Good location near to the local industrial estate where I was doing a course. Staff friendly, really helpful. A good harvester restaurant next door, tip though book a table in advance otherwise you might struggle to get one at peak times. Didn't give it a 5 as had fun finding the place as the postcode given out doesn't take you to the door but down some street not anywhere near the hotel.

The Premier Inn is very nice, - 1deg outside but the rooms are at least warm-ish. Check in was quick & really pleasant Nice hotel to stay in.

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Good location near shops, supermarket and fuel station.

Normally OK, but this this time was on the first floor and had a noisy room above front doors. Could hear next door through the wall. Breakfast is a mixed affair, small service cooked breakfast serving area which gets depleted fast.

Bit of a mixed bag, allocated room 206 it was an awful old fashioned room, shower cubicle with a curtain 🤢 situated right above reception constant noise of automatic doors opening and closing, people chatting whilst smoking under my window. Asked to move room after one night, told it was fully booked so had to endure another night before being moved to a much nicer modern room for the remaining 2 nights.

Stayed here whilst on a business trip, receptionist was very welcoming and efficient, breakfast was good. Only downside was Sat Nav location list on website took me somewhere else. Room was clean and tidy, decor was dated, i understand that the hotel has tefurbished some rooms.

Stayed for 3 weeks for business reasons. Very good position for my needs. The staff at reception was very kind and helpful.

Staff friendly, Room was nice (was one of the new ones) but woken up throughout night as the room was next to the store cupboard.

Be aware major refurbishment going on also if you are on first floor there is no lift. The breakfast was poor everything was tepid a disappointment. Disabled toilet not been cleaned properly. Rooms spotless.

Turned up to the hotel expecting a premier Inn Got auf wiedersehen pet series 1, then at 7.56am they started hammering for all their worth. The hotel needs a renovation, but as someone who works a late shift and values his sleep during the day this hotel was neither use nor ornament. The hotel was booked months back, no mention of work going on, no courtesy contact to advise. As someone who uses a premier inn for 3nights a week for 4months of the year. This may need to be reviewed, based on this one "Hotel". What I will say the staff have been brilliant and couldn't apologise more when they saw that i tried to get some sleep in my car. Said the builders shouldn't start to 8.30 and would have a word. So the star is for the staff, because remember when you've not slept woke up on a building site, tried to sleep in your car....be nice to the staff because it is never their fault.

Always clean and comfortable. Anca is a brilliant, friendly, caring receptionist she made a traumatic weekend much better for us.

Nice clean room. Harvester next door. I didn't have any issues getting a parking space but I would note the car park was surprisingly busy.

Currently undergoing refurbishment, but this did not affect my stay. Rooms are clean.

Only giving it four stars becouse a few of our lads on a fishing trip never got a room that was paid for months prior . It got sorted out but had to wait over an hour and half . Someone never did there job , and made some of our lads have to wait after a 2 and half hour drive to tell them they don't have a room . When they did . Embarrassed sat there arguing there rights . Not a good start for there day . Becouse one person never did ther job.

The rooms were great like they always are, always love the beds when I stay at a premier inn as they incredibly comfy also the shower is huge and great to use. Just we went for breakfast this morning and was very disappointed, the hash browns tasted like they were out of date and the orange juice that we had seen come out of the fridge near the drinks wasn’t cold it was room temperature so not sure if the fridge needs fixing. Just an overall disappointment from the breakfast this morning.

Basic room with double bed. Tea making facilities poor, tea bags stale and clearly out of date, and only enough for two drinks. Towels only provided for one person so had to ask receptionist for another set. Breakfast menu was continental and cooked english a little extra but we did not participate as had a very early start. Evening meal at Harvester next door was really poor-long wait in bar area and service was bad, the kitchen staff had to bring meals to table!! Not the first time we have been disappointed at the shoddiness of this restaurant chain.

Stayed here for 1 night before going to warwick castle the next day.warm welcome,lots of parking and nice walk along the canal. Retail park is 10 min walk for food,pictures and b&m ect.clean hotel .room didn't have a bath but shower was just fine.Will stay again next year .

Driving down from Yorkshire to Plymouth,was a well worthy half way stop over to recharge the batteries.staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.breakfast was very good and well worth the price.stayed in plenty of premium inns over the years and still get the best service as promised.

After slight confusion over the room booking, the reception staff was outstandingly pleasant and helpful during the full time of stay. Rooms as always were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous.

I rated the room three as it was very hot and the air conditioning was not working. Breakfast is alright

Great value for money, clean rooms and comfy bed.. mostly the staff were so friendly! Anka was so helpful and went above and beyond for us.

Just your standard Premier Inn. The room was cozy and quite large actually, lots of space to move around. Large king bed. TV with freeview and even had inputs for your own devices. The kettle was broken but I'm sure that was a one-off and come with glasses and cups and tea bags, all the standards. The toilet and shower was sanitary, acceptable for a Premier Inn, nothing fancy. They didn't replenish the toilet paper nightly, we had ti go to reception and ask for a refill and they handed us the paper to refill in the device ourselves. They only offer hand soap and shower gel/shampoo all-in-one, no toothpaste. We used it as a place to sleep when travelling for a couple nights and it served its purpose well.

Typical Premier Inn, clean, tidy, does what it needs to. Family room - pop up bed x 1 too short and we couldn't get the TV on (that wasn't an issue for us)

Probably the first time we have had a mishap at a PI after staying in plenty of them over the years. The room we were initially given had obviously not been cleaned as there was empty drinks bottles on the desk, the bed was unmade and the towels in the bathroom were on the floor. The lady on reception was very apologetic and quickly found an alternative room and came with me to check that it was clean. So no problem with the customer service but the administration maybe needs reviewing to stop unmade rooms being made available. We did get some chocolate and biscuits as compensation!

Great service from the front desk at all times... night staff were very kind in sorting out milk for the little one and were very genuine.

I am from Philippines and I've been there for almost 2 months. The room is clean and a great place to stay. Near from the malls and business offices

A nice room, spacious, with a huge bed. The breakfast was top drawer, very much worth having.

Beware of the breakfast food. The fruit bowl had mouldy oranges (until I pointed them out) and by 8am no attempt was being made to replenish stuff eaten by the early risers. Duty staff need training better.

Bit old style rooms , clean location good. Breakfast good. Bathroom shower only. Not worth whatever u paying. Should be cheap for these standard facilities.
