The food was good and the staff were helpful and friendly

Had nice meal here. However Ribeye Steak a bit too well done for me. Great service. Had Jo as server. Did good job. The property has recently been re furbished. Really nice atmosphere.

We fancied a Harvester not having been for years. Last time wasn't very good but this time it was much better. It was busy so we had to sit in the bar area. Considering it was bank holiday the staff had control of what was going on and were attentive and very nice. Total bonus you can use Blue Light Discount too. A comfortable and pleasant bar area which has been done up since we last came. A really affordable lunch of burgers and unlimited salad done really well. The service was really very good and nice to have staff that can run busy shifts with no shock at it being busy and being able to keep up. We really enjoyed it.

A lovely Harvester next to a canal and a Premier Inn, we ordered starters, mains and a few drinks. The staff were attentive and polite, the food was good and the prices were reasonable. We had 2 small glasses of wine, a pint, 2 coffees, 4 starters and 3 mains and it was only £60. The building is clean and the decor is attractive, highly recommended and I'll definitely be returning.

We went for last school day celebration. Service was amazing, really lovely staff and fast. It has been decorated not that long ago and atmosphere is a lot nicer.

Great evening out with our family and my daughter's godmother. Lovely refurb, it looks really smart. Great waitress and food. We didn't book but got to sit in a location of our choice. Have been a few times before but will definitely be back!

Had a full breakfast that I was able to choose last Sunday. I must admit it was very surprising and came promptly. Food came and was nice, although the sausages were slightly overcooked on the outside. The service was great. I booked in advance via the app and was easy and welcomed by the staff on the day. They even confirmed that I was able to have a booth with comfy seats as requested. Situated next to a hotel on the Rugby Bike Fest weekend, so was a little busy, but staff coped very well with minimal delays, even with refilling my bottomless coffee for me and my friend. The place is overall well kept and clean after undergoing a refurbishment within the last year. It has an outside area and is also dog friendly, which is a great positive. Parking is ample and only a walking distance from Elliotts Field shopping centre. Good range of beer, including craft beers, although the ranger could be bigger... but I am biased towards these... Well done to the two servers working on the day.

Filling out this review passed the time whilst waiting for what can only be described as poor service, arrived at 12:45 lucky if we leave before 14:45 it’s a good job they weren’t busy 2 hrs for a meal is completely unacceptable. As for the food don’t go for the Chilli. The stand in manager was very understanding and apologetic, yes a bill reduction, however WE WILL NOT BE. VISITING AGAIN

Had an absolutely fantastic meal today to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. The staff were accommodating for such a large party and gave us all the time we needed before ordering. The salad bar was kept fresh at all times, with plenty available at all times. My only gripe was that the bread was cold. (I swear it used to be warm). I ordered the large mixed grill, which was all cooked to perfection, and as such, I would fully recommend it if you are local or passing through. Thanks again to the amazing staff who made today so special.

Came in for Boxing Day dinner for a booking we had made at 7pm . Orders taken quite promptly and salad bowls provided. Before we’d really got into the salad, our starters were delivered which was fine. However, before we had chance to eat our starters our main courses were in the hands of a server at our table. We highlighted our disappointment that we hadn’t even finished our starters, which fell on deaf ears with the server stood at our table with our hot main courses. Our part finished starter plates were scooped up in the midst of the main courses being placed on front of us. When commenting again we were told that ours must have been the last table so the chef was working quickly. This rush really ruined the meal and the time spent with family , some having flown over 15 hours to share the time with us! We were offered a desert but all declined as staff with their jackets on ready to go home made us feel obligated not to. On paying the bill , whilst all staff were congregated in their coats, we were told that the team had had a very busy Christmas Day so wanted to close up early. The website stated the restaurant was open until 9pm, we were presented with the bill at 8:06pm with staff hovering with their coats on for us to leave. This essentially allowed us an hour for what should have been a 3 course Boxing Day dinner. Really disappointed with the service, ruined what should have been a nice family get together! Plenty of other local restaurants would have welcomed our business which we will have to consider in the future.

After some bad experiences at Harvester, our experience this was completely the opposite. We were greeted by a lovely waitress who was very smiley and pleasant throughout the meal. Checking all was OK and just generally seeming happy to do her job. The food was lovely and we didn't wait long to eat. It was busy when we arrived and the whole vibe was very pleasant!

Not been for a while and was staying in the Premier Inn. Good service, nice food. Served by Joana friendly and helpful. All round good.

I went for lunch with an elderly lady who just loves the Harvester. We are limited with what she can have because she has no teeth, so any thing we order has to be chewable. But nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff. We were sat by a very polite lady called Paula who welcomed us with a huge smile. Our waitress was called Tracey she completely understood when i asked for something chewable for my friend. Such a brilliant place to visit.
