Clean tidy it's one that needs to be updated but was a good sleep and with restaurant next-door nice to eat have a drink and be able to walk short distance to your room and relax.

Been staying here on and off for over 10 years. Back when there were metal room keys to insert into a key hole. Even when their boiler broke in winter. When they had a sewage smell problem. Returning after they had renovated. Always used a family room away from reception so made a special request for one and was told it was done. Arrived. Checked in. Not pleased. Room 1 should be defunct. It’s too close to reception so noise can be heard from there. The door does not open fully as there is a post in the way. The room backs onto the pub kitchen. Loud music from staff. Conversations. Smoking. The only ventilation is the bathroom window. Hard to keep the airflow in the room when the bathroom is in use. The room is stuffy regardless of the provision of a fan. I was offered a family room the following day but it was pointless. By the time the room had been checked out and cleaned we would have had one night left to our stay. Informed reception not happy and complete complaints form online. Update 28/08/21. Having made a complaint on the day and requesting a refund, I was flabbergasted that over two weeks later I received a “sorry you did not complain in time” response. Clearly a hotel that disregards it’s good night guarantee. I responded immediately to the ill-informed reply and it has been another two weeks since. Based on this experience I shall not be recommending this hotel chain to family, colleagues, or friends.

On a whole lovely stay. Room could do with a better clean -behind the TV went great. Restaurant lovely selection food just service could be a bit better ie machine went down and they wanted me to write bank info down. Then a lot of waiting to be served once you seat yourself. I'd stay again as it was cheap and cheerful.

Excellent service we were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived until we left. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, served with a smile and a cheerful greeting. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep.

Very unusual layout but unique Nice clean and tidy room. Very friendly lady on reception. The only real issue I have and this isnt exclusive to this hotel, is we were booked in a family room with 3 of us so why is there only ever two cups, glasses spoons etc it's like the kids are a real afterthought

It's a bit in the middle of nowhere and needs a pavement from the hotel to ansty park. But the staff are super friendly and helpful and the rooms comfy. Knocked 1 star off just because I couldn't turn my TV off. Minor thing. Otherwise all was good

We visit this location at least twice a year. To visit family. Even though it is close to the M69 you very rarely hear much noise from it. It is a very relaxing location close to Coventry, Nuneaton and within easy access to Leicester. It has a Brewers Fayre located next door so food and drink is close at hand. All the staff are very pleasant and friendly with noting being too much of a problem. All rooms are located on the ground floor with easy access to all.

Good customer service but looking old and tried needs a pick.of paint. Due to no air conditioning think the rooms would be very hot in the summer.

Stayed here at the weekend and have to say the lady behind reception was so helpful and friendly. The bar manager was also really helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome including our kids who asked for change a number of times for the Pool table and grab it machine. The rooms were clean and towels fresh with comfy double bed. Breakfast was good and kids ate for free. All in all we had a nice pleasant stay. Will stay again next time we are in Coventry 👍

Met at reception by a friendly, knowledgeable lady who put us at our ease with the warmest of welcomes. Our room exceeded expectations, spotless, spacious and bright. For a busy hotel, there was no noise to disturb our sleep. The staff in the bar/restaurant were patient, calm and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble. Every manager should try and emulate Alasdair Thomas Stewart who has people skills in shedfuls and made our stay such a great experience, we intend to travel up to the Midlands just to stay at this hotel to savour the food again. If you are considering a hotel stay in this part of the country, couldn't recommend enough. Worthy of 6 stars.!

The rooms are a little smaller than the newer Inns but the double room was adequate. Parking is very close, so no long trek to reception or my room. The adjoining pub is a Brewers Fayre so a good selection for breakfast and evening meal and always piping hot. Service is very good and the staff are chatty and always smiling. I stayed for a week while on a training course around the corner.

Stay at this hotel every week for work, ask my company not to book me in anywhere else, like home from home coming here. The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful especially Michelle and nikki. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed a night here after a great few day in Birmingham. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The brewers fayre pub attached was clean, smart and good value. There was live music on the Friday evening which was pleasant. The food was delicious 😋 Our room was as you would expect from a premier Inn, comfortable, clean and hot shower, what else do you need. Will use again next time I'm in the area.

I would recommend avoiding Premier Inn and this hotel in particular. Premier Inn totally messed up our booking. We arrived at the hotel for the night to be told we didn't have a room. Due to the incompetence of the staff, they were unable to resolve the problem.

all of the staff were really friendly, nice and helpful. but the rooms are such a weird set up - in one room the only window was one that looked into the corridor so there was barely any natural light. in the other room there was a small window in the bathroom which was good. the toilet was leaking so my room smelt. i also kept getting woken up by a weird tapping sound from above me???

Rooms are quite simple, clean on arrival but then the cleaning is not carried over daily. Free wifi is slow, only paid wifi has a decent speed. Breakfast is expensive for the quantity and quality of food. Not a bad hotel but it is not worth the price.

Double bedroom was very small, no A/C, however they did provide a fan. Only thing I would say the staff are exceptionally friendly Thank you

Love that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Bed was one of the comfiest out of all the Premier inns. Food was pretty good. The server Hollie was really nice and helpful with recommendations on food and dessert. The receptionist was very friendly on arrival greeting and asking how my day was and making interesting conversation. I believe her name was Claire, brilliant staff here. :)

The Ansty premier inn is absolutely 💯 fabulous, we stayed in a family of four room. Superbly clean, spacious, new and modern! Paulette checked us in and made us all feel so welcome! She gave crayons and colouring paper to our children, we asked for extra teabags and Paulette was so friendly, helpful💯❤❤❤ The Sparrow is the restaurant where you have breakfast and evening meal. They have great food, more fabulous staff and a pool table! The bar staff made me a delicious cocktail 🍸. We all highly recommend Ansty Premier Inn and Sparrow Brewers Fayre💯👍🙌❤

I regularly stay here for Business, and always great, but today Paulette who is fairly new to this Premier Inn and works on Reception was just a delight. Exemplary customer service absolutely without question the best I have ever experienced in any hotel I have stayed in throughout the UK. Also for the first time ever when booking an accessible room in any Premier Inn which I use regularly through work, Paulette checked my needs in case of a fire etc. Paulette is a credit to Premier Inn and I hope they recognise this. Thank you Paulette.

Always good for food and drinks. Staff are always friendly etc. Nice pub with lots of nice area's to sit and chat with friends. Refillable drinks are a bonus. If your looking for a country pub highly recommend.

Love this hotel when we stay with family in Coventry. So nice as you don't have an upstairs and elephants tramping around at unearthly times... As we always seem to get the noisy neighbours but not here...

Amazing location so close to venue for work conference and a great reception from Nikki on the front desk. What a lovely person - made me feel at home and comfortable straight away! Even got some sweet treats and fizzy drink - much needed after a long day at the NEC. Room is clean and neat, this is why we always choose Premier and not the others in a similar price range. Cannot complain at all - shame I'm only here for one night! Cheers Nikki and team!

Avoid this hotel at all costs if you want a cool well ventilated room. 2/3rd of the rooms only have a tiny openable window in the bathroom. It terrible in the summer and bad in the winter. Staff are nice, but Premier Inn Customer Service is appaling. Forget even trying to appy for their Good Night guarantee.
