The first and LAST time we will be staying at this hotel. We were disturbed on our first night at 2am by BED BUGS! Absolutely disgusting. Took photographs and videos for evidence, we went down to reception, didn’t even receive an apology from the receptionist, was given another key to a new room after waiting for 20 minutes for it to be finalised as the receptionist stated that the hotel would be “fully booked” the next day and was apparently unable to provide us with a new room. Either that or the rooms were just not cleaned… Who knows? Lol. We had to pack and carry our luggage from one room to another bearing in mind we were sleepless and had work at 8am the next day. There were numerous bites all over my friend’s body, they were very itchy and sore which resulted in us both losing sleep due to feeling uncomfortable and disturbed. I don’t even think any action was taken, not even a pest control company were called to the hotel. Not just that, due to the bites being really bad, my friend had to visit the hospital and was given medication; she had to leave work as the bites were swelling up, such an awful experience. Worst thing was being an hour and a half away from home, absolutely disgraceful. Before leaving to check out, we were asked if our stay was okay, I obviously mentioned the bed bugs however the receptionist was clearly not aware and questioned “Bed bugs?” Clearly other staff were not aware of the situation and most probably have provided that same room to another customer. Good luck to whoever stays at this hotel :/

Friendly staff always make a stay over much more enjoyable. Standard Premier Inn but nothing to complain about. Bed always really comfortable.

Stayed while diving at Stoney Cove. The reception staff were helpful, friendly and polite. The rooms were modern and a good temperature (often Premier Inns are stuffy and warm, this one was fine). The breakfast was excellent, especially the eggs. Linked to a Brewer's Fayre, which was average for an evening meal.

But beware ensure you register your vehicle properly on the system or you will trigger a fine from the parking management of the site

Perfectly placed just off the M6 for when we visit family in the area. The rooms are pleasant and the beds very comfortable. (No air con for that one week of the year in the UK when you’d need it, but fans available) Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel with plenty of parking and is only a few minutes from the motorway. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the phone signal was good and the food at the restaurant was nice and quick. Just be sure to validate your parking at reception to avoid any fines.

Great location near the centre of Rugby, rooms are basic with no air con (unless you upgrade) and adjoining restaurant is good and simple.

Easy to find with good parking. Probably not the most accessible for everyone. Typical Premier Inn, clean, warm and efficient. Evening meal was sufficient, but not a roaring victory, still, it was hot, tasty and filling. Breakfast made up for it! Fantastic variety. Easy check in and check out.

Great location and staff. The lack of air conditioning was a problem. Really hot rooms despite a cool 18C outside.

Just spent a night here for the first time Plenty of parking A very warm welcome which was nice from stavros ,the rooms we had were lovely and clean . The staff in the Pub were also friendly and the meals were a very good standard which is hard to find nowadays and breakfast was amazing 👏 overall what a fantastic stay at this premier inn. Well done staff keep it up 👍

Nice staff, clean rooms, but was on top floor and they were doing roofing works OMG is was horrendously loud, thought they were coming through the roof! And the scaffolding and ladder was right outside our window so had to have curtains shut to get changed!

Decent enough stay but a few snags in the room such as temperamental curtains and the water from the tap was warm when in the cold position! The adjoining restaurant (Brewers Fayre) was better than expected, decent meals & service.

The room smelt very musty and it was very hot. 17c outside and 26c in the room. There was no air conditioning. There were two fans in the room and when I spoke to reception the heat and smell were a well known issue and all rooms had the same problem. The window couldn’t open more than a coupe of inches for safety reasons but there was no way of cooling the room and the curtains had been left open all day. Plus there was a loud generator noise outside the window. The sheets seemed clean but there were a couple of hairs. Disgusting value for money.

Decent rooms - the beds were comfortable and it was quiet around the hotel so no disturbances overnight. The Brewers Fayre restaurant had a nice dinner menu and it also had a soft play; which was a bonus for the kids. The breakfast options were brilliant and well worth the money. The hotel and restaurant were clean and the staff in both were friendly and helpful.

All i use is premier inn hotels but this particular hotel is by far the best premier hotel in the world 🌎 without doubt! The rooms, the service, the bar and the food, the atmosphere, the waky warehouses and safety gardens for the kids it's just wonderful, i accidentally came across this travelling from Preston lancs but I'll be back for the weekend to enjoy it all again, well done 👏 ✔️ 5 🌟

Wifi is shockingly bad, it may aswel be dial up, i only stayed here because my company couldn't find any spaces on short notice for me in the 4 star hotels within a 20 mile radius as they were fully booked. Budget hotel for a reason, staff were fantastic though. Won't be back.

It was the usual perfect stay. I’ve been staying in premier inns for over twenty years visiting my daughters. This was my first stay in Rugby. As I said, the hotel and staff was perfect. But expect a parking ticket in the post from the parasites. This company I’m guessing tickets everyone, in the hope that some will just pay. This company needs to be taken to task by premier inn.

The service of the room is not great, I didn't enjoy staying at the hotel. Staff are nice though

Bed wasn't that comfortable but sometimes just your luck. Staff pleasant and helpful. Wasn't far from motorway so easy enough to get to. Brewers Fayre Restaurant connected to it which I had an excellent haddock and chips and a Subway, Aldi and a convenient store within 2 minutes walking distance.

Good experience, only thing to be negative about is that the rooms would benefit from having a fridge in. Polite and helpful staff.

One of the best Premier Inn's I have stayed in, nice large room with armchair, lots of space around the bed however no handy bench to put luggage on. Large TV and breakout HDMI patch bay etc Good shower and comfortable, Although I would say just a little expensive compared to other options nearby.

If you like any sort of internet access do not stay at this hotel, the premier inn free wifi is no goo. The ultimate wifi is equally as bad for £5 per 24 hour, during my stay I could not connect to either, baring in mind I paid for the better one. Both my phone and iPad was unable to connect and the internet inside the building was shocking. Other than that, food was nice at Brewers Fayre and the hotels were clean and tidy

Stayed here for a work meeting over Sunday night and used meeting room too. Clean and very tidy. Very quiet too despite being a busy place. Food was great 👍 👌.Nice people. Nothing to find fault with. We will be using same venue next time.. Easy to find with plenty of parking.. Warning! Put your reg number into system in reception first and foremost.. Important.
