Rooms are while organized ,services were of good quality . I really enjoy my stay and am looking forward to come back again. It's a cool environment to enjoy with your family

A nice place for swimming, outing and conferences. This includes dignitaries who can fly in a helicopter. Very good meals provided there including snacks

The place has lovely,spacious and budget friendly accommodation. There's plenty of conference rooms which can host meetings. The meals are also excellently done. It's not far away from the highway, which makes it easily accessible. I loved the experience.

Amazing swimming pool which they charge 400ksh as of 18th June 2022, and it's very serene and cool not crowded at all, and breathtaking views from the balcony. Breakfast and in-room dining were also great with a variety of selections. The food was tasty but was small in quantity at that price, took 30 minutes to prepare they let you know of that before I feel they should improve. The bar was great and the prices for the drinks were affordable. The staff were ready to assist and friendly from the gate to the reception. The restaurant was okay and spacious. Has a free parking lot and carwash at a fee of 300ksh per car.

The Resort is great for dinner dates and conferencing services. The theme of the resort is high class and makes you know you are getting into an international level kind of a hotel. I liked the front office attendants who were welcoming and of great assistance. The food offered are also well prepared with a wait time that is reasonable and you spend the time enjoying the beautiful art pieces mounted on the walls. The bar lovers, you'll be sorted in the cool room selling varieties of your favorite drinks. Their parking space is also big, with a VIP drop point in front of the entrance. Not a bad place to visit.

Slow service, bad food with bones left inside the chicken sandwiches. No understanding or replacement or discounts. Just a "sorry" and not our problem attitude from the manager. Definetly a place to avoid eating at.

The iconic hotel in Ruiru! Executively furnished rooms with homely ambience. There is adequate parking, residential gym, spa and swimming pool. The swimming pool is crisp clean. They offer continental meal on ala carte basis. Try the place and you will enjoy!

Feel free to take a night in, best place i took a meeting with wonderful swimming and a join with very wonderful meals and services are just superb. Give them A call. They have Sunday services on the 8th floor and A helipad for best view of Ruiru City.

Very poor services i had to wait 1 hours with no service looking like a beggar on the table.Allot of workers who just roam around doing nothing. This was the worst experience have every had in such a hotel. I dont recommend it at all to anybody seeking excellent services.

Was here for a business meeting and it was excellent from the ambience to the customer service. A highly recommend. The parking is ample as well. Food served was delicious as well.

Conveniently located for people in Ruiru. The food is delicious and well presented. They have a beautiful swimming pool. The prices are affordable.

I use to like this place but lately they have just sank ! I don’t know if it’s laziness but the pool water is no longer clear ,we always have to remind the pool guard to clean the water . Their customer service is also now wack! than when they started . This place can do better if they value their customers right now honestly they don’t and they have lost me as one

We had to wait for 2 hours for a very basic dinner i.e. fries and deep fried chicken.Very disorganized staff. Expensive for nothing. Big house but no good service.

My stay at Rainbow Ruiru Resort was a pleasant one, and I would rate it four stars. The resort offers a lovely hotel with excellent amenities. One of the highlights of my visit was the delightful dining experience – both breakfast and dinner were truly amazing. The staff at Rainbow Ruiru Resort were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. However, one thing to note is that there is a club on the ground floor that plays loud music into the night, which might be a bit disruptive for those looking for a peaceful night's sleep. Despite this, I had an overall enjoyable experience at the resort and would consider returning in the future.

I thank God for his servant Apostle and everything happened there coz its was marvelous.

It was average. But there is a problem with the water heating system, and the bathrooms are stuck in time. They need an upgrade. Also, if they power wash the stone floors outside, the hotel will look and feel much better. They really need some good maintenance.

It's proximity to thika super highway makes Rainbow resort an excellent place to visit within Nairobi metropolitan. It has very limited parking lots but with exhilarating services such as a swimming pool, a bar, saunas, spacious rooms & very satisfying services

Actually i love the organized clean rooms and the hotel's location though the service providers I. e waiters should really improve... You shouldn't ruin someone's day.

Good only if you are in large numbers and conferences are ongoing. Otherwise don't try that magical dates here. Poor food quality ,no hot water in bath tab ,late housekeeping with rooms cleaned as late as 6pm when you need to relax and unconcerned customer management. They treat you as trash once the conference is over with regulated food portions disregarding peoples on strick diet... Pathetic

I still can't say enough good things about Interstate moving and relocation group. This was my third time using them, and I really appreciate their prep materials and their responsiveness -- made it super easy to feel ready and like everything was taken care of.They were communicative, thorough, thoughtful, careful, and easy-going. I couldn't believe how quickly we finished, and how truly painless the process was. I literally felt so comfortable I stopped trying to help, and just sat down and drank some coffee while they worked.

I honestly feel like the managers and waiters can ruin a very good establishment. I was here for a birthday last year, 2022, and we were served exemplary good Now, this year, 2023, i decide why not, but this time round, the service is poor..... very bad, especially in the swimming pool area, Cate Denzel and John Kamiti made me regret why i went back. The management asked me to book the cake a day before i did pay up... but on that actual day, they kept on making us wait.... unfortunately, the surprise that was intended did not happen, and we were forced to carry the cake takeaway 😬😬😬🙄😒 Then the generator should be moved it is near the swimming pool and it is very, very noisy.... otherwise, the establishment is good and with good ambience, but the service is poor

The service was below par. Hot water has not been available for a long time. It's just lukewarm thus I struggled bathing in the clod weather. restaurant closes too early,11pm. it's a hustle when their is no big event happening. Missing bath tab handles. I felt scammed.

First we have diceded to stay here but as we are vegetarian as canceled this place to saty . But it was very nice and big hotel ..and as we go there so visited restaurant and bar and had tea only

Excellent! Food was on a different level. The ceviche and empanadas were stand outs along with the short rib as a main dish. I appreciated how they incorporated aguardiente into some of their cocktails. Great decor and music was on point! Friendly staff, 10/10. Excellent "special occasion" spot. Loved it, highly recommend!
