was a busy Saturday we didn't have to wait to long. I did work some of my way through the cocktail menu. Love the online ordering.

Nice staff and great interior. Ordered via app which made it easy. Drinks came quickly but food took 35 mins, also cold. To the staffs credit they sorted it out and gave a free drink for the trouble. Food came again freshly cooked and was delicious, yes mistakes happen but it was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Would go back again as food was good.

Excellent food and welcoming atmosphere. The dogs were welcome too. The Tapas exceeded my expectations and it was matched with very quick service. The ability to order with an app was easy too.

Gave 3 stars. Have been going to BL for a while now. Service however is not what it used to be. Staff are slower and not always "on the ball" so to speak. Not always fast to clear tables. We sat for a good 30 minutes before they cleared our plates away, we were left with a table half full of empty glasses and bottles. Which no one came to clear away, even though staff were passing our table with empty trays. Food was fine, again service was slow and we waited 25 minutes for garlic bread which although we ordered just 1 lot we ended up with 2. Mains eventually turned up 40 minutes after ordering. The app for ordering drinks didn't quite work and seemed to have not all drinks on it. So we had to keep going to the bar to order and collect. I would have liked to see quicker more efficient service and some staff being a bit more attentive and observant.

I've visited Bacco Lounge on numerous occasions and have yet to be disappointed, it's a popular venue for people in the area and understandably so. There's an extensive food and drink menu with options for people with special dietary requirements. The interior of the building is decorated in a smart fashion and creates a nice atmosphere when you're in there. I think I'm yet to visit here and it's not busy. There are always a large number of people inside so business must be good, and they deserve it!

Love this place. Popped in here on the way back from the North East to break up the journey. Friendly, buzzy place, great food, friendly service.... Perfect!
